Wonderful property

This property has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Palm Springs. Communication with the property manager was great. Location is terrific, quiet neighborhood and close to grocery. Pool was delightful.

Great family location

My wife’s 60th birthday brought us to Palm Springs for a week to celebrate. Our three adult children and their spouses and significant others joined us for all or part of the time. The house was perfect for our needs. The online pictures and description accurately describe the accommodations. The outdoor space and pool was fantastic - that was where we spent most of our time. Terry was responsive to our needs and requests, but otherwise left us to our own devices. The only two minor downsides were the relatively small kitchen (but hey, we didn’t come to Palm Springs to make elaborate family dinners...) and lack of drawer pulls on the master vanity. It looks like they had been purchased but not yet installed so should be an easy fix. Otherwise, this is a great place for a family stay in the Palm Springs area. Near the airport and minutes from all the action. Definitely a two thumbs up from my sometimes hard to please family!

Met Expectations

The property presents just as it does in the photos. The garage has been tastefully remodeled into a master bedroom. The backyard is great and has many tasteful touches that make it more enjoyable. Also, the pool is quite large, more so than represented in the photos.

Getaway

This is a lovely property. Very, very clean. Everything was easy, from booking to check in to sorting out questions during our stay. Would stay here again!

July 4th getaway

Just returned from 4 days at this fab Palm Springs home. Super clean, easy check in, very thoughtful in its design execution. Fireplace to fall asleep to. Fire pit to roast a snore in. Large pool to cool off in when the 110temps get to be too much. Thanks so much for the kind amenity upon arrival; both the fresh flowers and the starter package in the fridge. < 10 minutes to everything in town. Awesomeness abounds and we will certainly return.

Very clean & wonderful layout!

We had a great post holiday stay at this home in January! We were a family of 5, a Grandma, and a Married Couple. : ) The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 different families to each have our own private bedrooms. The 2 "Master" suites flanked each end of the house with ensuite bathrooms & walked out to the pool area. The pool area was beautiful & very well maintained. The patio furniture was comfortable & nice. Our only wish was that is was a bit warmer for the pool (it was 60's), but the kids jumped in anyway multiple days! The living room was super cozy with the fireplace & we loved the open concept from the kitchen to dining room to living room. That whole area also opened up directly to the pool area outside, which was fantastic. The home is located within minutes of the main strip downtown & delicious restaurants as well as the airport. However we rarely heard or were ever bothered by the noise of airplanes overhead. Wonderful layout, wonderful location, great host... we would return to this property! But maybe not in January so we could really get FULL use out of the pool & California heat! : )

Simply awesome.

This property was one of our favourites. The yard is absolutely amazing, and the house has a cool vintage feel. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was included (towels, cookware, spices, shampoo, etc). Beds were comfortable, and there was a lot room for our family of 4. The house will sleep 8, but it would be a little cozy. When you include the yard in the living space, the house would be amazing for a group of 8. The location is one of the best we’ve had in PS. 4 min from the airport and 5min from downtown. The service was amazing, and very responsive with any enquires. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Super stylish design, impeccably spotless and outstanding back yard. Even better than the photos!

Our group has stayed in a number of Palm Springs rentals in recent years but this one is our new favorite. Eight of us celebrated Thanksgiving here and the layout was perfect for our group. The living/dining room area was actually much larger than we expected from the photos. As was the massive master suite. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and the fire pit and outdoor seating areas are even better than the photos convey. This home was also one of the cleanest we’ve ever arrived to. Not a spot on a single appliance or countertop. Absolutely perfect. And extra thanks to the hospitality or our property contact, Terry!

Very clean, nicely decorated and great location.

We were very impressed with the house. There is ample space for guests, soft beds and kitchen had everything we need. The pool and outside living is very nice and tons of space to spread out. The host was excellent upon arrival and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay.

Awesome property!

We were a group that stayed here for Coachella and it was everything we could have asked for. The backyard, pool, fireplace, lounge chairs were amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook meals for 8 (grill in the backyard as well). Bedrooms, bathrooms, family room were very nice. Awesome property, I would definitely recommend it!

Over all: 5-stars +!

My family and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and where very pleased with the house and it’s amenities. We knew it was a post modern home as is the style in Palm Springs but it has obviously been totally remodeled with such meticulous care and class! I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s over the years and always seem to find that there’s just something missing. Not here. Great wi-fi. Wonderful wireless entertainment. Toaster, wine opener, pasta strainer(dont laugh, many miss these small items). The backyard is groomed and designed so nicely that you feel you are not in a neighborhood at all but maybe on some secluded acreage. Relaxing near the fire pit as the children swim in the clean, warm pool is a much needed change from a hectic day to day. Unquestionably the worst thing about many rentals is when you finally lay down to sleep and discover it’s not what your used to at all but here, dare I say better? Unbelievable beds, sheets and pillows! And so quiet. Probably the best nights sleep I can remember. To sum it up, we are counting the days the days till our return!!

Beautiful house close to downtown

We had a great stay at Davids house. The home is very comfortable and perfect for our family of 6. The 2 masters were perfect for us having adult children and spouses. The back yard is perfect with great views but still very private with multiple areas to congregate. The pool is large and never felt cramped when all 6 of us were in it. The house is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I would stay again and again.
