A VERY good value, very good location, felt safe at night, quiet. Just off the edge of touristy area, this is a nice residential and commercial neighborhood, on the busy edge of a very nice neighborhood behind it. Right across from a good metro stop and very short walk to the Eiffel tower through that very nice neighborhood, with a little playground/park behind the building. Also great location for taking RER train from the airport or taking RER to Versailles. Good bakery downstairs, excellent markets and cafes nearby. A little noise from the bakery/cafe below in the morning but not anything bad for city location. No loud music or real street noise at night, Quaint, secure entry and a quiet building. It is not luxury but clean, good beds, we stayed as two dads with young daughters and it worked well, but not a place you will hang out in or with more than 4 people, in terms of space. Key pick up is downstairs at a pub across the street using an automated locker system that actually worked very well, pub has long and early hours. Communication is corporate feeling but very responsive, like within minutes on all texts.

This place is in a great location. You are very close to many things and an amazing bakery right down stairs. Many people in past reviews complained about a noise from downstairs when the bakery opened at 5am but we never heard anything. The communication with the host was the best, they are very attentive and reply to you very quickly. Even days after I checked out and I thought I left my wedding ring there they responded right away. The only thing I will say is that the place needs is new pillows for the beds. They are quite flat. But other than that minor thing everything else was great. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

It was a true pleasure staying at this property. We stayed during winter and slept comfortably warm every night. The check-in process was quick and easy, the key was stored in a locker outside, and the host was very responsive, providing clear and detailed instructions on how to find the property. The space was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and everything we needed for our stay, including a sink, a dining table, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The location was excellent and gave us a genuine sense of what it feels like to live in the neighborhood. We walked to the Eiffel Tower every day, and we also had many train station options at walking distance from the apartment.

The location of the property was spectacular as it was right above a very nice patisserie and it was also across the street from the metro. It was a less than 10 minute walk over to the Eiffel Tower, which made it convenient to swing by at night. Overall, we had a very good experience and I appreciated the instructions and feedback from the host.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The property is modern, light and bright and well equipped. There are very good transport links and good local amenities with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The Eiffel Tower is a very short walk away. The owner/management kept us updated of how to access the property with short videos etc which was very helpful.

Wonderful apartment with excellent location

Contact before during and after our stay, with the host was simple and very supportive and helpful. Apartment was wonderful, bright, spacious, modern and clean in an excellent location for restaurants and cafes. There was a wonderful bakery/patisserie below the apartment. We made great use of this for breakfast and other goodies. Close to the Seine and a 20 minute very pleasant walk to the Eiffel Tower. A great find and a property we would use again when visiting Paris

Beautiful spot in Paris

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment right by the Eiffel Tower! The design is totally on point – feels just like home. The place was sparkling clean, no cap. The host? Super chill and helpful. They really hooked it up with everything we needed. Definitely recommend this flat if you're looking to crash in Paris in style.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the home itself was so beautiful and clean. Location - there is a delicious bakery right below the building and many restaurants nearby to choose from. There is also a couple of pharmacies and markets that are walking distance which I appreciated. Lastly, there was also an outdoor market (food and clothing) on Wednesday right under the bridge across from the building. Cleanliness - the home is very clean. There was fresh bedding and several fresh towels available to use. Communication with host - The host was super communicative and friendly. I had issues getting onto the WiFi (I read the password incorrectly) and the host spent over an hour trying to help me troubleshoot. Any time I reached out, the host replied within minutes! Very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here!! If I visit Paris again, I would absolutely stay in this home.

Excellent location, nice place

Short walk to go see the Eiffel twinkle every night. Tons of restaraunts (amazing bakery right below). 2 major public transport (one subway, one L). Interstingly, the "L" uses rubber tires on the trains so you cant even hear them right outside your window.Other reviews said the bakery below is noisy, but we didnt find that to be true. If you need silence to sleep, the middle of a city of 12 million people might not be for you. It is pretty quiet for a busy neighborhood, but you are right near one of the premiere tourist attractions in the world, expect some activity.Id rent this place again in a second.

First of all, the location is GREAT, everything is around. Boulangeries/Batisseries is just under your apt. We really enjoyed a fresh bread every morning. The host has prompt communication. But: we had a very unplaisant check in. Check in time confirm by the Host was 3pm (I was asking if we can check in early because we are already around). 3pm- I couldn’t get the key. The apt is not ready, until 3:40pm. My kids and we stand on the street, in the cold and wind! The cleaning person told me that he was told we checkin at 4pm! The apt is clean, basic furniture. Very small watching machine. Be prepare: buying more kitchen paper, toilet paper and soap. They only give 1 soap on the kitchen sink and 2 small toilet paper rolls. They refund max 14 for purchase basic need. No coffee or tea available.

After traveling 18 hours or so from the US we arrived at the apartment but could not get into the building. The entrance code provided by the host did not work. The keys are picked up a block or so away in an electronic lockbox that is in the the basement bathroom of a pub that is across the street. The lockbox will not allow the keys to the unit to be accessed until 2:30pm on the day of arrival which was fine. What was not fine was the code not working and us basking in one of the hottest heat waves in Paris in decades trying to get the host to fix the issue. To be fair the communication started out ok but after trying everything they suggested including watching a YouTube video showing the keycode being entered it was clear something had happened to the code and/or it had been changed. We were then asked to use the fob on the key ring we got out of the lockbox but there wasn't a fob attached. We did finally manage to "tailgate" behind another person entering the building and only did so because of the extreme heat and exhaustion. The unit itself was pretty clean but we really could not use it because we had no way to get back into the building. After several hours without food and not hearing back from the host and the owner not being available we decided to contact VRBO. They were pretty responsive and after they could not get a hold of the host offered to put us up into a hotel which we accepted. I would not recommend this property for these reasons.

Great location!

This property is located close to everything - Eiffel Tower, Metro, incredible restaurants, the Seine, etc. It's also charming although - very sparsely stocked. Very few glasses, plates or utensils for cooking, no extra toilet paper, no extra blankets etc. When we arrived, it was freezing in the apt and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on. I contacted the management company, and they said there was a manual in the cabinet under the heater - which there wasn't - and told me to read the instructions. We found a small space heater in a closet and used that for heat - but it was still really cold at night. The apartment is large and quiet for the most part. However, there is a big thing you need to know. The apartment is directly above a bakery, and at 5:00 AM every morning except Sunday a very large loud machine begins to run and woke us up. That wasn't mentioned anywhere in the listing. I think this might be why it's such a good value. All that written, the location really made it a great trip.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I travel the world and That apartment was a disaster from the start. The sheets were dirty, we weren’t given enough towels, and When I asked for extra they wanted to charge me money and the entire place felt unclean. On top of that, the water heater didn’t work, and the heating in the apartment was completely broken To make things worse, there was unbearable noise coming from the bakery downstairs, waking us up at 5 AM every single morning. We tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but they were completely unresponsive and useless. about my security deposit and a random charge. They ignored me every single time. No explanation, no response, NOTHING. They take your money and disappear. This place is a nightmare. I highly recommend that NO ONE books this apartment. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else. I booked for 4 days I checked out after the 1st night One star—only because I can’t give zero.
