The property is really close to the pool which is nice! The property was also clean with a lot of towels and linens. The check in guide miscommunicated about parking indicating you get one designated spot. The owners car was in the designated spot. Overall the place was good but not excellent for the price.

Overall good

The location, beach, and facilities were excellent. The condo needs to be sprayed for pests (we killed 2 roaches) and it needs to be cleaned more thoroughly (floors felt dirty). The decor was beautiful, the view was beautiful, the kitchen was stocked pretty well. Overall it was a good stay.

Always a winner at Watersound

Great condo. Very clean. Had everything we needed and then some. Absolutely picturesque. Love the dunes and boardwalks. The setting is everything. Beach is fabulous and not overcrowded like some on 30a. 360 Blue included great amenities and was responsive and courteous. Would def stay again.

Perfect location in Watersound

We loved our stay. The location is literally RIGHT on the beach. We left our front door and walked maybe 5 minutes down to the beach. An umbrella and two chairs were waiting for us each day. The condo overlooked the pool. There were a few chairs and boogie board along with indoor games kids could play. There are three bedrooms and all had full bathrooms. There were also plenty of towels provided. That was a HUGE plus. There is also a little loft area outside the master bedroom that have bunk beds. The washer and dryer were great as well. It took us 10 minutes to walk to The Big Chill that my daughter loved doing for an evening sweet treat. So only things I feel could be improved was the master shower. It was mildewed in places. Pictures can be shared to management if needed. The jets in the master bath also did not turn on. I would have liked to have had a full length mirror in the condo as well. Other than that the place was PERFECT and we would definitely stay again.

Great location for family

Overall we loved the convenience of the location and ground-level entrance. We were walking distance to the Hub and beach. The only issue we had is with the gate code. The gate system was changed during our stay and we were locked out, could not get in touch with concierge.

Great stay!

Great stay! Great location! Beds could be a little more comfy…but other then that we loved it!

Watersound visit

The condo was clean, plenty of linens and close access to pool. Views of gulf and easy walk to beach.

November 2019 Stay

Our experience was as expected...marvelous. We have come to trust the consistency and attentive way of 360 Blue. We have journeyed to 30A at Thanksgiving for many years now and 360 thank you for recognizing our return. I messed up the garage code and they came with 30 minutes to get things re-coded...very cool. All is copacetic with the Anderson’s and 360 Blue. Until next time...thanks again... The Andersons...

July 2018 Stay

Our family had a fantastic time in Watersound. The condo was furnished well, great view and location. There was construction so it made it harder to get to the Beach Club, we found it easier to just walk to it from the beach. The amenities are an added feature you will not find anywhere else.
