We have stayed in this condo several times, we love how spacious it is. We also love no stairs to haul luggage up and it is the only 1st floor condo with a view. The Beach Club access was great. 360 Blue was great we checked in after hours with no issues and everything was as promised. We will definitely be back next year!

Check in was a disaster

Check in was confusing. Very rude security guard at check in. The app doesn’t give adequate instructions. Then gate codes wouldn’t work. Our dryer went out was never fixed correctly. Very stressful stay. Condo is gorgeous.

Family tradition in paradise

2nd year in a row and we loved it as much as our 1st stay last year. My husband and I have chosen this spot to be where we make our family memories. To see our 6.5 and 3.5 yr old boys run in and remember where there bunk beds were and how to get to the beach, pools etc did nothing but make our hearts sing. September 2018 Stay

This condo is awesome. The views are better than the pictures and the layout is very functional. Beds were comfortable and we spent most of our time when not at the beach on the back porch. A few hints for future renters would be that the closest beach access is about a quarter mile so if you have kids and tents and all the trappings you might want to bring a wagon to haul it. Also the chairs at the closest beach are 60 a day or they are free at the beach club! The beach club is amazing and the wait staff and pools are top notch. Make sure to keep your phone and beach club access cards handy at they check them all the time. There is a different gate code for he condo and beach club. If you have the app which I highly recommend, they are on there. Places to eat that were yummy are the perfect pig, Bruno’s, great southern, and Grayton brewery!

August 2018 Stay

We absolutely loved this property. I think this was the best view of any first floor unit. It seem like there was a natural cut out in the dunes where we can see straight to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again. However, for as nice as the kitchen appliances were, I thought that it was a bit lacking in their utensils, pots and pans, and storage containers. We found it very convenient to walk over to the beach in front of the beach club, they provided chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Much more convenient than dragging along your own. The kids also love to play in the lake opening at that point. You were able to check out paddle boards and kayaks for one hour at a time. This was a great amenity. It was just about a 10 minute walk to the hub, and a short walk to multiple pools. However, the pool is locked at dusk. This was very inconvenient when trying to cook a later night meal on the grill. This also made the fireplace and fire pit unaccessible. Beautiful surroundings.
