Frisk, ren og moderne, denne nyligt renoverede 3 seng / 3 bad condo / lejlighed er beliggende direkte på tværs af gaden fra Mexicogolfen og 7 miles af sukker sandstrand. Det drejer sig om en 3-minutters gåtur. Beliggende midt på øen er Casa Bella A tæt på alle faciliteter, herunder en Publix købmand, restauranter og den populære ølvognstjeneste stopper foran ejendommen og tjenester længden af øen fra Times Square til Lover's Key State Park. Casa Bella A har to master-suiter med kingsize-senge og et soveværelse med to enkeltsenge. Indretningen er afslappende strand afslappet og er perfekt til 6. Køkkenet indeholder rustfrit stål apparater, granit tællere og rigelig køkkentøj. Hvert værelse er udstyret med et fladskærms-tv og alrummet har et stort fladskærms-tv med dvd-afspiller. Great condo, great location

This was a great vacation spot. Mid Island so not right in the heart of all the activities but close enough to do all the things you want to! Condo was extremely clean & had everything you needed including beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The owners were extremely nice & easy to reach. Just a short walk to the beach, several restaurants were close by as well as the grocery store. Highly recommended!

Last minute beach getaway

We made a last minute decision to get away for Memorial Day weekend and found Casa Bella #A in Fort Myers Beach. It's their 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. The floor plan is well distributed. It looks just like it does in the pictures. The kitchen works if you cook a big breakfast and take sandwiches and snacks to the beach then come back & cook a big dinner. It was well equipped and all appliances were large and working perfectly. There were lots of pots, pans, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom which is so fantastic. The second floor bedroom has its own living room which was great. Getting to the beach is extremely easy with access a few steps from the property. The host provides beach chairs, umbrellas, even a cooler with wheels. Checking in was almost too easy. Kim reached out the day of our arrival to make sure we had easy access to the property and knew where to park. Location was great. Fort Myers Beach is awesome. A calm sea with warm waters and powder soft sand. There are even dolphins. Seriously, there are dolphins swimming in the water while your there. My family and I were about 15 yards from shore when all of a sudden we see the fins of dolphins headed towards us. There got within 10 feet of us. It was beyond wonderful. I can't describe what it feels like. Needless to say, I fully and without hesitation recommend that you stay here. The home, the location, the host, the beach, and the wildlife will not disappoint.

The pictures do not show how big this place actually is. There is so much space, along with three full bathrooms. The place was immaculate, and there were special touches as far as laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and a binder full of local spots and things to do. The location is close to the beach, and not too far from all the restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this gem, and Kim was very responsive to our needs. We will definitely book there again.

CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL

This condo was perfect for our family trip of five. Basically, every room has its own bathroom which was nice. Great location to beach (just a short walk to the beach access). The BBQ and patio area was great. Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels to use. The owner, Kim, was quick to respond to any questions I had. Since the north end of Estero Island can get busy, this was a great location for us. The trolley literally picks up in front of the condo so that was super convenient. And the Publix grocery store was a quick walk away. Will definitely come back if we plan another trip to the area.

Fort Myers Beach Vacation 2023

When we booked our condo Casa Bella A we were informed of the damage to the city of Fort Myers Beach and area. The devastation is slowly but surely being repaired and rebuilt. The Condo itself and the building and all facilities were perfect! I have been renting Homes and Condos for 25 years in Florida. I have never stayed in one that was as well equipped as this one. The property Manager "Kim" was exceptional! She was very easy to communicate with and she checked with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Although there is damage to many structures all around, the actual Beach is still beautiful. We walked for miles on the beach and swam and relaxed every day on the beach. We will definately be returning!

Clean, Spacious, and Quiet Beach Experience

The place itself is clean and spacious. Lots of amenities, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The walk to the beach is so short…easy if you forget anything or if a little one needs to go potty. Plus, it felt like we had our own private beach as most of the action was at the other end of the beach. This place was just what our family needed. Communication was superb, too!

Perfect Getaway!

We stayed for a week during spring break. Property was clean and welcoming! It was a large space for the 4 of us and we found the beds to be very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with cooking items too, which was nice. We also got a lot of use out of the beach items! The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely recommend and stay again!

Roomy condo not far from a great beach

We enjoyed our week at Casa Bella A. Everything was as expected (except the road construction which wasn't anyone's fault). Check in was easy and if I had any questions I just texted the host. The condo has two rooms on the second floor and one on the third which is reached via a spiral staircase, so probably not great for folks with mobility issues (no elevators). The second floor has the kitchen and a living room and there is an even larger living area upstairs. Note that there are TVs in every bedroom and the upstairs living room, but not the second floor living area, so if you want to watch TV as a group you'll need to climb the spiral staircase. Not a problem for us. The main attraction here is the beach, which is about a block away. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available at the condo, which we appreciated. Publix is very close, easily walkable, which is surprisingly helpful when you have a group of people and plan to dine in a lot. Traffic is often slow on Estero Blvd, so we stayed close to home and visited some of our favorite places, including Lover's Key, Pincher's, Truly Scrumptious and Fish Tale Waterfront Dining (formerly the Fish House and just as good). We have been to the north end of the island and have no desire to go back, so we always take the southern route to the mainland and avoid the traffic jams. I would recommend this condo to anyone who needs the space and can handle the stairs. It's in a great location and has everything you need.

Great condo for multiple people. Very clean. Short walk to the beach, great location. We wished there were more bath towels, but laundry was included. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys were available to use.

Very Nice

This is a very spacious condo. It is tastefully decorated. It has none of the typical Florida clutter & dusty green plants. The upholstered furniture is very clean. The oven & bathrooms were very clean. It looks just like the pictures. Kim is very accommodating.

Very nice accommodations, the pictures don’t lie.

I think anyone who has used VRBO or similar services has been fooled a little bit by the photos used to display the property but that’s not the case here. Very clean and well furnished, plenty of space for the six of us. Convenient to the beach and the local Publix. We had a very nice stay.

This spacious unit was clean and decorated in a beach style, very lovely unit with laundry available. Good location with nearby grocery, gym, Convenient store, beach shops and restaurants. We loved the property!

Lots of room and everything we needed. A quick walk to the beach. The only negative would be the high cleaning fee for a 2 night stay and we had to strip beds, empty garbages and run the dishwasher. Would definitely use again but maybe for a longer period.
