Denne ejendom er tilgængelig til leje søndag til søndag i højs����������������sonen! Den perfekte udsigt! Splinternyt hjem bygget i 2018! Dette smukke nye hjem på 1007 Ariola Drive sover op til 28 personer og har en indbydende, privat pool!

1007 Ariola Drive administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Gå ind i en fantastisk rummelig stue og køkken med plads til hele din familie og venner. Køkkenet har to opvaskemaskiner, to køleskabe, dobbelt ovne, rækkevidde, mikrobølgeovn og under køkkenbordet ismaskiner. Dette hus er den ultimative ferieudlejning! "Efter hav" er det perfekte sted til dit bryllup, ferie eller familiesammenføring.

I stueetagen går du ind i et stort åbent køkken, opholds- og spiseplads. Gå mod trappen og find et konge soveværelse med tilknyttet badekar, vendt mod bugten samt et soveværelse med to dronningssenge og tilknyttet badekar, der vender ud mod poolen. Der er også et halvt bad placeret på dette niveau.

Anden sal har en ekstra opholdsstue med stort fladskærms-tv, våd bar og yderligere seks sovev��relser. Fire af de seks soveværelser er placeret i de øverste fire hjørner af hjemmet. Der er en konge soveværelse ud mod bugten, samt tre ekstra hjørne værelser med to dronning senge hver. Hvert soveværelse i hjørnet har et vedhæftet bad. Vender ud mod poolen finder du de to ekstra køjesenge, der hver har deres eget badeværelse.

Stueetagen under huset har et barområde til rådighed for begivenheder. Dette område er kun tilgængeligt til bryllupper og andre begivenheder. Begivenhedsgebyrer gælder for alle reservationer, der bruger barområdet. Husets nedenunder er komplet med smukke detaljer, elektricitet og kroge til dit bryllup eller begivenhedsindretning! Family Trip

My husband and I planned a trip with our families in April. This house is perfect for a big family trip, it is made for people of all ages and just a walk over to the beach. There is currently a house being built across the street and, at first, I was really nervous about the noise and distraction. However, that did not end up being a problem at all. We had so much fun! The pool was so nice and there was plenty of room for everyone! Highly recommend for any big families wanting to visit the beach in Pensacola!

Plenty of rooms which were tastefully decorated with the added bonus of their own bathrooms for privacy. The deck was a great place for our morning coffee and reflection at the end of the day. The pool and grounds were clean. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Our favorite space was the open-concept main level where we could gather for conversation, dinner, games, and even had room for dancing. Such a nice place and weekend. Thank you!!!

Reviewer Comments: We had 30 people gathered for Thanksgiving in Pensacola and we could house a portion of those coming from Ohio, Colorado, Naples (FL), Texas, and New Hampshire. The heated pool was enjoyed by young children and their parents. The beach access, just across the road in front of the house, made it friendly for long or short visits, any time of the day. November sunsets at 4:45 were stunning!

Beautiful and Spacious

This property was not only beautiful but so spacious and just perfect for a large family Thanksgiving. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the living spaces are very large with plenty of seating. Lots of parking as well. Property manager is top notch as well!

Fantastic Spot for Beach Retreat!

This property is spacious, well equipped, and lives large. The two balconies are perfect for hanging out in good company and enjoying the views. All bathrooms are very clean with nice finishes throughout. Dual refrigerators, dishwashers, and washer/dryers make for functional success. The property was exactly as described in the listing. We had 26 adults staying in the house and would rent it again!

Huge, well equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 gas grills, even 2 stacked washer/dryers. And an ice maker. Lots of seating on the two Gulf-facing decks. No fussy decorations.Paradise Beach Homes provided extraordinary customer service.My only disappointment (being a California eco-freak) is that there is no longer a recycling bin for street pickup - you have to transport it to a bin behind the rental office. NBD, though. I realize many don’t care.We enjoyed the very clean pool, the simple bar opening to the pool area and the spacious carport. Hot shower outside is an added frill.Gulf view is unobstructed, as the lot across the street is vacant.Ten stars!

The house had everything we expected. Everything was clean and organized. There were no surprises and this was our 4th family vacation with 20 people. 11 adults and 9 grandkids. We are definitely booking this house for our next trip. The closeness to the beach and all the amenities were fabulous. Thank you for memories that will last a life time.
