Superb 2P mezzanin, WiFi -3, Place Massena 2 skridt fra havet, den gamle NICE

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the apartment, its quality, and especially its fantastic location. As mentioned in the listing description, the sleeping area and bathroom are located on the mezzanine level, which adds charm to the apartment but may be less suitable for guests with mobility or balance concerns. We truly appreciate your stay and your helpful comments.

Thank you, Deborah, for your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness, amenities and location of the apartment. We would simply like to clarify a few points for future guests. The loft bedroom is clearly described and shown in the listing, including in the photographs. All check-in instructions, including photographs and precise directions to the key box, were also provided before arrival. Key boxes are a very common and convenient self-check-in system. The bed was prepared with a proper duvet cover, not a top sheet used as a fitted sheet. The air conditioning was functioning perfectly; had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to explain the settings to ensure the loft was cooled to your preference. Finally, I’m sorry the property does not have a private parking space, as indicated in the announce, so we regret any misunderstanding on this point. At check-in, you also confirmed to us that everything was good, so we were sorry not to hear about any difficulties during your stay, as we would have been very happy to assist.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you liked the location. We regret there was no mention of the apartment itself or the support we provided throughout your stay, as we always responded promptly and carefully to the many requests and questions you sent during your stay. We always do our best to support guests and appreciate courteous communication on both sides.

We have been very glad to have John and wife in our apartment, they were amazing guests! Very easy to communicate with and so respectful to our place. I warmly recommend them to any owner.

Thank you for staying with us in our apt and did appreciate its amazing location, right on Place Massena.

Thank you so much for the 5 stars comment! and staying at Nice with us. We are so pleased you did appreciate our apt and all its amenities, that is more suitable than many hotels rooms. We know the amazing location is also a great strong point, thank you to appreciated this as well! We are sorry you’d some trouble with the mezzanine beans upstairs, but sincerely it’s really not dangerous, if you just pay a little bit attention. Anyway, glad to have had you as Guests.
