We stayed at the property from August 1–4, 2026, and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Central Park and surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. We highly recommend staying at this apartment.

This place was amazing and I will definitely be coming back. The location was perfect and just blocks away from the town square. It was beautiful and clean. The property manager was just a text away at all times. We had plenty of space and it is perfect for a short or long stay. 10/10

It was a treat to stay here. This is a beautiful property located near everything. It’s safe . It was expensive but it was water weekend . Otherwise u loved how the property was stocked with bathroom amenities and kitchen. Most poke me come from abroad so it would be more helpful to have actual mineral water bottles rather than filtered water. Otherwise it was clean bright and so enjoyable thank you

Family visit

It is a beautiful property fairly close to center of city. Some really nice restaurants nearby. Enjoyed Antigua a great deal. Unique city with so much history to see, as we as the area around the town.

The house was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay. Our group was originally going to be five people, but two had to cancel at the last minute, so the three of us had plenty of space.The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to brew coffee each morning. The host even left us a bag of local coffee—thank you! It was such a thoughtful touch. We also cooked one evening and found everything we needed, including pots, pans, and other kitchen essentials.On the first day, we received a message letting us know that someone would be coming by to water the plants. However, the person ended up staying for several hours, cleaning the entire house, changing all the bed linens, and doing laundry. The cleaning products used had a strong scent, so if you prefer not to have cleaning during your stay, I recommend letting the host know through the app in advance. We did, and Dario responded quickly and canceled the cleaning without any issues.There is no air conditioning in the house, but each room has a fan. We visited during the winter, and with nighttime temperatures in the 60s, the fans provided more than enough comfort.The house is in excellent condition overall. The only issue we noticed was the bathroom sink in the downstairs back bedroom, which had visible mold around it. It wasn’t pleasant to use, but it seems like a simple maintenance issue that can hopefully be addressed soon.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

My jaw dropped when we opened the door. It is so nice. The space is huge, super clean. The host left a bag of nice Guatemalan coffee and plenty of water. Very well equipped kitchen.There is a very nice bakery 2 doors away frim the house. We were getting our breakfast there.The location is perfect. We walked everywhere. We loved the charm of this house and attention to details. The cleaning lady comes every day around 11am. She is very nice and very respectful. We had rented car but we did not use the parking inside the property, we parked the car on the street. It is very very safe.If we go back to Antigua we are 100% staying here.

This newly constructed home is situated in the heart of Antigua. The cozy living space is within walking distance of Parque Central, churches, marketplaces, ruins, and the vibrant nightlife that Antigua has to offer.

Included services are Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and hot water. The house is located in a safe residential area, surrounded by affordable bars, coffee shops, restaurants, a Spanish school, and churches. It is directly across from the famous San Francisco Church

A luxury house with all the comforts of a fine hotel, Casa Piaw’i is where you can make yourself at home. Our kitchen is fully equipped, and the house is full of natural light, making it cozy.

Our home is located just five short blocks from the Main Plaza, three blocks from Hotel Casa Santo Domingo, and a half-block from the San Francisco Church. Fresh bread is available a few steps from the house, and laundry services are just around the corner. Some of the best restaurants are only a 2 min.
