Horrible property management
We arrived about 30 minutes after checkin time and they were still Inside inspecting cleaning people. There was supposed to be a package with parking passes and wrist bands for each person to use the pools and access the beaches. The lady that was inside inspecting said someone would bring them shortly. 1 hour later we still did not have so we called and were told someone would bring. We wanted to go to beach and you can’t access with out the wrist band. 2 hours later we still did not have and called again. This time we were told that someone would bring them the next morning. So at 11 AM the following day when we still did not have them I called again and was told someone would bring them but it might not be until the next day. I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they couldn’t get in touch with a supervisor but they would get one to call me back. This was the second time I had asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me back I never received a call back from a supervisor. so the following day after that which would be the third day and we still did not have the wristbands I called again and was told someone would bring them that morning. They drop them off between 11 and 12 the day before we checked out. I never received a call from a supervisor. I called back the day that we checked out. I even got VRBO involved and I laid out my expectations. VRBO got a supervisor on the phone and explain to both of them that I was looking for at least a $1500 credit for this incredible inconvenience. Today I have received a $98 credit from 360 blue. This is not acceptable. They breached the contract and I’m looking for a larger credit for not having these wristbands that were supposed to be there when we arrived it would allow us to access the beach right near the home we rented, which is why we rented that one to begin with. I do not recommend staying at any property managed by 360 blue
