Check in and check out was super easy. No issues during our stay. Location couldn't have been better. Close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away to be quieter and more private.

Sounds like the perfect balance, Amy! We're so glad check-in and check-out were a breeze during your stay at A17 in Clearwater Beach, and that the location gave you the best of both worlds — walkable but still quiet and private. Hope to welcome you back soon!

We were a little disappointed that the pool was down for repairs but not a huge issue. One of the beds in the secondary room was broken when we arrived but we didn't need that bed. I notified the host and they offered to send someone right away but we elected to wait until after we left since we didn't need it. The unit was very clean, beds and furniture very comfortable and had everything we needed and more! Loved that we had beach towels, chairs and toys available. And a box fan in each room which was so appreciated by those of us who sleep with a fan year round for white noise! Easy walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Wish there was little later check-out and earlier check-in but understand the need for time to clean.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, Mary! We're really glad you found the unit clean and comfortable and that you enjoyed the beach towels, chairs, toys, and box fans. We're sorry the pool was down for repairs and that one of the beds was broken when you arrived, and we appreciate your understanding and your flexibility in letting us handle the bed after your stay. We hear you on the check-in and check-out times, and we appreciate you understanding that we need that window to get the unit ready for every guest. We're happy you loved the walkable location, and we'd be delighted to host you again!

Location is incredible. Parking was a breeze. The unit is beautiful and spacious for a family of 4 and I really liked the layout. Check-in and out was easy. Chairs and lots of toys for the beach. We had a few issues during our stay. The ice maker was broken so we had to buy ice. The refrigerator froze everything inside it (cokes, milk, everything). The master bed isn't comfortable and does not have blackout curtains. The washing machine is full of sand (no, it wasn't from the clothes I attempted to wash). It rained a couple of days during our stay and water poured out of the fireplace into the floor. The pool was closed for renovations our entire stay, even though when I booked the listing said it would be open by our stay. The elevator was down for maintenance 1 day of our stay, and this unit is on the 5th floor. We had ROWDY neighbors who smoked constantly and partied, blaring music from afternoon to late into the evening so it was difficult to use the balcony. No checkout instructions given. Construction everywhere around the property from the streets outside, the pool, the pier and surrounding businesses. It was still a great trip, the ocean and beach were both fantastic. With a few tweaks and different timing, this unit could be perfect! I would definitely give it another try since most of our issues seemed to be timing.

Hi Mandi, thanks so much for staying at our A17 Villas of Clearwater Beach and for such a detailed, balanced review! We're delighted the location, layout, and beach gear made your family trip, and we're sorry the ice maker, fridge, pool timing, elevator, and neighborhood noise took some shine off it. We're passing every one of your notes to our team so these get the attention they deserve. Your offer of a second try means a lot, and we'd love to show you the version of this place that matches the ocean views!

Fantastic location, perfect for a family. Beach was quieter than further south where there are more hotels. Really nice pool shared by association that wasn't too busy. Super clean common areas and gas grill. Unit is nice layout.. one bedroom faces courtyard and master shares balcony with living room. Perfect for outdoor dinners. Unit is nicely furnished with basics in kitchen. Cookware is on cheaper side and unit is a little older.
