This place is small but right in the middle of everything , it’s quiet at night and the host was quick responding to any questions we had during our stay .

Excellent location and very quiet, consideration close proximity to street, shops, etc. Small kitchen served our purpose. Air conditioning unit in loft bedroom was helpful. Airport arrangements through the host, went smoothly.

This was a great place to stay. The location is so close to the Spanish steps and within walking distance of a metro station. There was a small ant problem but it didn’t bother us too much. The host gave us so many good recommendations and was very responsive. Overall, we had a great stay here!

The apartment was in an excellent location. It was an easy walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There were plenty of restaurants near us as well. As mentioned in other reviews, the shower and upstairs bedroom would be difficult for tall people. The host was very responsive.

Had a great experience with the host of this apartment. Just as described and the location was perfect for all my plans. Would come back to Italy and stay at this apartment again and again, if given the chance. While I did notice a bit of an ant problem, it was very minimal and thankfully not a deterrent in any way. Thanks, Gianmarco, for helping to make my trip to Rome a fantastic experience!!

Location is excellent walking distance to all.Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Pizza Vienzia and Collasimo and many more.The apartment is very cosy only drawback washroom and bedroom are not on the same floor.

Awesome location within walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Coliseum. Shopping is plentiful for both souvenirs and stocking the apartment with two Carrefour stores close by. Plenty of museums and choices when you choose to dine out.

Very quaint apartment almost right next to the Spanish Steps. Easy to get to by subway from the Rome Termini. Clean, simple, and totally comfortable.

We had a great stay here. It is on the small side best for 2 people. The location was magical we were able to walk everywhere. Shopping food beautiful landmarks right outside your door. Nice AC!! The only issue was the door you have to pull and push hard to open. Not a big deal just letting anyone know. Thank you.

The location was great. The size of the apartment was excellent and as described on the owner’s website. Communication with the owner was also great and fast. The check-in was good too, no issues. However, near the bed, there was a very strong musty smell, and the bedroom carpet was kind of dirty, with crumbs of food or something similarThe owner is aware and he said, he will take care of the musty smell

Cozy apartment very close to a number of Roman landmarks; easily walked everywhere. Check-in and communication w host was very easy. One caution, the shower is very small and may be challenging for taller people.

Wow! Studio D’Artista is perfectly quaint. It’s located in the middle of everything we wanted to visit. The shopping and restaurants close by were excellent. Kitchen was cute and perfect for us to make breakfast. Host was so nice. Really liked the separation bedroom and downstairs. Bed was great after exploring museums. We felt very safe with two door locked entry. People in the area were very nice and helpful to my wife and I. When roaming Rome, book D’Artista!

This is a lovely place and it has a lot of character. It was relatively clean but I felt the need to wear shoes in the place especially since the host wore them all over the inside downstairs.There are 2 downsides to the place.One is that if you are over 5’8” tall, you can’t stand up straight in the bedroom or in the shower.The other is that there is no way to block out light for sleeping. There is a partial curtain on one window and none on the frosted front door. Since it’s a loft, there is no door on the bedroom and it’s quite bright for sleeping.

Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm, das Appartement sehr ruhig gelegen. Leider ist die Matratze des Betts die absolute Katastrophe. Jetzt erstmal 3 Wochen physio nötig. Man liegt wie in einer Wanne und sie ist krumm und schief. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, ein Küchenhandtuch wäre nett gewesen.
