The house is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The house is in the nicest part of Antigua, walking distrance from the central square yet also 10 minutes away from the throngs of tourists. The washer and dryer worked great, the mattresses were comfortable, nothing that wasn't just right.

We stayed during our trip to Antigua which happened to be during Holy Week. It's a Large, beautiful rental in a great, walkable location! Sandra was also great and communicative she made the process easy. Would definitely recommend this for large groups!

The house was clean and well stocked for being able to cook and not have to eat out constantly. The location is great for experiencing Antiqua Guatemala. With everything within walking distance.

This property was amazing. It was beautiful, lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, and a wonderful roof to relax on. The kitchen was fully equipped. The home was clean and beautifully furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable. Most importantly, the host was very warm and welcoming, and easy to work with and communicate with. We loved it and will consider this home first before hotels and other homes in Antigua. We cannot recommend this home enough!! 5 stars for every category!!

Wonderful home to stay in the heart of Antigua. Walkable to everything. The house was beautiful with original artwork. The pictures were spot on. We stayed over New Year's Eve and the rooftop was an incredible place to watch fireworks.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. The rooftop is gorgeous! The host was very responsive. I only need to reach out once and I was able to get a response quickly. The area felt safe. Most things were a few mins walk away or a very trip uber ride away. The day before we were leaving, we did notice these tiny tiny tiny bugs in the bed and the bathroom. On the ride to the airport, I noticed these tiny bugs on my purse and my clothing . I checked my bags thoroughly and certain nothing came home with me. Also did a google search and it didn’t appear to be anything serious and assumed it may just come with the territory in Antigua? I’d still book this house again. This to me was very minor and we also didn’t mention to the host bc we were on our way out of the house when we really noticed the bugs, so she did not have a chance to respond or fix the problem. Which I’m sure she would have because was kind and responsive from the beginning.

My wife and I - having lived in Antigua many years ago and visited frequently since then - were very pleased with our stay at this house in Antigua ("La Chula"). It is an interesting mix of old-style Antigua - with thick walls, early colonial antique furniture, and several carvings and pottery that are also apparently colonial - combined with well-done modern features. Those include lovely bathrooms with modern fittings and a totally modern and fully equipped kitchen. The space is ample and the two of us were very comfortable; but it could easily accommodate a family or several couples, because in addition to the master bedroom it has three additional bedrooms, of which two have their own bathrooms with showers. In addition to the formal reception room in the front, there's a very pleasant living-dining area further back, connected to the kitchen and with a door to the small but pleasant outdoor patio. Stairs in the patio lead to a rooftop area with a table and chairs - great for viewing the sunset behind the distant volcanoes over the rooftops of Antigua. The location is convenient and interesting - it's located on a main street right behind the famous church of San Francisco and a few blocks through the heart of Antigua to the central plaza. And Sandra, our host, was not just responsive, but proactively enquired about how the house suited us and how we were doing. All in all, a very good stay and a reasonable price.

Gorgeous, comfortable home in very good location

Had a terrific two weeks in this lovely home not too far from the center of Antigua. Comfortable beds, ample # of bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen. I'd stay here again if I make it back to Antigua!

A fantastic place to stay

A great property that had all the convivence of being close to town while remaining a private and clam place to relax in. Fantastic host who was super helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend and hope I can return and stay again.

Great place to stay! Beautiful,clean , had everything you needed! Only thing that was challenging was there was always a vehicle parked right in front of the entry door which made in and out of house very tight.

Perfect location to explore Antigua

We loved our stay in this charming and well appointed colonial home! It’s a perfect location to explore beautiful Antigua by foot. Our host was so wonderful! They arranged transportation for us from the airport and accommodated an early arrival. It was a wonderful and memorable experience and stay. Highly recommend!!

This house is GORGEOUS!!

Very well-appointed kitchen, lots of space, walking distance to everything! The walls are incredibly beautiful and the house has all that you need. The hostess was very accommodating as was her house manager! We will return to Guatemala and THIS will be our first choice of places to stay!

Perfect place to stay in centro

We were really amazed at the decorations and design of this house - it's really something special. The couches are comfortable, the rooftop is great, and we all slept well with the fans in the bedrooms. Also there is plenty of water in the showers and it's hot - not something you'll always find here. The location is right in centro, easy to get to everything.

Wonderful place to stay!

This home is absolutely stunning and big enough to host a large group comfortably. The rooftop deck is gorgeous. Our hosts made check-in so easy and were willing to work with us on arrival time. The floors were dirty and we weren't sure if it was from the volcanic ash? Other than that everything as wonderful!
