Pilot House 330 er en enhed i 3. sal, der har en aflåst dør, hvilket giver dig den unikke mulighed for også at leje Pilot House 328, hvis du ønsker det. Dette hyggelige condo ferielejlighed er hotel-stil og har en perfekt beliggenhed i Baytowne Wharf-området i Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort i Miramar Beach, Florida. Vores strande er kendt for deres funklende blues og greener og hvide sandstrande. Køkkenet er opdateret med bordplader af granit og veludstyret med køkken og køkkengrej. Spisebordet har plads til 4 personer komfortabelt. I stuen er der et stort fladskærms HDTV overfor en sofa og lænestole for at sprede ud og slappe af. For de uventede besøgende og gæster er der også en sovesofa, der komfortabelt vil sove 2 personer. Det store soveværelse har en king-size seng og semi-ensuite badeværelse med en opdateret dobbelt forfængelighed og brusebad combo. Ejerne tilbyder ogs�� en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i lejligheden til dit personlige brug. Condo er en nem tramtur (GRATIS!) til adgangspunktet til stranden, der er ca. 2 km væk på den sydlige side af byen.

Great Location

The condo was great. Be aware it is on on ground level. You need to climb stairs from Baytown Village and the parking ramp. Elevator is available. Being within steps of the Baytown stores and restaurants was great.

Although my wife would have preferred to be closer to the beach, and I would have loved for the pool we were at to have been heated, we really enjoyed the short walk to Baytown and the Explorie package that came with our room. Ragatta Bay is a championship style course and to get to play that each day was fantastic.

The unit is very good for a couple or a small family. Generally well maintained. There is some noise from the AC units and driveway next door but it is tolerable. The furnishings could maybe use a bit of an update but are clean and functional.

The walk from the parking garage to the room is a bit of a hike. Grab one of those luggage carts in the garage. Trust me on that. Bed was medium firm, clean and comfortable. The living room furniture was nice also. We would stay here again, no doubt. Epic place to stay for baytown wharf events also

Awesome Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a AWESOME vacation! The unit was great very clean. The pool was right out the back door. But with the little court yard it made it very private... Very close to all the amenities, restaurants and shops. Tom fished on the pier every morning caught some red fish for dinner. Tram to beach was great. If I were to change anything it would be. I would love for it to be pet friendly and to have a couple rugs one in the bathroom I slipped on the bathroom floor on the first day and one in front of the sliding door coming in from the pool and bigger TV in living room. It's the little things. We will definitely be back!!!

Excellent condo

Reviewer Comments: I booked this condo very last minute and was thrilled to find it was very well maintained, with everything that a family of three would need. The kitche was very well stocked with all equipment I needed ( I love to cook, so this was important to me). It is a little difficult to tell from the photos but the condo has a very nice sized L shaped fenced in patio, with a gate that leads directly to the pool and gym. The pool is beautiful, and so convenient when you have little kids. You can't beat the location for shops and restaurants as well as plenty of activities for kids and adults alike. All in all a great stay and a very nice condo.The only negative I would say were the extra fees added for "mandatory home insurance" and fees to the property management company which added approximately $250 to my total bill. I felt this was excessive.

1 Bedroom Apartment in Kid Friendly Vacation resort

I stayed here alone for 2 months and absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for 2-4 people with the fold out sofa bed! WiFi was reliable for my many work calls. The porch area was my favorite part of the specific unit. It is an end unit so the outdoor porch is big and private. The pool and gym are as close as possible. Staying in November/December meant many days were too cold to swim but they have a hot tub which is great for making friends. The Baytowne Warf resort is a great family friendly place with lots of kid oriented games but also great live music. The fishing pier was awesome too! This is located in Sandestin which is a large collection of upscale neighborhoods surrounding a golf course. Fantastic to walk/run/bike! Every single time i stepped outside during the day I saw unique wildlife from large birds, to turtles throughout Sandestin. This place is awesome. You can walk to the beach but it is a little far for kids so either get some bikes or they have a shuttle service included. The price was what brought me here and now I’m bookmarking this for my winter escape every year. Only complaints were that the fridge broke the day i arrived and could not be fixed in the two month stay in spite of two maintenance visits. They did give me a mini fridge but that meant there was no freezing items reliably. Also some of the outlets are loose but that isn’t a big deal since they still work. Overall i would definitely recommend.

Enjoyable

Outstanding service from management company. We had a few issues with heat and cable and they responded within minutes and service people within hours. Disappointed in the cleanliness though. All soft surfaces were spotted and dirty. Windows and tracks were filthy. Loved this location. Nice and private.

Wonderful week

This was our first stay in the Sandestin resort and we will definitely be back next year. This condo was super convenient to the pool area. Nice large patio to enjoy the weather or even sit and have dinner. The unit is a bit of a walk but it's on the very end of the building so it was nice and quiet while we were there. The tram wasn't running until 10am during our stay so we drove over to the beach most mornings but could ride the tram back to grab snacks and come back. The unit probably had the best supplied kitchen of any condo I've stayed in. Plenty of utensils and different cookware for nights we wanted to cook in the condo. We could also walk around the pool and down the stairs right into the middle of lots of restaurants and fun shops. There's everything from seafood to burgers and pizza and ice cream and sno balls.

Quiet and close to the activity

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 had a great time. The unit was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The unit was steps from the pool and fitness center. It was nice being within a quick walk to Baytowne Village. Something to take note of, there is a garage door entrance near the unit and you don't have to walk to the other end of the parking garage and then back down the long hall to the unit. Before our visit, the rental company called to let us know our washing machine was broken, which was nice of them to notify us. They brought us extra towels for our stay. During our stay, the unit did have alot of fruit flies in the kitchen and bathroom areas. I notified the rental company and I am sure they will address that. Overall it was a great condo.

Perfect getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love Sandestin and have been going for almost 10 years. We’ve stayed in many areas and the Pilot House area is our favorite. We like having a condo because I like to cook and live like a real Floridian. But if we want other food it’s great to be steps away from the restaurants and shops of Baytown Wharf. This particular rental was nice because it was on the corner and secluded.

4th time staying at BTW, twice at Pilot House. This unit is special due to location. Sure it's a bit of a walk from the garage but discerning vacationers will realize its a good thing to be in an end unit. Very private. The back patio opens right into the pool area which was awesome. The communication from the management company was unparalleled. Very positive experience all the way around. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Pilot 330 was cute

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the pool was great. The walk to the village was minimal. We loved everything the village had to offer. The few things that I had a problem with were the cleanliness of the floor. Everything is tile so I understand how dirty they can get, but the very first day we got there we couldn’t walk on the floor without our feet being black. I actually used the broom that was in the closet and swept up a good bit of dirt bc I can’t stand my feet being that dirty. We also had a problem with fruit flies. I also was not aware that the additional room would be rented out to others while we were there. There is a joining room, so if you are a family with children be prepared for possible noise complaints from who ever rents that separate room because they can hear everything apparently. The WiFi connection was awful. We had to use our phones as a hotspot for the kids to use there devices when they needed some down time. The cable was out the first day and Gibson was great about adding free activities so we could enjoy our stay better. They also tried there best to correct the WiFi issue but unfortunately it didn’t work in our favor. The unit could use some updating but still cute and cozy.

Hi Kathleen, Thank you for the review. I see where you mentioned the flooring in the units were dirty we are sorry for the inconvenience. If we were notified about the floors we would have send someone to take care of it. I'll pass this message along to the cleaners that way they'll pay special attention to the floors and investigate where the fruit flies were coming from as well. This unit is adjoining we advertise this on all of our websites (VRBO, Gibson Beach Rentals, Homeaway etc. . . ) We're extremely sorry about the faulty WiFi connections we did reach out to Cox (Internet Provider) and on the 15th we were able to get it up and running. We hope you and your family had a wonderful time (minus the issues that occurred during your stay) and we're looking forward to having you stay with us again! The Best!!

Love this place!! Everything was so easy in order to maximize vacation. The pool and restaurants are steps away and the beach tram picks up at the door. Could not have been more relaxing. Property owners were fantastic and thought of everything.

We arrived and parked our car and we did not move it again till we left. Walk out the back door to the pool and work out room. Down the stairs to the Village. It had everything we needed. Restaurants and plenty of activities for the children. The tram ride to the beach was very convenient. We really enjoyed the Condo and all the amenities and will return again.
