Spadalux Apartment - 3 BR 4 Bath with Luxurious Amenities and Top Location

I've been traveling to Italy for over 30 years and in 2023 my wife and I purchased this apartment in Florence, our favorite city. We renovated the apartment to standards that US travelers might expect, including high speed internet (600 Mb/s), central heat and AC, a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, cooktop and oven, LCD TVs in each bedroom, a Nespresso machine, wine refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher. This apartment is design to be comfortable and its location is amazing, in the center of Florence. Each bedroom has its own locking door. Since it can be hot in Florence in the summertime, we made sure that the A/C system is robust which is not easily found in other rentals or even hotels. We recently added a chair lift from the ground floor to help guests who can't climb up one flight of stairs.

This property, when you look at the maps is central to many popular destinations. It's a 7 minute walk to the Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station, 5 minute walk to the Duomo, and a 6 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. It's located on a beautiful street and two of the best restaurants in Florence are within a 3 min walk. Also on our block there is a supermarket, sandwich shop, wine store, amazing bakery / bread store, and great local shops. The streets are well lit at night and you will feel comfortable walking alone in our neighborhood.

The apartment was fully renovated and decorated in March 2023. It's in a safe, charming neighborhood and the building only has six apartments. The location is perfect for any traveler and the beds, premium linens, dishes, and electronics were selected because we wanted the best for ourselves and our guests. Most importantly, we know that many Italian apartments have uncomfortable mattresses, thin pillows, and cheap towels, so we took our time to find great ones for the apartment. The apartment has high speed internet (600 Mb/s uploads and downloads) so it is a great place for remote working, Zoom / Teams meetings, or streaming video content. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. The apartment is also professionally cleaned after each guest leaves, so please check out on time so we can prepare for our next guests. If you are visiting in the summer, you should know that the new A/C system in each room will keep the apartment cool and comfortable, you set the temperature.
