Villa Los Olivos is a spacious 3-storey townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 people. Located in the Los Olivos del Golf condominium, which offers a large garden and communal pool.
With a privileged location, the villa is just a few minutes from the main attractions of Vilamoura, including the marina, beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. In a relaxing 10-minute walk, you will be at the most famous Victoria, Millennium and Laguna golf courses.
Upon entering the house, you will be welcomed by a grand hallway with the kitchen, the toilette and the staircase to the different floors on the right. Opposite is the tastefully decorated spacious living room, complete with comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV with generalist channels from various countries, to ensure that guests can enjoy a variety of television programs during their stay.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including a table with four chairs to make breakfast easy.
The villa has 3 cozy bedrooms with high quality bedding and air conditioning, (cold and hot), double glazed windows ensuring a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. There are also three full bathrooms, fluffy towels and free toiletries for your arrival, water is heated by a gas water heater.
In addition, the villa has a sunny terrace overlooking the pool, where you can relax and enjoy the pleasant weather and have a delicious barbecue on the gas BBQ. For families with children it is perfect as it has a small gate.

All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & greet; Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability).
