• Due to the severe drought in the region, the Government has requested water consumption restrictions. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention/understanding not to use water unnecessarily, in order to minimize the effects of this problem. Cosy villa, accommodates up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a service bathroom, a full kitchen, living and dining room with access to a pleasant terrace with a dining table and 6 chairs, overlooking the pool.
Air conditioning, free WiFi, charcoal BBQ, garden, private pool.
Access to the house via stairs.
Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome). For those seeking tranquillity and being close to Vilamoura centre.

PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 30 years old are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)
• It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Certified Ecolab cleaning products.
• Bed and bath linens washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.

CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• €50.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 11:00 pm
The guest must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time. If you arrive before 5:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our office.

You must inform us at least one day in advance if you check out before 11:00 am. After 11:00 am until 7:00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our office.
