The apartment is furnished in a traditional French style with modern touches. SLEEPS UP to 4: 2 single beds in the bedroom ( =large double)+ double sofa bed in the lounge. Small but fully equipped kitchen, large EN SUITE bathroom (shower enclosure + sink but no toilet) & separate toilet.

BEDROOM: 2 single beds which can be made into a large double bed, wardrobe.

LOUNGE: sofa bed, coffee table, dining table with chairs, TV with Orange channels

Both rooms have access to the terrace via sliding doors which is great if you're sharing the apartment.

ABOUT LOCAL AREA: the apartment is located in Palm Beach (Cannes) at the eastern end of the Croisette. It is a quiet residential area but very convenient. The nearest small supermarket is Palm Beach Market which is 2 minutes from the apartment. Petit Casino = 6 mins walk from the apartment. The nearest big supermarket is Carrefour City = 12 mins walk from the apartment

BEACHES NEAR THE APARTMENT: Palm Beach is surrounded by beaches. Bijou Plage (Beach) is 3 mins walk from the apartment.

It has a village feel with a large square dedicated to playing pétanque surrounded by a variety of restaurants from a good value plat du jour up to one of the best fish restaurants in the area. There is a chemist, Tabac, fishmonger, cafe and grocery. It offers more of an outdoor lifestyle than the centre of Cannes with paddle boarding, a sailing school, an outdoor gym (x2), and is close to Port Canto for yacht hire.

GETTING TO THE APARTMENT / LOCAL TRANSPORT: If you're driving to Cannes you'll be able to park your car for FREE. The apartment is located on a private, gated compound with plenty of parking available. Guests will be given a gate access pass so they can come and go freely.

If you're flying to Nice airport you can take a direct train from St Augustin Nice train station to Cannes OR the direct airport bus (LINE 81)

From Cannes train station / LINE 81 bus stop you can walk to the apartment OR take a local bus (walking takes half an hour, bus takes 15 mins)

If you're coming to Cannes by train you can walk to the apartment (half an hour) or take a local bus (15 mins).
