This modern dormer bungalow offers superb family accommodation and is finished to an exceptionally high standard. It is within very easy walking distance of Keswick town centre and the various amenities the town has to offer.

The spacious lounge features generous seating, a large screen smart television, DVD and a gas fired imitation wood burner. The property benefits from high speed Wi-Fi.

The kitchen-diner has plenty of workspace and is superbly fitted with an electric oven and hob, an integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. A large dining table and matching chairs completes a beautiful open plan family kitchen-diner, with picture windows looking on to the private gardens.

The gardens offer a secluded space to relax, and theres even space to enjoy a barbeque during the Summer months.

The property has a downstairs double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite, a large family bathroom and two upstairs bedrooms, one being a twin-bedded room with views of the surrounding hills and a further double room with a king size bed. All beds are Vi-spring and each bedroom has a television.

The garage has a table tennis table for family entertainment and ample space to securely store bicycles.

This property has a beautifully light and airy feel and offers exceptionally comfortable and practical accommodation.

A happy and peaceful base for a holiday

This property is well maintained, light and airy with a hospitable ambience from the owners. Any problems that arise are quickly dealt with by Keswick Cottages. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac near to the town, Fitz Park and the Crosthwaite church and area, on level ground, in modern, comfortable accommodation.

Great holiday accommodation

This cottage is in the form of a three bedroom dormer bungalow situated in a quiet cul de sac though very conveniently located near to central Keswick. It is clean, well equipped and equally well set out with open plan living, kitchen and dining space. There is a lot of attention to detail by the owners who have provide good quality furniture and fittings. If I have one area for improvement the bedrooms are quite small and consequently the beds are small and a little uncomfortable. Perhaps I took some time to get used to a strange bed. Overall I thought it was excellent and definitely in my top three Keswick Cottages.

Top class holiday rental

The house was beautifully presented. It was warm and comfortable and equipped to a high standard. The location is quiet and there are some nice views from the property. Keswick town is a short stroll away. The different floor levels in the hall and the access to the en-suite bedroom down a deep step may cause issues for less mobile people. Also the upper bedrooms do not have a bathroom on the same level, it is down a flight of stairs, which is a bit inconvenient. The upper double bedroom has limited head space because of the sloping roof. The overall feel of the property is light and airy. The beds are very comfortable and the decor throughout is immaculate.

Great Property

This was our 3rd stay in Crosthwaites Gardens, which confirms how much you enjoy this property; it's clean with all the amenities we require. Its location to Keswick is walkable; we didn't use our car all week. The garage is a great benefit for storing our bikes.

Winter Sun in Keswick

Warm and welcoming and well equipped. Convenient location for shopping and Fitz Park. Comfortable sitting room with reclining chairs, great after a long day on the fells. Kitchen and dining area perfect. Lots of hot water for the showers.

Best cottage stay yet

Absolutely beautiful property. Every possible need catered for. Beds very comfy, showers amazing ! Dog free, so lovely to have very comfortable lounge furniture ( not leather ) would certainly come again. One problem might be if a future party arrived with 2 cars. Not enough room on drive.

Perfect location

Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful cottage with all the amenities you need and so close to the town centre fells. You wouldn't know that other dogs had stayed there, it was clean and not a dog hair in sight! We will definitely be back.

Great Holiday Home

We've stayed here a couple of times and it is always our preferred holiday home in the Lakes. Beds very comfortable and there's everything we need to hand, also in a nice quiet area of Keswick but within easy walk of the town centre. Have alreadys booked for next year!

Holiday in Keswick

We have stayed at this property several times now and never failed to be impressed. The owners are constantly improving the furniture and outside of the house to very high standards. The property is so lovely and warm day and night. The location could not be bettered.Off street parking with driveway and gates, perfect!! Mustn’t forget the table tennis in the garage which is fabulous. Just a 10 minute walk and you are in the centre of Keswick which is such a lovely town with lots of great shops and restaurants! We definitely will be back.

Great accommodation

Great place to stay. Thought it was the best place we have stayed in. Everything was good. Would have preferred larger bath towels but managed. Hope to book again.

A February stay.

The cottage was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Great parking facility in quiet cut de sac. Beds comfortable, seating arrangements excellent and well equipped kitchen.

Lovely house

We have been coming to Keswick for 23 years now and we can honestly say that this bungalow is the best place we have stayed in. It was spotless clean it had everything you needed and was close to the town. We’ve just booked for next year and years to come.

Another stay in Crosthwaite Gardens

Our 4th stay at this property and one of the best due to the fantastic bright but cold weather. It’s always warm and welcoming to return back to this lovely house. It’s ideally situated in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the town centre and we hardly used our cars during our stay.

Excellent cottage

A lovely cottage to stay in. Very well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook during your stay and lots of plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery etc. The cottage was very clean and spacious. Excellent location, only a short walk into the centre of Keswick. Everything was good, just as described on Keswick Cottages website.

This is a lovely cosy, welcoming house that is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy reach of the town centre and the surrounding countryside. It is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. This was our third visit and we have already re-booked for next year!

Lovely week at Crosthwaite Gardens

Had a lovely week away staying at Crosthwaite Gardens. On arrival the property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent in a very quiet street but just a few minutes walk into Keswick town centre where there are numerous good places to eat and drink . We are regular visitors to Keswick and know how hard it is to find a property with off street parking and a garden space to enjoy. Crosthwaite gardens was perfect for our holiday and we have already booked again for next year.

Great Property

A wonderful stay in a very comfortable and cosy property which offered everything one could ask for including onsite parking for one car. It's location is absolutely perfect being a few minutes walk from Keswick, along with at least 4 lovely parks close by all of which are fabulous for dogs. The Keswick Cottages team are very friendly and efficient. Sadly, we understand the owners will not permit dogs onsite for any new bookings, so we'll seek alternative accommodation in the area.
