Fantastisk beliggenhed til at udforske alle de eventyr, som den store ø har at byde på. Lille pool i de dage, du bare ønsker at være hjemme og slappe af mellem eventyr. WiFi, internet, PS2, DVD, 3 fladskærms-tv'ere og stereoanlæg er også tilgængelige til hjemmeunderholdning. Pænt udstyret køkken med bar og spisebord samt komfortable siddepladser udendørs på Lanai. Prime location!

We had the most amazing time staying here for a week...location was perfect....waking up to overlooking the bay was the best...got to start my mornings off with a swim...very comfortably fit the 10 of us...felt like home! Would love to come back!

Loved our stay

Our family was in town for the Ironman race. We had a wide variety of ages staying and they all loved it. There was definitely something for everyone! Beautiful well kept home

Amazing

Dawn paddle boarding, nighttime manta rays, family, and fun! This stay had it all, and the house location, amenities, and set up made it possible. Fantastic location and extremely comfortable for our family of 8, including two kids under 3. Highly recommended - we will definitely be back.

Perfect house for two families

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed at. The house is amazing. The location is amazing. The shed with all the toys for the kids and adults to use was amazing. Overall we had the best time. The pool is such a nice addition. We enjoyed our morning coffees sitting on the covered deck watching the canoe club come In and out of the bay. Such a great place for our two families to come together and enjoy the big island. Thanks for everything Nikki & Jeff!

Great Spot

This property is in an excellent location with several oceanic tour companies just 3 minute's walk from the front door. And the house is just as beautiful as the pictures.

Wonderful Kona Calm

We had an amazing week at Kona Calm. The location and access to Keahou Bay cannot be beat. The house is large and accommodated our party of 10 very well. We particularly loved the pool and all the water toys. Hopefully we will be back one day!!

Fantastic family oroperty

this home has a fantastic location. A few steps to the beach and a lovely private pool and gorgeous gardens in the backyard. Ample room for a large family and close to highways and access to stores. We would recommend.

Beautiful setting

Absolutely loved the patio and view. The house is a bit dated, but that was expected from the pictures. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great home with Bay View

This property is just as beautiful as described. We enjoyed the pool and yard as well as the spacious bedrooms and extremely well stocked kitchen. This house is comfortable for eight. We had a great time exploring the Big Island from this lovely home.

Wonderful location amazing amenities.

A few updates need to happen with this beautiful home, and the neighbors are a bit noisy. However, this is a wonderful spot. We would stay here anytime. We live here, part time, but needed a bigger place for family. It was the perfect spot and the perfect way to host family from the mainland.

Fantastic home away from home!

My families stay at this home was fantastic! The home is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as it's close to the ocean and many beaches but also close to amenities and downtown Kailua-Kona. Jeff and Nikki were wonderful to deal with and we especially enjoyed their "local local" book! We would definitely love to come back and visit the big island of Hawaii and stay in this wonderful home!!!

An Oasis

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were able to simply enjoy the house, the view, and the ocean. There was enough room for people to chill, great gathering spot for meals, and it was simply what we had hoped it would be. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Mahalo!

Wonderful family property

We truly loved our experience here- our family stayed here with an age range of 4- 74 years old. The pool was perfect for the kiddos, the space was excellent for everyone, the amenities were wonderful, the hosts were very communicative, and we loved the location with proximity to the bay. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you so much Nikki and Jeff!

PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY

Location was great, close to the ocean, quiet, pool for the kids and nice spacious well furnished home. Beautiful landscaping. The home is also close to a very good shopping Center. The kitchen was super well equipped with dishes, utensils, and pots & pans. The full lanai was very well used by all. Also, the “toy shed” had everything needed for the beach. Would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Excellent location!

This listing is excellent for families with kids. There is a bay just across the way where you can do all sorts of water activities. It is safe and secure. There is a variety of plants and animals and the setting is beautiful and restful. Stores and restaurants are nearby. The house was spacious and warm feeling. Loved it!

Great home, great location

Everything as listed. We loved our time here, and as the title states, the home and location were both great. We appreciated the host providing so much pool/beach/ocean equipment which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The home was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the patio where we spent a decent portion of our time was extremely serene. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again if we could do it all over again!

Best VRBO rental yet!

Perfect for our family with adult children and grandchildren. The house was roomy enough for everyone to have space, yet with rooms perfect for gathering all together. The pool was wonderful for the kids to splash and play and the adults to relax on the mats. We didn't have to rent boogie boards or paddle boards as the toy shed was fully stocked! Our favorites were the FairWinds to snorkel by Captain Cook and Kua Bay for playing in the BIG waves.

Perfection

This house had it all! We were two families with 4 kids ranging 9-13 years, and they had so much fun. Plenty of room for all. Big couches, fantastic lanai, and all the beach gear you need for the whole gang. A well-equipped kitchen made meal prep fun, and the location was easy driving distance to all the sights and beaches. Thank you Kona Calm for a fantastic holiday retreat!

Beautiful Doesn't Even Sum it Up

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for 8 of us (10 would have been pushing it). The paddle boards and snorkeling gear was a bonus. The only thing that was difficult was getting our 9 yr old out of the pool haha. This is a birthday she will always remember and she is already planning another trip back.

Ohana Vacation

The property was great!!! It had everything we needed to enjoy 10 days of Ohana time. And fit our Ohana perfectly. The 5 air conditioners and ceiling fans made it comfortable in this Kona heat. The house was well stocked for everything we needed. The beach toy shed was a bonus stocked with goggles, paddle boards etc. And the pool was a refreshing addition that we enjoyed with the grandkids. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, The Chong, Robinson and Thome Ohana

Great Hawaii House right on the bay!

What a fabulous house and location! Our group of 8 was very comfortable and loved being so close to the water! We used all the beach toys, chairs, snorkeling equipment in the bay then came back to swim in the wonderful pool! We were in Kona for a family wedding and everyone raved that we had the best house! We hosted dinner a few times for our group with comfort. Having coffee on the lanai in the morning was wonderful! (Only cons: the cushions on a lot of the outdoor furniture are old and need replacing. The location of the spiral staircase is interesting in the kitchen. Have to watch your head!) but I would definitely rent this wonderful house again.

Really close to beach

This large house was great to stay in although hot in the afternoons, but with beach right out the door and the pool, it was fun for our family of 4 adults and child. 2 more adults for our last night. Big kitchen. Stay would have been great except trash was not emptied when we showed up so a week later we had overflow. No hot water on our day of checkout made laundry requirements and clean up an issue. Inadequate laundry appliances for this large house with the checkout request list. Wonderful Kona location and walk to Sheraton is handy. Groceries just up the hill.

We have been coming to the island for the last 17 years and staying as long as we can when the kids are out of school. We are an active family that enjoys all the island has to offer and we continue to find new adventures each time we visit. We love the pace and community of Kona, our second home:)

We were lucky enough to find this home after admiring it for years as we walked to Keauhou Bay on our way to volleyball. We are so excited to share our favorite place and share the aloha spirit.

Keauhou Bay is an amazing place to SUP, catch a fishing or snorkel boat, swim and/or snorkel. We have a great collection of beach equipment for our guests. Plus, the house is nicely spread out so that the family can spread out. The upstairs lanai is an amazing spot to eat every meal.
