CASA PINOLI stay

My daughter and I spent a wonderful 4 days at CASA Pinolli . The apartment was perfect. Very central, spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Lucca itself is a magical place and we would love to return again soon. Nothing all was perfect !

Perfectly located, secured and updated

Mrs Chiara made the booking experience a pleasure. She met us at the property when we arrived and her office checked in with us throughout our stay. The apartment was a perfect size for 2-4 persons and was equipped as needed. Lucca was a delightful area for us to use as our base to visit other attractions in the area and the apartment was only a short jaunt to the train station. Will definitely recommend to friends and family who may be considering Lucca as their destination while in Italy.

Very easy check in to a large apartment. Nicely furnished but the photos show pillows on the couch -which we missed, both for the beauty but also for comfort. Still a good large living room.Wonderful location, close to restaurants, shops, sites and the wall for a nice morning walk.We loved that there was a washing machine and separate dryer. The little balcony was so pleasant for an aperitivo at the end of the day. There is a lot of activity outside the apartment but the electric shutters shut out most of the sound and all of the light. Very comfortable beds and wonderful bathrooms.Definitely recommend!!

Lovely apartment with great location in Lucca center

We really liked the location of the flat in the Center of Lucca! The apartment was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. We also liked the air condition in every room! We missed a full-length mirror and enough toilet paper. The Teflon pans were all scratched, so unfortunately you couldn’t use them. Also we missed some dishwashing liquid.

A Wonderful Vacation Apartment...

The location was excellent... close to the center of the town, the historic wall, restaurants, shopping, and local activities such as craft and antique fairs. As for the apartment itself...it had all the amenities that one would need for a short or extended stay. Although close to the heart of the town, the apartment itself was not affected by the everyday hustle and bustle. For us it was a 10 out of 10...We would highly recommend it. A full-length mirror would be a nice addition to the apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a central location

Casa Pinoli was lovely and beautifully finished. Everyone was a delight to work with. We enjoyed our stay in this elegant building. Chiara was helpful and made us feel welcome. The couch on the photos had throw pillows. In reality none were there. They would have been helpful as the couch was uncomfortable without them. Also, it would have been great to have measuring spoons and measuring cups in the kitchen.

Perfectly modern stay in the historic center

This apartment had all the updates you'd want for your home away from home. We stayed a month in the fall and appreciated the modern decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and especially the little balcony overlooking the bustling street life. We spent many hours out there with coffee in the morning watching workers hustling off to their jobs and kids riding bikes to school, and with wine in the evening watching the families out for a walk with strollers and dogs and gelato. The location was perfect, just around the corner from Piazza Napoleon, where we spent many a happy hour sipping limoncello spritzes at a couple of favorite neighborhood cafes. We could walk to the train station in less than 15 minutes for frequent day trips and a couple of overnights to Florence and Bologna. No need for a car. Lastly, we appreciated the elevator in the building, a luxury in Lucca, to take us up to our 2nd floor apartment. We will be back and certainly book with Lucca Apartments and Villas. The only suggestion, and it's a tiny one, would be the addition of pillows on the oversized couch (as in the marketing photo). It was hard to get comfortable to watch television, and we brought bed pillows out for support. You just need soften up the sleek contemporary decor a tad, particularly for long-term renters, who are spending time indoors.
