The Ola Living Boqueria Atic apartment has a modern design with warm tones, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere right above La Rambla, a step away from the Mercat de la Boquería, in the heart of the city. The apartment has 1 spacious and cosy bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a spectacular terrace with beautiful views of the Condal City. Everything you need to relax and feel at home. And on the other side of the door, you will find the iconic Rambla of Barcelona, with endless things to discover just a few steps away.



The apartment has 1 full bathroom. Washer-dryer in addition to Wi-Fi internet connection. Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.



The building has a common area on the roof, with chairs and tables, where you can relax after a long day.



Ola Living Boqueria offers you fully equipped apartments, right on La Rambla in Barcelona, a step away from the Mercat de la Boquería, in the El Raval neighbourhood. The best cultural, gastronomic and commercial offerings of the city in the palm of your hand. The Raval neighbourhood, in the old town of Barcelona, has become the colourful refuge of the alternative and bohemian scene of the city. There are endless unique shops and a selection of the trendiest bars and restaurants in Barcelona. An incredible modern art scene completes the unique personality and atmosphere of the neighbourhood. The MACBA and CCCB museums, and many art galleries have been installed in Raval. At one end of La Rambla you will find Plaza Cataluña and at the other, the Mediterranean. Ola Living Boqueria immerses you fully in the unique atmosphere of Barcelona.



No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.



The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.



Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00.

This was an extremely central area to do pretty much everything in Barcelona, it was very clean, and not too loud even with construction going on.

La Rambla construction was noisy

Great location, a little noisy in the AM with the renovations to La Rambla. Conveniently located near the Metro and morning coffee.

Visiting from the US...Location was great. Metro lines and eating locations were right outside the door. Located on the main street but the room was high enough you didn't hear street noise. It was nice to sit on the balcony and people watch. Bed was comfortable and the room was the right size for 2 people. Property has an elevator. Would definitely stay here again

We checked in late on a Tuesday night; the AC was not working. I contacted the landlord to see if I was too stupid to run the AC and needed clearer instructions.Oddly, there was an oscillating fan in the room. I did not expect to get any service at that late hour, but the next morning I contacted the landlord again. I was told that they would send a service company out. We spent the day touring and came back to a hot room with no AC. Called the next day and got the same response. When we got back to the apartment, it was still hot, but they dropped off two more fans to churn the hot air. The landlord went dark for several hours and Friday morning admitted that the AC was missing a part and was having trouble finding a new part.I think the Landlord knew the AC is not working and had a duty to remedy it. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone with VRBO Cares, we were finally comped a hotel nearby for our last night in Barcelona. The landlord had a new tenant coming in Saturday and had a duty to inform the next tenant the AC was not working while Europe was having an unprecedented heat wave. Dirty apartment with bugs, no AC, and horrible communication with the landlord. Zero stars. VRBO Cares was not much better.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that the air conditioning issue affected your stay, particularly during a period of very high temperatures in Barcelona. We would, however, like to clarify that the air conditioning was not known to be defective before your arrival. Unfortunately, technical equipment can fail unexpectedly and without warning, and periods of particularly high temperatures can also put significant strain on air conditioning systems. This was not a situation in which we knowingly provided an apartment with a non-functioning AC or chose not to address a known problem. As soon as the issue was reported, our team contacted maintenance and several attempts were made to diagnose and resolve it. Unfortunately, it turned out that the unit required a replacement part that was not immediately available. In the meantime, additional fans were provided as a temporary measure while we continued working on the issue. We fully understand that this was frustrating and that having no working air conditioning affected your comfort. We sincerely regret that you experienced this problem during your stay. At the same time, we believe it is important to clarify that the issue was unexpected and that our team did take action to assist and find a solution once it was reported.
