Trulli & Dimore - Dimora del Giglio

Dimora del Giglio is the right choice for countryside lovers. This charming house, surrounded by a lush garden and its own olive grove, is perfect for families or groups of friends and is only 5 km from the center of Ostuni and a 20-minute drive from the beach. You can relax in the 60sqm swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi, sunbathe and dine al fresco in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and gazebo.
The property consists of a main building (Dimora) and a separate annex (Lamia) and can accommodate 8 - 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, both units have air conditioning. In the main house you will find a cozy open plan living / dining room, with a dining table and a sofa bed which, when opened, is ideal for an adult or two children. In addition, the sofa area can be closed with curtains, to ensure greater privacy during sleep. There is a fully equipped internal kitchen and two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom. In the separate annex, there are two double bedrooms and another bathroom. Outside you will find several areas to relax by the pool, the latter surrounded by olive and fig trees in a peaceful environment. Externally there is a shaded kitchen with a large dining table and a separate gazebo with seating, finally an outdoor shower.
Dimora Del Giglio is easily reachable from Brindisi airport which is 35 minutes away by car and is located not far from the road that leads from Ostuni to Cisternino.
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.

EXTRA FEE
Security deposit of € 2.000,00 pre-authorized via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of € 99,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of € 5.000 in case of damages.

Baby cot and high chair: 25,00 € per stay
Mid-stay extra cleaning: 30,00 € per hour per cleaner

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 25 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

Arrival between 20:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
