Caribbean Family Retreat nær MInitas Beach

En rummelig fuldt airconditioneret to etagers hjem beliggende i en stille blindgyde, med swimmingpool beliggende i en bambus lund med tropiske frugttræer - nem 10 minutters gang til en privat feriested strand Minitas.

Vores hjem har to køkkener. Et rummeligt aircondition fuldt udstyret gæstekøkken med morgenmadskrog til 6 - 8 gæster med opvaskemaskine og et varmt køkken til personale.

Den klimatiserede spisestue sidder 16-24, komfortabelt og ser på terrassen og tropisk vegetation med frugttræer.

Den klimatiserede stue har tre sofaer, hvoraf to er liggende lædersofaer.

Det klimatiserede opholdsstue med 55 "UHD Smart TV. studiet er hyggeligt.

Den overdækkede åbne terrasse har to diskrete opholdsområder og trin ned til pooldækket for at få adgang til chaiselongstolene med et overdækket opholdsstue / lanai på den anden side af swimmingpoolen.

Alle fem etage suiter er over 30 m2 med ensuite badeværelser, loft fans, walk in closets, aircondition, pengeskab, kabel-tv, gratis wifi 30 Mbps / 5 Mbps.

1) Den romantiske King master suite også adgang til en balkon og en to person opvarmet jacuzzi badekar.
2 & 3) Jordbær & kirsebær suiter har to dronning senge og walk in shower.
4) Granatæble har to dronning senge og badekar / bruser.
5) Kids paradis suite har tre køjesenge med to have dobbeltsenge nedenunder med to enkeltsenge op & den tredje har to enkeltsenge op og ned med walk in shower.

Der er også et airconditioneret bibliotek med 48 "tv på anden sal.

Excellent experience and excellent host. All was as described. The house was clean and comfortable and a quick golf cart ride to the beach. Very well located large home. We had a group of 16 and we were very comfortable. The housekeepers were very attentive and David was very helpful and communicative every step of the way. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for an excellent experience!!

The place was great! Plenty of space and a great location. David was very responsive during the week and made it a seamless check in. Only small issue was the bbq starter. Which should be an easy fix. We would stay again!

Wonderful stay in beautiful spacious home

The house was modern and spacious, David was fantastic and very communicative- he helped arrange our airport transfers and the drivers were safe and reliable and reasonably priced. All the staff was lovely and took great care of us and clearly enjoy their jobs. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and great memories!

Great stay in Casa De Campo

This was a terrific house to rent. Very large with lots of bedrooms and living space. The staff was wonderful and the host was excellent. Communication was terrific from beginning to end. Location is wonderful and the amenities were great. Would definitely consider it for a future stay! Highly recommend.

The perfect vacation villa

Everything about this villa was wonderful. From the location near the beach, to the helpful staff that take care of the place to the spacious and lovely villa itself. We spent a week at David’s villa over Xmas with our entire family of 11. Casa de campo itself has tons to offer with so much to do for everyone. We will definitely return!

Had a wonderful stay in David's house in Casa De Campo. The house is centrally located within the area. Close to the beach, marina, Altos Chavon and all the restaurants.Garden and pool are large, well maintained and quiet. House is clean and well appointed. The staff of the house are very helpful and and cook quite well for breakfast and lunch. Enjoyed the fresh mango juice direct from the trees in the yard. Very happy with a perfect stay and intend to come again. Thank you David.

Working with the owner, David, was a great. He is humble and kind and very helpful! However, the women who staff the house were really difficult to work with/live around for two weeks, and I would not recommend them. Even though it was included in the fine print, we've also never had to pay for the electricity after our trip, which ended up being about 100/day.

Perfect location, great hosts

We were a party of 7 (4 adults, 3 older teens), staying over New Year’s. The house is exactly as advertised with large family spaces, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen (the staff area has its own kitchen). David & Ligia were great hosts, addressing a couple of issues speedily and diligently. The staff were friendly and kept the house spotless while also cooking breakfast and lunch at all times of the day. The house is well located for the nearby beach, and equidistant to the Marina and hotel/golf. We had a great vacation and will be back again soon.

Caribbean Family Retreat

We visited Casa de Campo for a week before Easter 2024. The villa was perfect for our family group of 14 (8 adults and 6 children ages 8 months to 7 years). The location is great - close to Minitas Beach and the Marina. The villa is really spacious and I liked that I could control access to the pool with a cable and combination lock on the gate since we had young children who could not swim. The villa manager was responsive to all our questions/concerns and I cannot say enough good things about the household staff. The 2 housekeepers worked tirelessly to pick up after us and do our laundry – they also prepared breakfast and two Dominican meals for our family that were fabulous.

Very Homey With Nicest Hosts

We had a great stay at this home. The hosts were super kind and had fantastic communication. They were the ideal hosts. The house staff was very kind. Domi and Fanny were always willing to help with anything we asked for. The one thing I would warn is please read your contract. You have to pay for the cooking services separately and you have to pay the electric that you consume. I had never seen that in Casa de Campo before so it caught us by surprise. It was clearly stated in the contract but not on the listing. It's our fault that we did not read it fully.

Outstanding Experience

David & Ligia are the gold standard of home rental hosts, especially when dealing with international plans. Approaching the trip response time was prompt, detailed and extremely helpful. Upon arrival into the DR, they were extremely helpful with ensuring we made it to the home easily. The house was stunning and their staff are the most lovely group of people you can meet. Even writing this review, my family and i miss their kindness and breakfast prep. The home is 7-10 min walk to minitas beach and very centralized on the CDC property. D&L also provided us with a 3rd party chef to prepare a few meals for us which was fantastic. highly recommend requesting this along with a dominican cake (w/guava) from their services. 10/10 from D&L!

Wonderful home!

Just returned from our stay at this beautiful house. The maids arrived at 8 am and cooked breakfast, with the food we supplied, and they stayed all day cleaning, changing towels, making beds and doing the dishes. We hired Chef Ricardo to cook our dinners and he was fantastic! Very reasonably priced and he did the grocery shopping for the meals. Every meal was delicious and there was always leftovers for lunch the next day. We were 8 adults and four children, 6,4,18 months and 5 months. There was a playpen and a high chair which was great. The beach was a lovely 10 minute tree covered walk. We brought along a collapsible wagon which was perfect for hauling kids and toys. They supplied towels at the beach. Just a note that on the reservation it said there “might” be a $25/day charge for each adult for the duration of your stay but actually you had to pay this to enter Casa de Campo. You are given a card for each person and that must be shown to get in and out of the resort area as well as access to the beach. The beach was beautiful and there was a large pool as well as a kiddie pool. We all had such a wonderful relaxing time at our “Caribbean Family Retreat” and would highly recommend this house. Each couple had their own huge bedroom and bathroom and the kids bunk room was awesome! Lots of space to spread out. It was the perfect choice for out family! David was a wonderful host, organizing so much for us before we arrived. This included the chef, photographer and our return PCR tests. Natalia took some amazing pictures and you definitely want to book her for any family photos. Thanks for a great holiday!

This place is perfection

the property is very clean, well-appointed, and has an excellent staff! Daid, the owner, is awesome! He and his wife greeted me. they had done shopping to fistock the house with food and drink (we sent a lis, they shopped, and we paid when I got there). the location is excellent near the beach club and mid-way to the hotel and the marina. we will be staying at this house many more times.

Wonderful Family Vacation home

Los Limones is a beautiful secluded home with excellent hosts and staff that made it easy to relax and enjoy their beautiful pool area. It is within the Los Campos community offering many amenities. It was great place for walks and beautiful views from the marina. Many cultures and friendly people were met.

Perfect for a family vacation

The property is described perfectly by the owner and was the ideal house for our large family. It is located 15 minutes walking distance from Minitas Beach and about 25-30 minutes walking from La Marina. It has five bedrooms, all with their private baths and air-conditioning units. The property in addition has two studies, one upstairs and one downstairs, with a large TV each, air-conditioning, comfortable sofa and chairs perfect for down time. The kitchen is very large and is exactly as described. Next to the kitchen is an informal dining area with a table suitable for up to 10 people in addition to the formal dining room which seats 16 comfortably. The living room is very roomy and comfortable. The house has a back terrace overlooking a large patio perfect for frisbees, soccer practice, and such. In addition there is the pool (perfectly maintained) and the pool gazebo. We were a family of 14 people, including 3 small children. We enjoyed our stay in this property and would return on a future visit to Casa de Campo. I must add that the owner was very responsive to all our queries and the kitchen/cleaning staff was excellent. The location of the property was ideal. All in all, a truly enjoyable vacation.

Excellent rental!!! Highly recommend - you will not be disappointed!!!

The property is awesome, very clean, very high quality. The maid service is excellent - rooms are spotless and the maid cooks amazingly. The host is outstanding, professional, and provides exceptional concierge services. Chef services are available upon request. The gardener keeps the grounds immaculent, and cleans the pool daily. The marble floors are washed daily. The towels are changed daily. Very easy walking distance to the beach, which has kiddie pools, children’s beach toys, amazing shops, bar with beach waiters, and restaurant with beach waiters. On our stay we saw two celebrities. The resort has high security, and has a very safe feeling. It’s an easy drive from Punta Cana or Santa Domingo airports. Punta Cana being less than an hour and Santa Domingo just about an hour. If you have a private plane, you can arrive only 10 minutes away. The golfers paradise is first class and if you golf at all, you need to stay at this Casa de Campo resort! Within easy driving distance from this rental, you can enjoy horse riding, zip lining, dune buggy’s, hiking and fabulous shopping. The house is walking distance to the marina, where there are more shops and fishing charters! All I have mentioned, doesn’t even cover all there is to do at this vacation rental. I highly recommend staying at this rental! My family and I couldn’t have enjoyed it more, we loved every minute. We will be planning to book again in the coming year! Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We decided to build this home after living & working here 20 years & chose a lot that is in the center of the resort equidistant to the marina & the golf starter for the Teeth of the Dog & The Links as well as the main hotel.

A spacious & family friendly local. All inside areas have air conditioning including one kitchen & breakfast nook, living & dining rooms & one first floor study, in addition to all bedrooms. The surrounding garden is nestled in a bamboo grove with tropical fruit and aromatic trees. The sidewalk extends from the back of our home in either direction - to the Marina (30 minute walk) or to the Minitas beach (12 minute walk).
