Love this location. Very close to Notre Dame and the Place Maubert, with all the types of stores that make Parisian life so charming.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. Communication with the host was excellent. I had a little trouble finding the keys when we arrived, but the host responded right away and helped us quickly.The apartment was clean, and having an elevator to the fifth floor was a huge bonus. We happened to visit during the extreme heat wave, so it was quite warm. There were three fans available, though only two were working. Given the unusual weather, it didn't impact our overall experience.The location is fantastic—just steps from great restaurants and cafés, with the Seine only a short walk away. We loved staying here and would happily book again.

Suitable for 2 -3 adults. Not suitable for childern. A typical small French apartment/kitchen .

The location was fabulous. It was walkable to most sights we wanted to see and we loved that it was in a neighborhood. The bathroom is very small. I'm a petite woman and I felt cramped in it. The shower room is also very small. I did appreciate the host let me know about where we could store our luggage when we arrived before the Vrbo was available. It's just a couple blocks away. You do tend to get lots of canned responses from the host. Why I would not book this place again is it took me almost a month to get my large security deposit back (we checked out on July 6 and I finally received most of our deposit back on August 2). This was after sending at least 7 messages (and receiving slow responses to most of the messages they replied to) before I received the majority of the deposit back (it was 21 short). I sent one message about this and never heard back and then decided I could not spend anymore time on it.

Great location... service was subpar

I found the host to be unresponsive before our stay. Canned messages that didn't answer our questions. During our stay we were left with a half a roll of toilet paper and none of the amenities listed. I messaged and was told I had to go purchase them myself. On vacation the last thing I want to do is purchase supplies that were supposed to be provided. I spent time on vacation shopping with a 10euro budget for soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. They provided instructions for check out including where to take the garbage. The video was helpful but the key did not work and they are clear that they will charge you if you don't take out garbage. I brought garbage outside and found a can on the street to dispose of the garbage. I messaged them and their reply and hour later was "ok" no further instructions telling me where to take garbage. The outlets in the bathroom did not work, several of the lights were out.

Not as nice as pictured

I have stayed in very many short stay apartments in many different countries.PRO :- Check in was done remotely via collecting the keys from a machine at a nearby location. - The apartment was in a great location and was very quiet. - The bed was comfortable. The fold out couch was comfortable although squeaky.CON:- Despite have 3 sets of windows, there is NO view of the street or anything except other windows of apartments. - The pictures make the rooms seem much much nicer and bigger than they are. - Even the simplest of meal preparations or even just heating some food is quite challenging due to the complete lack of functional counter space in the kitchen. - The toilet or WC is absolutely tiny, a large person would have trouble turning around in it. - Wear slippers as the floors are a bit splintered. - Upon arrival we found an unwashed drinking glass in the kitchen. - When we discovered that the drain in the shower was very slow, the host responded rather quickly that we should buy a certain product to pour in the drain, save the receipt and they would reimburse us. -The bedroom was very dusty in areas. - There was 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper available to us

Fantastische locatie, het Quartier Latin is een van de beste buurten van Parijs! Gezellig appartement, goede wifi, makkelijk inchecken. Alles was in orde.

La localisation du logement est excellente. Le logement était propre mais le divan lit ok pour y faire dormir les enfants mais pour adultes, le matelas est trop mou. Nous avons eu un bon sejour quoi qu'il manquait certains element pour que ce soit parfait. Nous y etions 9 jours, famille de 4 mais on nous a fourni que le tiers d'un rouleau de papier de toilette. Aucun savon a lessive ni aucun savon pour le lave vaiselle. Qu'un seul sac de poubelle dans la cuisine également. La compagnie de gestion répond bien aux questions et commentaires.
