Air conditioning is a rare amenity in Jackson Hole due to our mountain climate. We do our very best to make this clear on the listing by excluding it from the list of amenities and specifying the lack of air conditioning in the property description. That being said, we are so sorry for the inconvenience and we hope that you were able to locate the fans in the unit to help maintain a comfortable temperature. Hi Jason, We are sorry to hear that you feel your stay with Outpost was not a 5 star experience. Four Seasons II C6 was recently purchased by its current owners, who have been updating the home in stages. Prior to your arrival, we brought new beds into the unit, and on the day of your departure, we added touches such as new lamps. The photos you were looking at when reserving this property were taken prior to these updates, so we are surprised to hear your feedback that nothing in the unit has been updated. We apologize for the confusion regarding the hot tub and pool access at Four Seasons II C6. VRBO does not allow us to select "communal hot tub" in the same way we can select "communal pool" as an amenity, so we have added text clarifying that access is through the Sundance Swim and Tennis Club in multiple places so that this confusion does not happen in the future. We are happy to discuss purchasing games, books, and movies for this unit with the homeowner, although we do want to note that none of these were selected as amenities on VRBO. As of the holiday season immediately after your departure, we have expanded our welcome packets to include a dining guide, and now leave small welcome gifts for all of our renters. I apologize that you did not receive these added amenities, but hope that you will get to enjoy them in future stays with us. We are also working with a graphic designer to create accurate maps of the area. As for the property location, we input the home's address on VRBO, and they create the area maps. The quality of their maps is completely out of our control, and certainly not an attempt to be misleading. We are always as upfront as possible with our guests, as we want all of our guests to feel that their experience exceeded their expectations.
