The beachfront location was truly outstanding. The unit had two beachside balconies (one off the master bedroom and the other off the living room), and one balcony (off the second bedroom) that somewhat overlooked the pool. Having said that, each balcony really only seats two people comfortably. It's probably worth noting that this unit is on the second and third levels with no elevator, so guests need to be prepared to go up and down stairs frequently. The layout of the condo was nice (living area on the main level with the bedrooms upstairs), although the furnishings and appliances were dated. The complex had a beautiful, heated saltwater pool and hot tub. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and totally accomplish electronically. The price was reasonable I suppose given that the unit faces the beach. My wife and I would stay here again.

Great View

The view was fantastic. It was quiet and perfect for a last minute grab. The kitchen was updated and nice. The master bathroom could use some updates to the shower but overall it was a good place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for beach access, lovely view, and good quality doors and windows blocked out noise from pool and seawall sidewalk below. Nice Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice older condo, but the carpet didn't appear to clean but probably was just worn out. Great view, right on the beach which we throughly enjoyed. Had all the kitchen items needed. There was construction going on right next to our unit, but they didn't start the work to early so it never woke us up. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic, the beach area was amazing, pool was clean and enjoyable (Probably could use some more accountability as far as people messing up the pool area late at night leaving trash and such. But it was cleaned up nicely. The particular unit we stayed in we probably would not say it again it was pretty outdated but overall I do recommend Padre Island escapes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The property is facing the beach so waking up to see and hear the waves was very relaxing. Our grand-daughters had a great time on the beach splashing in the waves and building sand castles. The beach was very clean and we even saw many sea turtles. It was just a great time for all of us. The property was also very nice and clean. We will definitely return someday, and will recommend it to our friends and family.
