San Remo 309 er netop blevet opdateret med de afslappende strand farver så populære med vores gæster på 30A. Nyd alle de faciliteter man er kommet til at forvente med vores Fem stjernet kløft foran ejerlejligheder: Slap af og blive opdateret på den helt nye madrasser i hver eneste af de tre soveværelser.
- 100% bomuld plader og håndklæder
- Beach Chair service (marts - af oktober)
- Gratis WiFi
- Stort soveværelse med king size seng, glasdør til altan med udsigt over bugten. Master bathr med jacuzzi badekar og separat brusebad, dobbelt håndvask, stort skab.
- Andet soveværelse med king size seng, tilstødende badeværelse
- Tredje soveværelse med køjeseng med fuld størrelse seng (ny madras i 2018) på bunden, dobbelt på toppen, tilstødende privat badeværelse.
- Badeværelserne inkluderer hårtørrer, brusebad sæbe, 100% bomuld håndklæder, håndsæbe og starter forsyninger af papirvarer.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay for families! Love the access to the beach, the views and the hot tub and pool. Great staff and the property is kept very clean.

Beautiful Condo

Very happy with this condo! Most comfortable and clean that we've stayed in. There were 5 of us and loved the fact that there was plenty of comfortable seating outside for everyone. Great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place

The property is a great place for family Fall Break. We love the property. The only downside is the pool is not heated in October and makes for a very cold swim. 309 is a beautiful place. Very clean and well equipped. And Your Friends at the Beach are fantastic.

May 2021 Stay

It was a pleasure to spend our vacation week in R309 at San Remos! The condo is decorated beautifully and had several extras that were a nice surprise! We loved the extra large balcony with comfortable seating for all. The weather as well as the beach was perfect! We loved our stay so much that we have already scheduled another week for next year and are making plans for more family fun.

Fantastic Unit!

Look no further

This is the best property and location on 30A. We have been searching for years and found it. We will never stay anywhere else. It is perfect. Spotless with fabulous beds and a well stocked kitchen. But the view and the heated pool is beyond description.

Great Vacation Condo on Santa Rosa Beach

My family and I loved staying at San Remo #309. The condo is very beautiful, and it was very clean upon our arrival. The San Remo complex is not overly large, so the pool and beach areas were never crowded. We much prefer staying in Santa Rosa than Destin or Panama City Beach, and this complex was the perfect place to do so. The property managers and owners were also great to work with - prompt responses and great customer service. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is nothing better than sitting on your balcony with a cup of coffee looking out at water. The unit was perfect as was the location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It truly is a hidden jewel in Florida. Just come and relax and be happy.

The condo is very clean and everything is comfortable. It’s got a great view of the pool and ocean. We actually told two families we met to look into booking with Your Friend at the Beach while we were there! We are already planning our trip next year!
