Great location. Alot of restaurants nearby. Appartment was well equipped with little extras like beach chairs and towels, umbrella, shopping cart. 2 very nice outdoor spaces.

Perfect apartment- very comfortable and well equipped. Great location too. And even though we arrived after 9pm - it was no trouble to Sophie.

It would have been nice to have more bath and kitchen towels. There was no dishwasher and bed not terribly comfortable. Sheets could have been better. Overall, apartment is spacious and comfortable, nice balconies and good air conditioning. And, it’s in a perfect location. We would stay again.

We were very pleased with apartment. The location is very good. Lovely restaurants and bars below. Very convenient to get to from airport via Tram 2 and exit at Place Garibaldi. Apt itself is clean and airy. Very quiet too despite the bustling streets below. The only criticism I would have is that the shower is quite small and the fittings are in the wrong place so prepare for a few bangs off the soapdish. No welcome provisions either and only half a toilet roll took some of the shine off

We had a fantastic stay at Sophie’s place. It is well located, a good size for two, and particularly enjoyed the two balconies. A short walk to some good restaurants and old town. We would be happy to stay again.

The location of this property was excellent! We were close to the airport tram, 12 minute walk to the train station and right in the center of many restaurants and bars! The home was cozy and perfect for our short stay in Nice.

Sophie's place is wonderful!

Location is so great, very close to beautiful Port Lympia and many bars, restaurants and cafe's right outside, walking distance to Old Nice. Sophie is lovely and welcoming, she met us when we arrived, the space has everything you need for a short stay and the balconies are a nice bonus, the picutres do not do it justice. Would happily stay again, thank you Sophie :)

Wonderful host, beautiful apartment, fab location. Well equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay in Nice, and with a balcony on either side you get both morning and evening sun! We can't thank Sophie enough, and would definitely stay again!

Great accommodations

The apartment was a great place to stay in Nice. It was clean, air conditioned, and had everything we needed, including beach towels and mats! The balconies are lovely to sit out on. Sophie was very quick to respond to any messages. The elevator in the building was great for transporting our bags. The location was very central and near the old town and the beach.

We stayed in this apartment for ten weeks and loved it. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The hosts, Jean Marc and Sophie were very friendly and responsive. There were two heatwaves during our stay and the air conditioner was very effective. I loved how bright the apartment was and we enjoyed both terraces. The location is excellent. We could walk to most things and the tram was just a few minutes walk. There are many, many restaurants close by although we discovered that our favorites were a little bit off the beaten path and not down the blue part of Rue Bonaparte. In 5 minutes we could be at our favorites - Salette, Ignis, Bavaro Burger, Yose, and Quarino. The Italian coffee shop and bar (Per Lei) on the corner has great coffee and an excellent happy hour. We fell in love with Nice and this apartment. We hope to return next year.

Week in Nice

One of few self contained cottages near old town. 5 minutes to old town and public transport. Two penthouse terraces with views was great as was air con. Host easily contactable. Second set of towels would have been preferable and shower very compact.

Nice Apartment

We enjoyed our week in Nice at Sophie's lovely apartment. We particularly enjoyed the 2 terraces, giving us lots of light, air and 2 views. The seagulls nesting on the roof were no problem. The 1.50 euro bus to Cap Ferrat was great, we enjoyed the 2 hour walk around the Cap. Sophie was a delight to deal with.

Wonderful apartment near the port and Old Nice!

The apartment is in a terrific location, with numerous restaurants nearby, and grocery stores around the corner. Only a 5-minute walk to the Garibaldi tram stops which made it easy to access the airport or train station. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. It was lovely having two balconies; one was always shaded from the intense sun. Hostess Sophie was very accommodating regarding our arrival schedule which was altered several times by airline changes/delays.

Would be nice if owner provided info on trams, local market locations, restaurants etc. a 2nd set of keys would also be good. Also the dvd player did not work. Also written info on how to use the washer.

Il y a 2 sortes de voyageurs : ceux qui ont des etoiles pleins les yeux et sont heureux et positifs sur chaque chose et ceux qui ralent sur tout et considerent lleur hote comme des employés. Ps 1 le dvd marche tres bien Ps2 les poubelles et bouteilles vides ça se jette avant de quittter une location. Ps 3 je ne peux pas tout savoir sur ligne d'azur . J'ai préféré vous dire que je ne savais pas plutôt que vous dire une bêtise. Ps4 Bon retour aux Etats unis

Simply the best!

Such a nice experience to stay for 8 days in this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the trendy area between the port and place Garibaldi. One balcony with sun for breakfast, and the terrace on the opposite side for afternoon drinks and dinner. The apartment is well equipped for cooking your own meals and the area around hosts many nice restaurants. We spent time at La peche a la vigne, with friendly staff and excellent food and wine. Great Location in Nice

The apartment is on the top floor (there is an elevator) with stunning views from the back terrace. The front terrace overlooks the streets and restaurants. The apartment was efficient, the kitchen had everything you need plus a washer! The bathroom was typical, small shower which could feel cramped for some people. The only issue was the square pillows on the bed, not what we are used to but apparently it’s a French thing. The location can’t be beat, a close walk to old Nice and the Girabaldi metro station. Take tram 2 from the airport. Overall, you won’t go wrong with this apartment.

It’s not in a marsh!

We stayed in this apartment 6 years ago, so we knew we’d like it. Stylish bedroom with open racking, an airy living space, a tiny kitchen area and *two* balconies: one looks over rooftops to the hills, the other has a view of the lively place du Pin. Why ‘marsh area’ (and it was ‘swamp’ when the apartment was with a different agency? I’m guessing it’s a mistranslation from Paris’s Marais. Vrbo, please note!

Stylish apartment in the Port area of Nice

This is a perfect location if you like to walk to most places - the Port, Place Garabaldi, Nice Old Town, Place Masséna and the Promenade. Sophie, our Host, communicated well right through the booking and was punctual and helpful. The apartment is modern with two balconies, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a double bedroom. TV & WiFi were easy. A bonus is a parking space (extra) if required. Would highly recommend it. Thank you Sophie for looking after us so well. Jeanette & Bruno
