Dette helt nye lydfronthjem har fire soveværelser, 3. 5-badeværelser og kan sove op til 13 personer.

337 Panferio Drive administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Nyd den smukke udsigt over Santa Rosa Sound og det rummelige bonusrum på øverste niveau. Hovedniveauet i hjemmet har et åbent layout af opholdsstue, spiseplads og køkken med adgang til lyddækket. Der er to soveværelser på den østlige side af hjemmet - et med en queensize seng og adgang til dækket og den anden med en dronning og en dobbeltseng. Disse to soveværelser deler en hall bad. De to andre soveværelser er på vestsiden af huset - master har en konge seng, privat badeværelse og adgang til dækket. Den anden har tre enkeltsenge og udnytter den anden hallen bad. Gå op ad vindeltrappen til bonusrummet, som har en tvilling over fuld køjeseng, halv bad og komfortable stole til at hænge ud.

Den Mexicanske Golf er blot et par blokke på tværs af øen. Restauranter, shopping og natteliv er kun en kort afstand fra dette vidunderlige hjem.

House is great, right on the water, good location, close to local restaurants and bars. Knocked a star off for not having beach towels or other accessories. Seems like they use that as a monetization opportunity and want to rent to you. I’ve never stayed somewhere like that. Thankfully we had local friends and borrowed several things from them.

Great waterfront home with wonderful amenities. Very conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. We were able to walk to dinner (about a mile) and just a 3 minute walk across street to beach. The dock is very nice and my boys loved fishing from it. Overall a very quiet street and a relaxing vacation spot. House is overall very comfortable, well laid out and kitchen is well equipped for meals at home. HighlyRecommend!

Great place!

Family of 6 really enjoyed the property! We swam right off the shoreline and fished off the dock everyday! We hope to return again next year!

2nd time stayer, still a wonderful place

We stayed at this property for the second time for a week. Great location, great for large families. We had some fridge issues that was handled well by management bring extra coolers and ice if yiu lots of liquids

It's beautiful, well maintained with a well stocked kitchen. Our favorite time is morning coffee on the huge deck watching our grandkids playing in the water. We had a wonderful time in this home! Everything was pretty much as described with a few exceptions! The master bedroom is in desperate need of a new mattress!! Overall though, it’s perfect for families. The bay was a big hit with us all. We would stay here again!! The staff at Paradise Beach Homes are top notch!!!

Well stocked kitchen, lots of dishes, flatware, pots and pans and small appliances. Nicely decorated with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of ten. The only problem we had was getting the oven to work properly.

We loved floating out back and fishing from the pier. The beach was only a 5 minute walk. That particular area of beach was crowds at all! We are definitely planning on staying again.

Everyone was delighted with the house, location and pier!! They really enjoyed going out each day and throwing a line in the water. It was close enough to walk to places to eat and drink but far enough away to not hear traffic noise. The deck is extra big which is great for enjoying the water view. Clean house. Had an issue with not being able to lock a door but rental agency had that fixed within short order. House could use wine glasses and we didn’t find the beds to be very comfortable but everything else was good.
