This villa is popular because of the setting, mature gardens, great views and the convenient location.
It’s ideal for families, small groups, and business travelers who like space and privacy.
The space
Villa Rosa combines indoor and outdoor living with the building all separated by a courtyard with gardens and swimming pool. Each queen bedroom has its own balcony and outdoor shower. The master bedroom has king size bed, full bath, walk-in closet and office.

Beautiful few days on Tortola.The host, Patrick, was very friendly and gave great recommendations. Villa Rosa was situated perfectly overlooking Soper’s Hole. We loved to watch the boats come in and out over morning coffee.The house and pool were excellent. We rent villas pretty often, and found Villa Rosa to be one of the best equipped ones.The rooms were separate buildings and very well maintained. This worked perfect for our family, as our son and daughter each had their own space and bathroom. Wish we could have spent the whole week there! It was pretty close to restaurants and an easy drive to Smugglers Cove and Cane Garden Bay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa. The home is super clean, well equipped and in a wonderful location on the West End. The pool was a nice treat too! Patrick is a gem and so is Villa Rosa.

Patrick was a tentative host who communicated promptly and provided recommendations as needed. He even helped us with the ferry when we were headed out. As for the house, it is secluded with a beautiful view. My friends and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and made use of the big kitchen/grill. We would love to stay again when we are back in Tortola.

This house was amazing - probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I have stayed at. The layout of the accommodations was fantastic for our group - plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other and also have our individual space. The views were incredible!!! Short walk to town if you needed anything. Patrick the host was the best, so accommodating to our needs, even was there to receive our provision order and took us on a quick run to grocery. He was super responsive to all our questions. We will definitely be staying at Villa Rosa next year!

What a relaxing stay! We can not say enough good things about our host Patrick and Villa Rosa. We had a hard time due to weather flying in and Patrick was a wealth of knowledge getting us to our vacation with a sigh of relief. The home was super clean and well cared for. Two of the rooms have great outdoor showers and the kitchen appliances all seemed almost new. The pool was perfict. Located with an amazing view of Soper's Hole & close to a grocery store. Definetly want to rent a car as the area is all steep hills.

Fabulous Tortola Property

Villa Rosa is a fantastic property. Great location in the West End overlooking Sopers Hole. The house is extremely clean and very comfortable. Patrick, the host and owner, is incredibly nice, responsive and helpful.

3 Day Land Package after Sailing for 7 days

Patrick was accommodating with changes we made at check-in, and very pleasant in all regards. The accommodations were great, and exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Villa Rosa.

We could not have picked a better place to spend a week in Tortola. Villa Rosa had everything! Very clean, well stocked, and exceptional views! We were 5 minutes from the West End ferry dock, shopping, grocery and dining. Another 10 minutes to one of our favorite beaches, Smugglers Cove. We enjoyed dinner on the patios in the evenings and coffee in the mornings on the balcony planning the day ahead. Patrick, our host, was exceptional! Communication was great, he was helpful in many aspects ensuring we enjoyed our time on the island to the fullest! He met us at the dock and took us to the property, had put away the groceries we ordered ahead of time (per his suggestion, which was very helpful and a time saver!), and had waters and ice waiting. There were also fresh mangos we enjoyed from a tree on the property. My kids, 8 and 10, slept in of the seperate rooms together and loved showering outside! Villa Rosa was 10/10 and would recommend staying here in a heartbeat! We look forward to a return trip and stay here!

Villa Rosa review

Regarding our stay at Villa Rosa at Christmas 2023, our family agrees that it is worthy of a 5 star rating. Why? The accomodation, layout, the spectacular view and the location made for a perfect vacation experience. I would highly recommend Villa Rosa to everyone who would love an upscale vacation in the BVI!

We loved our week at this beautiful Villa. We especially enjoyed the hilltop view of the water from the outdoor patio every morning while drinking our coffee and every evening with the gentle breezes blowing. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon. It was great having 3 separate buildings with our bedrooms for privacy as well as private outdoor showers. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking dinner several evenings so we could just eat and relax outside. One of our goals was to spend time relaxing and this was the perfect place. It was very clean too. Besides how wonderful the Villa was I have to mention how hospitable our host Patrick was. He met us at the ferry and gave us great advice where to eat out and to snorkel. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels for our trips to snorkel. He was above and beyond helpful. We can't thank him enough for bring so kind.

Simply the best!!!

Our stay at this exceptional property exceeded expectations. Ideal for six people, the house boasts private bedrooms and bathrooms, with centralized common areas. Every space is meticulously equipped with essentials, from bedroom comforts to a well-stocked kitchen and a fabulous outdoor setup with pool and grill. This house is simply the best and the hammock = amazing! The elevated location provides breathtaking views, and we could walk to the ferry dock and Soper’s Hole (a little hilly on the way back). The property owner mentioned a walking path to Smugglers, adding to the appeal. Special thanks to Patrick, the best host ever, for his attentive care and engaging conversations. This property is a must for your vacation—thanks for everything, Patrick!

I will start with the property itself which was even better than the amazing pictures you see online. This villa has everything you could possibly want for a wonderful vacation. First, the property is incredibly clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill (which we did cook on one evening) was very clean. The grounds itself look like paradise with the palm trees, cacti, flowers, etc. not to mention the views! My wife and I took the main bedroom unit and each of our teenage children enjoyed having their own space as well with private balcony and outdoor shower in the other two bedroom units. There is more than enough indoor and outdoor living space here. The pool was clean and well maintained and we found ourselves swimming each night late to wind down the day. And last, you can't talk about a stay at Villa Rosa without praising Patrick. Not only was Patrick the best host I have ever experienced, he may also be one of the nicest people I have ever met. From the moment I booked online, he was in contact with me not only regarding the villa, but also anything else I may have had questions on regarding the island. He helped me arrange grocery delivery on our arrival day, met us down the hill on our arrival day (even after our flight was delayed and it was getting later) to personally take us up to the villa for a tour. When I needed anything, Patrick responded immediately.Thank you Patrick for making our trip to Tortola incredible!!

If I could give Patrick and Villa Rosa 6 stars, I would. Where to start? First, the host and owner (Patrick) is by far the best host I have ever experienced in a rental. We stayed June 27-July 2 2026, and he made everything special. Not intrusive, but a call or text away if you need him. He takes great pride in his property and it shows. It’s beautiful. 3 private separate casitas that are private living areas. A separate, and huge, living room area and kitchen with bathroom. Huge patio overlooking the bay, and a perfect sized very clean pool. A garage if needed. Not a speck of trash around. Killer views. A 10 minute drive from Smugglers Bay or Long Bay. A 25 minute drive to Brewers Bay. A 20 minute drive to Cane Garden beach. Belmont (Villa Rosa) is on the slower side of the island away from all the busyness. We will be returning. I cannot recommend this property and Patrick enough!
