Premier Building at Purgatory - Ski in/Ski Out - Slopeside Views

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath 1,550 sq ft condo (Unit 407) in Purgatory Lodge offers the ultimate convenience in winter or summer, as it is located in the heart of Purgatory Village only 50 yards from the primary high-speed lift to the top of the mountain, the Purgatory Express. This is the finest ski-in/ski-out location at the resort and includes a ski locker close to the slopes.

Purgatory Lodge contains Durango Mountain Resort's premium amenities including outdoor heated pool with slide, hot tub, workout facility, and family game room adjacent to a private restaurant and bar. There is one assigned parking space in the heated garage on the ground floor of the building.

The single level condo is located on the 4th floor (elevator access) and offers amazing mountain and ski slope views. The condo was professionally decorated and each bedroom contains a flat screen TV as well as high end furnishings and linens. The deck off the Main Living Space has awesome views and an electric grill (gas grills are not allowed in Purgatory Lodge).

The Lodge's upper floor, which includes the private bar and game room, is closed during the off-season when the ski resort isn't open (fall and April and May)

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

We absolutely loved our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and this property was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. Great location with easy access to the pool and Purgatory activities. There were plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable. We will be back!

We go to Purgatory every summer to enjoy the weather and the summer activities on the property such as the inferno roller coaster and alpine slide and scenic chair lift. However this year all the activities were shut down including the family room at the resort and all the restaurants on site. It was basically a ghost town and the host failed to notify us of the closures. This is terrible when you bring kids along and everything is shut down!

Great summer vacay!

There are fun activities on property and the weather is amazing-about 10 degrees cooler than Durango. Durango activities are an easy 10-30 minutes away from property. Kids enjoyed the alpine slide, mountain rollercoaster, and lake activities.

Great time

Came here for the fourth year in a row and stayed at this place for the first time. Love the location and the convenience to all the amenities in the village. Access to the restaurant, bar, and breakfast was awesome. Family and friends had a great time together.

Ski in ski out Spectacular!

Fabulous condo with plenty of room! Gorgeous views and so very comfortable and cozy. All the extras that made it the best condo we have ever rented for skiing. Very convenient and literally right at the bottom of the main lift!

Location, location, location

Staying in the main lodge was great - take elevator down to private locker and exit to lifts. In the evening children came out to ride sleds. Heated pool and hot tub. Slope views from all windows - great family lodging and vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this with 2 other families. Very comfortable and roomy. The views were amazing. Absolutely no complaints about anything. The proximity to the slops were great, made hauling kids and equipment manageable.
