Aloha og velkommen til Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A9 i solrige South Maui! Condo A9 har smukt nyt træudseende flise, nye stue møbler, ombygget badeværelse og nye køkkenapparater. Vi har også nye Mitsubishi A / C'er for at holde dig afkølet og afslappet (stue og soveværelse).

Kihei Sands Condominium sidder direkte på en af Maui's bedste strande, Sugar Beach. Fra vores oceanfront pool og grill gårdhave område kan du praktisk talt røre ved stranden - ren, sandede, upopulerede og strækker sig i miles i begge retninger. Hvor langt er det til stranden? Bogstaveligt omkring 6 fod! Vores terrasser og græsarealer er idylliske. Nyd hver morgen med frisk brygget kaffe og hver aften ser en spektakulær solnedgang mens du griller middag og drikker en drink.
Kihei Sands er et særligt sted fuld af Aloha-ånden. Vores intime layout giver det perfekte sted for genforeninger, grupperejser, bryllupsrejsende, seniorer, familier, par og venner. Med 23 enheder at vælge imellem er det nemt at finde den perfekte pasform til alle i din gruppe, fra antal soveværelser (1, 2 & 3) til sengkonfigurationer.

Kihei Sands is located at the quieter end of Kihei, just a short drive to the center of town,with restaurants, stores, etc. All in all, a great experience.

Can't Beat Kihei Sands!

It is a perfectly maintained condominium complex with absolutely beautiful gardens and each unit is furnished with all any one or group would need for a spectacular vacation. Located right on the Sugar Beach (we walked 17 steps to the beach from our unit A9!). Best management personnel you can find who care about the development and you as their special guest. We have been coming to Kihei Sands for over 40 years now and it continues to amaze us.

Perfect enclave on Sugar Beach

This was our second time at Kihei Sands, and this time we were in Bente and Melvin's absolutely perfect condo A9. The condo was adorable and comfortable, and the oceanfront patio was breathtaking. 10 steps to the beach. Such beauty. We also experienced great service. We had the time of our lives! I highly recommend Kihei Sands, and we will definitely return when we can get back to Maui!

WONDERFUL STAY

Very clean property and well maintained pool on site was very clean. Management on site Connie was so very helpful to us and answered ALL of our questions and they are on site most of the day even give you their personal phone numbers if there is an emergency after hours so that was a great feeling to have someone always there to help! Our most fun moment would have to be the Calypso snorkel tour it was amazing and if you go you have to do it! Lava Rock was our favorite restaurant we ate there 3 times and it's only 10 mins away from the condo- best food and atmosphere ever! I highly recommend this condo recently updated and very clean!

Another Great Stay at Kihei Sands

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kihei Sands is a very comfortable condo right next to the ocean. It is clean, nicely decorated & recently remodeled, furniture looks new. I am a second generation guest. I was there with my parents in 1999, and back again about 15 years ago. My recent stay in June of 2024 was very enjoyable. My husband and I did the road to Hana, a sunset dinner cruise and went to Nakalele Blowhole, north of Kihei. We also did some shopping at nearby markets. We loved having a first floor unit with a view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on our patio enjoying the nice weather and sound of the ocean. Love that there was plenty of tables and lounges for people to enjoy, plus boogie boards, kids sand toys, books, BBQ's and various other items to use while there. The staff were very friendly.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A little piece of heaven! The small community and beach access are our two main appeals to this property. It was 15 steps from our patio until my toes hit the sand!! Win win!! On the down side, this until was newly remodeled.... Poorly done, couch already stained, and what bothered us the most was the lack of upkeep. The unit was not cleaned, I had to clean it myself before I was able to enjoy. The comforter was filthy, we needed up only using a blanket on the bed.

We love sitting on the lanai watching the waves crash and the beach is just steps away. The condo is clean and well stocked. The King size bed is very comfortable and you can see the beach from the bedroom window. Its lovely to open the window and listen to the waves crashing. The property is clean and well maintained. It is wonderful to have management on-site. They are so helpful & personable. The pool is what I enjoy most and you are right on the beach so its the best of both worlds. The pool is clean, well taken care of and rarely busy. There are community floaties to use or you can also purchase at the ABC store down the street and they will fill them for you for an extra $1. Its a short walk down sugar beach to the ABC store, small farmers market, Kihei bakery & my favorite...Ululani's shave ice. I highly recommend any condo at Kihei Sands....you just can't go wrong. It's worth every penny!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great, get up in the morning and get a cup of coffee and lookout at the ocean, doesn't get much better than that. Staff was great, and the other guest were very friendly.

Great Stay at Kihei!

The view is great, the condo I stayed in was neat as a pin and very comfortable (I'd love a shorter dining room table and not a bar-style one, but that's a minor issue). Everyone at KS is great to interact with, and I highly recommend them.

Beautiful view and and great place for All of our family to hang out. We had a mishap with our Shower and Patrick responded quickly and fixed it right up. It worked wonderfully the rest of the stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating . Would stay here in the future!

Paradise Vacation

It was an easy drive to visit additional island attractions. The oceanfront unit was clean and well-appointed. The management company does an excellent job of maintaining the property and communicating with customers. We will return for another vacation in the future!!

A Perfect Respite

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our firt time back to Kihei Sands since the pandemic kept us away. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about our stay this year. The unit is absolutely beautiful with all new furniture, flooring, painting, you name it. When we opened the door to the unit, it was so impressive we thought we were in the wrong unit! We have been coming to Kihei Sands now for nearly 40 years and will be coming back again and again as long as we can. Connie, Patrick, Lisa and all the team there are outstanding. The only issue we had was with the new Roku TV and no instructions. Thanks to the owners and everyone on site for all you continue to do to make sure our stays are perfect.
