Dette er House of the Sun, Unit 201, Siesta Key.
• Solens hus er placeret på 6518 Midnight Pass Road, Siesta Key, Florida 34242
• 2. etage enhed # 201. Jeg har også en anden lejlighed på Solens hus på femte sal.
• Reserveret parkeringsplads er placeret under bygningen, og din bil bliver holdt kold 24/7.

Udsigt fra balkonen vender mod sydvest og der er ingen høje bygninger ved siden af. Selvom denne lejlighed ikke tilbyder udsigt over bugten, har vi stadig en meget flot udsigt mod sydvest og vi får en vidunderlig sydlig eksponering på vores balkon hele dagen lang.

Vores opvarmet pool, og private tennisbaner overse bugten. I løbet af vinterhalvåret placeringen ikke kan slå, er en blok fra Stickney punkt Bridge (ingen lange, langsomme linjer på og uden for nøglen), og restauranter, barer, købmand, cykeludlejning, apotek, is, 7 / Eleven, og meget, meget mere, lige over gaden fra House of the Sun.

Gæster i House of the Sun nyder at bringe deres aftencocktails og snacks til FIFTH FLOOR DECK, hvor følelsen er sjov og venlig. Langvarige venskaber, der spænder over kloden, er lavet fra det femte etage dæk ved solnedgang, og gæsterne kommer tilbage år efter år for at nyde dette vidunderlige kompleks.

We had a fantastic stay!! Especially loved the location as it was only a short walk to the powdery white sand and crystal clear water! Check-in and Check out was easy and the co do is located close to restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be booking again here!

Wonderful condo in Siesta Key

This is our third spring break going to Siesta Key and our first at House of the Sun. We have always stayed in the same area and love it. We are a family of 4 and the layout of the condo was great for us. The size of the rooms and the common areas were perfect. We got to the condo very late and it was very simple to follow Donna's instructions and get the keys and let ourselves in. The pool area was really nice and the pool is heated which was great. We were also able to get some pickleball equipment to play. What I liked the most was the nice and easy setup at the beach. We didn't have to lug anything with us and we could easily get chairs and pay for an umbrella. Communication with Donna was great from the start. We are still undecided if we will be going back to Siesta Key next year or try a different place but if we go to Siesta Key, we will definitely book with Donna again.

First time siesta key

Condo was very nice. Was clean, pool was great. Building is secure so no one can just walk in. We loved it! It was really great to be able to Just walk out to beach and have chairs and umbrellas waiting for you! Definitely recommend!!!!

Great Location

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the beach was beautiful. The trolley was convenient for going to the Village when we wanted. We are already looking forward to going back.

Great location

Location and closeness to the beach is amazing. Walking distance to everything you could need, if not a very short drive will get you whatever else you desire. The unit is nice but could use some updating and a deep cleaning. The property itself seems very old and “well used”, but overall it works. Communication with the owner Debbie is outstanding and she is very helpful with written instructions about everything, she was also very accommodating with a late check out on our last day.

Great SK location

BIG fantastic unit; the building is right on the beach! It had lots of amenities as well as the property. Walking distance to great restaurants. Close to a trolley stop if you wanted a ride to the Village. The only drawback was the view from the balcony. Other buildings blocked the view but the 4th and 5th floor have an outside deck area if you want a view without going down in the sand. Perfect for sunsets!

50th Birthday Celebration

Wonderful property, excellent communication with everything necessary for a great stay provided! Pretty great to leave the restaurant right across the street at night and in one minute you’re relaxing for the night in your place.

Great Condo

This is a great condo, even better than advertised. It’s tastefully decorated, fully equipped, extremely comfortable, and superbly located. Donna is a great host, and responded promptly to our two queries. First, the halyard for reserving beach chairs was missing, and second a remote for bedroom tv was missing (not a problem since we don’t watch tv in bed; we just wanted to let her know). One caveat: if like us you’re used to cooking with gas, you might want to do what we do and bring an electric frying pan. The oven and broiler are first rate, but that electric cooktop is a pain. What’s better than advertised is the location. An excellent supermarket is minutes away, and even better, a good French restaurant, Miquel’s, is a block away. (Avoid the house salad, order the Caesar; everything else is really good. Ask for Brendon to wait on you.) Across the street is an oyster house with fabulous fresh oysters and clam chowder. There’s also a liquor store, a small grocery, a post office and UPS, and a 7/11. A fabulous condo. You won’t find better.

What a great place and property manager

I can’t say enough about the house of the sun. The rooms, the access, the pool. This was a great stay that sold my wife on siesta key forever. Donna was so nice and easy to work with. She gave us all of the best details on how to get about and made checking in and out so simple. We also had two other of her rentals through other family members and she took just as great care of them. We can’t thank her enough for letting us enjoy our vacation in her little slice of heaven

House of the Sun is an extremely well run and maintained property. And we have all of the conveniences of shopping right across the street. We do not have to deal with the slow moving traffic on the key as we are just off of the south bridge (Stickney Point). Having a condo on the 2nd floor is a wonderful convenience, even with the 2 elevators, we can just walk up one flight of stairs to our condo. We love our place at House of the Sun!

Dave and I have been coming to Siesta Key for over 20 years and we love it. We decided to purchase our condo at House of the Sun for so many reasons. First, we really like the location. The complex is on the gulf and one block away from the Stickney Point Bridge. During the busier times of the year, it is wonderful to be able to leave our building, cross the bridge and get to our destination without long, slow lines. We enjoy the large, heated pool the overlooks the gulf, and we love the decks on the fourth and fifth floors. Every evening, guests of House of the Sun love to come up to the 4th and 5th floor decks for sunset. A horn is typically blown from our 5th floor deck just as the sun is disappearing into the Gulf. The deck provides a panoramic view of Siesta Key Beach, and we are one of the very view complexes that have these wonderful decks right on the beach. We love the convenience of being able to walk across the street for groceries at the Crescent Market, cocktails at the Sniki Tiki and dinner at Claytons. Typically, my car stays under the building in my covered parking space for most of my time at House of the Sun. Everything that I need is right across the street, from rentals, to shops, to a variety of eateries, liquor stores, ice cream, pizza, pharmacy, rentals, and the list goes on and on...I simply cannot say enough about the location and amenities here at House of the Sun!
