We appreciate you taking the time to write a review of your recent stay in our property. The experiences you shared here are not reflective of the experience that we want any of our guests to have, nor is it reflective of the way we conduct our business. We pride ourselves in being hyper-responsive to guests' needs. We agree that when you reach out to us and advise us of issues, they should be addressed immediately. Getting guests access to the resort amenities, checking the breaker to ensure the Sauna is operational, shoveling the patio so guests can use the hot tub, and bringing guests replacement pots and pans are all things that we should have addressed during your stay and are well within our control to resolve instantly so you can continue enjoying your vacation. We understand how inconvenient it is to have nap time interrupted for snow-shoveling efforts that should have already been addressed and to have a guest services agent like Bill, who is unhelpful in resolving issues that occur during your stay. Our sincere apologies that the items you noted here existed and persisted during your stay. We know it's not acceptable to guests, and it's not acceptable to us, either. We agree that you should expect and receive a higher level of customer service from VRC. Bill's efforts here are not reflective of our company's values, and Bill has moved on to other opportunities, which means our customers can continue to expect the highest value customer service when they stay in one of our properties. The pots and pans in the unit have been replaced, as they should have been when you alerted us of the issue. The hot tub and Sauna are both operational as they should be, and during the winter months, the deck will be shoveled to ensure access to the condo's private hot tub. While we much prefer these types of issues don't ever arise, we greatly appreciate you taking the time to write a review so we can improve the experience for future guests. We hope you'll reconsider staying with us in the future so we can ensure you have the same wonderful experience 99% of our guests have when they stay with VRC.

We're so happy to hear you had a great spring break trip and found the condo to be comfortable with everything you needed. We do mark our condos that are in the main Purgatory Village plaza as ski-in/out due to their close proximity to the slopes and is how close most guests are looking for when booking (skiing up to a doorway is few and far between).
