*This property does not come with dedicated parking spaces, however, 2 vehicles can enter the community for the opportunity to park in the first come first serve parking. Please note first come first serve parking is limited and not guaranteed. This home permits a maximum of 2 vehicles through the community security gate.

*Beginning in March 2025 and continuing through 2026, the WaterSound Crossings condominiums will undergo an extensive exterior refurbishment project. During this period, residents and guests should expect significant construction activity, including the boarding of windows and restricted access to balconies in affected buildings. These measures are necessary to ensure safety and facilitate the successful completion of the work.

Both guest bedrooms include Smart TVs with cable and private bathrooms. A laundry room is near the entryway of the condo for easy laundering of swimsuits and beach towels.

*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
