Renoveringer til ydersiden af Grand Tower gennemføres dette efterår. Ring til kontoret for detaljer. Denne nyrenoverede 1 soveværelse 1 badeværelse ejerlejlighed er beliggende på 9. etage i vores Grande Tower Building og kræver en 5 nætters minimum ophold. Den delvise udsigt over den smukke Mexicanske Golf og vores hvide sandstrand kan ses fra denne enhed, som er perfekt til at se aften solnedgange! For at overholde Sarasota County Fire Code, sover vores 1 soveværelsesenheder højst 4 personer. Stuen er udstyret med et 42 "fladskærms-tv med FIOS HD-tv og en blå-ray-afspiller-service til din fornøjelse. Soveværelset er indrettet med to queensize-senge med et 32 "fladskærms-tv med FIOS HD-tv-service. Badeværelset har en walk-in bruser med en bænk. Køkkenet har granit bordplader og rustfrit stål apparater. Det er fuldt udstyret med de nødvendige ting, du har brug for til madlavning - gryder / pander, tallerkener, redskaber, brødrister og kaffemaskine. Lejligheden har flise hele vejen igennem. Det er smukt indrettet med en lukket balkon med glidende vinduer og den mest spektakulære udsigt over Den Mexicanske Golf, som vil g������re dit ophold mindeværdigt.

Couldn’t get any closer to the beach! Very nice place but the bathroom could stand to be updated and did have mold which I am very allergic to. They said they could send someone up to clean it but that never happened. Also the washer and dryer are located on the same floor and you have to pay to use them, they are not in the room. No sunset view from this room and pool across the street was fabulous!

This stay was amazing. Best location, beautiful view, super friendly staff, clean, comfy beds, nice big TVs. I highly recommend. We would love to return to this perfect place.

Great stay!

This place is exactly like the pictures! Property is very nice and on the less busy portion of the beach but close enough to go to that if you wanted. Would be nice to have a little more kitchen items included to start your stay (coffee filters, paper towel, etc.) but that's nothing to make a big deal out of, just something to think about when you're out shopping. Would stay here again!

Spectacular Views!

I thoroughly enjoyed my peaceful getaway in this condo! The views from the living area were spectacular, and I could hear the ocean waves in the evening. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a true beach getaway!

Great Unit & Property

Unit was great! It was clean, had everything we needed, and had great southern views on the beach. We got onto Siesta Key late at night, but after-hours check-in was a breeze. Management was great! Thanks!

The bed was very comfortable. They had most of the essentials you need in kitchen, I do think they should provide a roll or 2 of paper towels but we just got some from the was nice that they set up your chairs for you at the beach! It is very close to siesta key village

Wonderful!

This property is immaculate! Everything was so clean, both in the condo, as well as the public areas and grounds. Staff members were all very kind and helpful. Great location. Great views of the beach and ocean from the condo. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stayed in a gulf partial view room in the tower. The view was incredible! We wanted to go to the beach a lot so we knew we wanted to be as close to the beach as possible. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff was so friendly and amazing; especially Charles one of the security guys he was so incredibly helpful!!! Our stay was in May so it was pretty hot; there are companies you can rent umbrellas, cabanas or tents through which was so nice. There was no need for us to rent a car either there is lots of free transportation (just tip) that is always driving around. If you want to be close to the beach I would recommend staying in the tower you walk out and the beach is right there, also it’s not over crowded like the public beach because only people staying at the Palm Bay can use the area. Our room was pretty nice had full kitchen with everything you need to stay in a cook meals there is a grocery store less than a mile away which made everything that much easier. Everything is gated off and you have to have a code to get in to the Palm Bay Club, my daughter and I felt safe and at home the whole time we will definitely be back and recommend it to others.

This year the condo we were in was a little disappointing. With high rental fees we expected better furnishings. The couch and one chair(should have two) need replaced as well as the rug. The kitchen needed mugs and small bowels . The bathroom had a shoddy repair job above the shower head and you felt that any moment it might fall on your head. We spent many hours with repair people to fix the AC, Tv Wi-Fi,freezer, etc. The freezer was checked twice and a new part install but ice still overflows. The patio was nice but crowded with having an old couch inside it. This time spent was not what we want to do on vacation. The view was excellent and the saving grace. The location of the resort was perfect. During red tide we went to the bay side to the pool. Nice to have the option.loved the security and having a gate at entrance. The gentleman on the beach was so nice and went above and beyond to get you a chair. All in all we love Palm Bay Club. The unit was disappointing.

Great location

The unit with the view is great! The beds are absolutely horrible! They need to be changed asap! They are so sunken down in the middle that there is no support. My back was in spasms. The air wasn’t working the first night and it was super hot, but they sent someone up the next day and got it working. They also had fans for when this happens. The location is wonderful! The property is wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Very clean building. Unit was great, our AC was not working when we checked in ( after 7pm), I notified the front desk the next morning and by 2pm, it was fixed. They were very responsive. There is currently only 1 working elevator due to renovations. It’s a pain but not horrible- you may have to wait a couple extra minutes for the elevator. The unit was clean and organized. The only issue I had is the check out time. Check out was at 10am, which was a bit early. Overall, it was a great stay!

Reviewer Comments: This is the second stay our family has had in the tower and in terms of location and ease of everything you'd like for the beach, to go back to your room quickly if needed, its great. The room itself was everything as described and no issues. We're already looking to stay again. If we had 1 recommendation it would only he in terms of cookware. We make breakfast a lot especially with 2 young kids so an upgrade or additional cookware be nice. However, nothing stopping us from booking next year.
