Pinas 13 is an outstanding villa. Beds are comfortable, outdoor living space is tremendous, and it is overall very comfortable. We have stayed at other villas and this is our favorite.Claudia, the owner, is outstanding. She went above and beyond to help us with reservations, transportation, golf carts, even medical care. You could not ask for more. She is like a personal concierge, a truly delightful person.The staff, Emma and Ive, are tremendous. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and pay for Ive to stay late and make dinner. She is a great chef. Her "Dominican Flag" (chicken, beans and rice) is the best I've ever had.

We had a wonderful stay at Las Piñas 13. The host, Claudia, was accesible and easy to communicate since the booking up to the day of our departure. She was extremely accommodatable to our requests. Ive, the cook, and Eloina, the housekeeper, were also exceptional. Great place to have a good time with family.

Heavenly Decor

The Villa has lovely designs and very comfortable outdoor seating and the bedrooms are quite comfortable! We have been coming here for decades and the owner Claudia is the best at responding to any inquiries. The staff Emma and Ivy are not only friendly but real professionals and maintain the Villa at a very high standard. 5 Stars!!

Excellent Experience

From start to finish, our experience couldn't have been better. From communication on the front end of our trip, to the house itself during. Casa de Campo offers so much to do and this property is in a fantastic location. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Claudia couldn't have done a better job making sure we were comfortable and set our family up for a perfect vacation!!

Tropical paradise

My husband and I and 3 other couples enjoyed 4 nights at Pinas 13. The house had plenty of space for us to gather and enjoy each other's company, including a beautiful pool. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The house is walking distance to the beach. We rented golf carts to zip around Casa de Campo and everything else was accessible this way. The housekeeper, Emma and cook Evie took great care of us. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, beautiful home!

We had an amazing time at this lovely villa. Upon arrival the owner, Angel met us and showed us around the house explaining where everything was. He was always reachable if we had any questions about where to go or who to contact for a driver or a boat tour. The absolute best part about the villa is that the location is close to the marina and beach that you can easily go back and forth with the golf cart throughout the day. Raffalina was so sweet and helpful and made us delicious lunches each day. We will most certainly be returning in the future!

A lovely family: parents, children and all of them in general, educated, respecting the rules and property and making me feel very good with them as tenants. They have behaved as if they belonged to my family. They have taken care of the villa very well and not once have we had a problem. I would rent my villa with my eyes closed. Wonderful Stay in Casa de Campo!

We had a fantatisc week at Las Pinas in Casa de Campo. Two families with 3 teenagers - the house had plenty of room to relax and spread out. We absolutely loved the open air feel of the home with breezes passing through all day and AC in the bedrooms kept us comfortable all night. The home had an amazing tropical feel and we loved havibg early morning coffee or evening cocktails on the covered lanai. Communcation with the owner was wonderful and we adored our housekeeper and cook who catered to our every need with a smile. Location could not be beat - A quiet street but a short golf card ride to the beach club. Thank you for making our trip special - we look forward to returning!

Great Location Villa at Casa de Campo

The owner and staff were so welcoming and helpful that I felt like I knew them before we even arrived. Since we were traveling from far away and with a baby, they had everything ready for the baby to eat and nap upon arrival. The indoor/outdoor living areas on the first floor were roomy and provided different areas to sit and relax. While the bedrooms do have AC, the living areas do not but there are cross breezes and ceiling fans. The staff was attentive, they were great cooks, and most of all they were nice to have around. You do need golf carts to go everywhere but it is a short ride to the beach and to the marina (restaurants, market, ice cream) which is why we selected this location. The beach area is terrific with food trucks, lounge chairs, towels, etc. and the kiddie pool and adult pool great for little ones and adults. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house. The house is on a nice street, good for taking walks with the stroller. We had a wonderful vacation!

As good as the first time!

A classic and relaxing environment. My friends and I take an annual trip together. We chose to return to Las Pinas 13 for second time and we were not disappointed. The house feels like your home, surrounded by lush gardens of mature tropical plants and classic Caribbean style decorated with items from around the world always giving your eyes something new to spot. The home draws you to the outside lounge areas where we drank coffee every morning while listening to some calming music to set the vibe for our day. Emma welcomed us with a huge hug as she remembered us, made daily table settings, flower arrangements from the garden throught the house etc..Ive cooked us our favorite Dominican foods and Claudia arranged our multiple airport pick ups, gave us restaurant recommendations, notified us of events at CDC during the time of our stay. Before booking Las Pinas 13 for a second time, I did look into other properties that were available, but none gave us the sense of ease and welcome we received at Las Pinas 13, even homes more modern, higher in price etc. nothing compared in my opinion.

A Home So Special!!!!

As soon as we stepped into the home we were in awe. The classic Caribbean architecture coupled with the eclectic furnishings from around the world set the tone for our vacation. The house was filled with large vases of clear water adorned with greenery cut from the property bringing the lush outdoors into the home. We enjoyed the outside spaces, talking and taking in the night breeze that was perfumed by jasmine growing off the second floor veranda and woke to fresh brewed coffee served outside in the mornings. Ive, the chef prepared all of the classic Dominican dishes we do not get to have often, like Mangu and Chofan for breakfast always served with cut fruit and vegetables. Emma, decorated our table everyday with fresh cut flowers from the garden, created different tablescape using different sets of dishes and chargers, glasses you name it she made every meal so special with her attention to detail. Claudia, the most helpful host helped arrange everything we needed, such as golf cart rental, transport back to the airport, but best of all helped me get a last minute, authentic Dominican birthday cake, delivered to the house. The cake was the best Dominican cake I have ever tasted btw. Claudia was attentive to all questions and responded quicky. So much love, attention and detail is put into this home. I feel lucky to have stayed in a such a place and that it is shared with the rest of us who need an oasis from our everyday lives. We will return soon.

Las Piñas 13

Excellent property. Angel Cabrera was very helpful upon check-in and the property was magnificent. Las Piñas is a nice neighborhood in Casa de Campo and a short distance to Minitas Beach.

The Possumatto family have been excellent tenants, both in dealing with them and in the treatment they have given to the villa. They have been careful and respectful of the property, so much so that from here I declare that they can come again whenever they wish. They are a lovely family and I hope the villa has fulfilled their wishes and expectations, and that they have passed here with all happiness the change of year from 2,019 to 2,020. Our family just wrapped up the MOST beautiful vacation in Las Pinas 13! Our host, Angel, was AMAZING! He was so helpful and kind!!! This being our first trip, we knew nothing about the Dominican, Casa de Campo, etc. Angel helped us find Papolo and Sammy who helped us get around from place to place outside of Casa de Campo and he had golf carts for us to get around inside the beautiful grounds. The house is gorgeous!!! Christa and Carmen the housekeeper and cook worked so hard and were so very sweet! Delicious, food, laundry done and folded, floors mopped, bathrooms cleaned everyday! What a treat for ME! Christa is just lovely, she even braided the girls' hair. Casa de Campo has so much to offer! The guys played golf on stunningly beautiful courses. The girls and I love to ride horses and did a grounds tour with a guide that was willing to let us ride to our abilities (walk, trot, canter...rare to find that anywhere!) and gave us horses that were willing and capable! Altos de Chavon is absolutely charming! I have never seen more beautiful water or beach - Oh! and the sunsets... WOW!!! We had a traveling party of eight, my parents, myself and husband, two daughters and two sons. There was plenty of room for all in the villa to be comfortable and we probably could have had a few more and still have been just fine. We hope to make Las Pinas 13 our home away from home and visit as often as we can. Cheers until next time, Angel! We all hope it will be soon! Big hugs, K

Amazing home and vacation.

We are a party of 7, 5 adults, a 7 yr old and 4 yr old. As we walked into this home, our 7 year old granddaughter announced that it was amazing! We were all in agreement. Planning ahead with Angel was seamless, he answered all of our questions and responded quickly. We have used VRBO many times and felt the pictures online were a more truthful representation than any we have experienced previously. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Angel, for a fantastic vacation!!

Relax, paz y tranquilidad en el paraíso

Dentro de la Casa de Campo en La Romana, hemos disfrutado de unos días de vacaciones en Piñas,13. La villa es amplia, acogedora, con habitaciones grandes. Esta ubicada en una zona tranquila. El silencio y la paz que se respira... rodeada de vegetación tropical la hace un lugar ideal para el relax. Su propietario Ángel es una persona encantadora. El año que viene repetiremos la experiencia.

great family vacation

Before I booked LP 13 I had several questions which Angel promptly answered. After I booked I dealt mostly with his partner Lissie who answered all of my questions before we arrived and during our stay. This is very important to me and the responses were prompt and courteous. They helped with airport transportation and stocking the villa with food and drinks. The villa is really nice and is accurately depicted in the pictures. Our favorite area was the back porch, serene and very tropical. The staff of Rosa and Dama were truly excellent. They catered to my family's needs and knew just what we liked in a couple of days. They made great food and kept the house perfectally. Bottom line is the villa was great and the service from the owners and the villa staff was tremendous. Would stay again for sure.

Schultz family, A family that actually asked what was necessary and was never excessive, to be able to enjoy their vacations. At no time neither Lissie nor I had problems with them and to answer their questions. They were very kind, affectionate and friendly. No doubt some "guests" that we would receive with closed eyes if they wish to return some day as they told us in the farewell. GREAT GUESTS THAT WE RECOMMEND TO ANY OWNER OF PROPERTIES. Greetings Eric and Family and remember that next time we will have the Jacuzzi with hot water in progress ... hahahaha And forgive me for my bad English that Lissie "helped me" with her excellent English Lissie and Angel lp13

Lovely Stay

Angel I wanted to thank you for making our stay and the whole process before getting to your house such a pleasant one. Any issue that might have come up you have seen it solved right away, really appreciate it!! The house is even prettier than n the pictures, the kitchen renovation looks great. The kids are having a blast exploring the gardens and getting lemons and avocados, having a swim at the pool at the house or the community pool so close by. America has excelled with her cooking, surprising us daily, setting up the table every day so nicely and having fresh flowers around the house, we really feel at home! We have had many activities around, the beach, visiting Altos de chavon or spending time at the hotel pool, the kids lounge, or just hanging out and relaxing. Hopefully we can make it back next year, thanks for everything!!!!

Thank you so much for your appreciated comment I am glad that you liked the 3 pools having the Villa: the villa itself, the community that is less than 30 meters from the villa, and the pool of the Hotel Casa de Campo. Effectively America the waitress and assistant Rosalinda are fabulous. The gardens are unsurpassed for adults and much better for the kids. In short, I thank you for your wonderful comments about the town and hopefully want to return often require us to rent Villa Las Piñas ...... ha ha ha ha ha ha ..... La mejor palabra para describir LAS PINAS 13 es ESPECTACULAR !!!!! todo impecable , en buen estado , todo funciona , la casa es funcional , decorada con exquisito gusto y totalmente equipada, CASA DE CAMPO ofrece todo lo que necesitas para pasar una vacaciones soniadas !!! Buenas tardes Familia, Bueno, despues de leer vuestro comentario, creo que he engordado como 10 libras......jajajajaja... La verdad es que desde hace unos 5 años, estamos renovando y reformando continuamente la Villa y gracias a ello, cada vez se ve mas maravillosa... La ultima reforma ha sido la cocina que se veia muy antigua y oscura y ahora se ve moderna, con mucha luz y muy bien equipada. Los trabajadores de la villa son fabulosos pero efectivamente la mejor de todos es America que con sus comidas y presentacion de las mismas en la mesa, se hace inolvidable..... Ya han querido en varias ocasiones llevarsela......jajajaja Para nosotros, la mejor publicidad es que mis clientes, absolutamente todos ponen la villa como inmejorable...... pero no es asi y seguiremos reformandola para que esten mas y mas contesntos en ella. Y bueno finalmente decirles que ya saben donde estamos y que esperamos sean muchas veces las que nos pidan rentar la villa....jajajaja recuerden que tambien se puede rentar para fines de semana y por semanas, ademas de meses..... Gracias una vez mas por preferir nuestra villa saludos cordiales para toda su familia director de Las Piñas 13 Angel Cabrera

Excellent villa for large groups

We were a group of 11 (7 adults and 4 kids) and we had a great time. The villa is really nice and well kept. The housekeeper (her name is America) is awesome. The grounds and garden are beautiful with lots of grass for kids to run around. The house has a pool, then there's a shared pool with two other villas like 50 feet away and finally there's the hotel pool that you can use as well. The amenities in Casa de Campo are great and we enjoyed the beach, the pools, the restaurants, Altos de Chavon, etc. We rented cars (instead of using golf carts) which allowed us to go to Bayahibe (the next town over 20 minutes away) and grab a catamaran to Saona beach.

Thank you for your appreciated comment The truth is that I can say is 3 pools having the Villa: the villa itself, the community that is less than 30 meters from the villa, and the Hotel Casa de Campo.
