GRAND VILLA OPERA BASTILLE, HJERTET AF PARIS

Hello. As clearly described in the property listing, the house has five fully private and independent bedrooms, as well as two additional semi-private sleeping areas. The playroom and the second lounge are not presented as fully private bedrooms; they are semi-private sleeping areas, as they also serve as passage and shared spaces leading to the large cathedral-ceiling living room. So, in total, the house offers five fully private bedrooms, two semi-private sleeping areas, and the large cathedral-ceiling living room. This is the layout described in the listing and corresponds to the accommodation as advertised. Thank you again for your stay.

Thank you for your stay. Just to clarify, there is no air conditioning in the two bedrooms located on the lower-ground (basement) level. These rooms are naturally cooler than the rest of the house, which is why air conditioning was not installed there. In addition, the house is equipped with three air-conditioning units on the ground floor, and the cool air naturally circulates downward to the lower level. Both lower-ground bedrooms also benefit from natural ventilation. One has three windows facing the street, while the other has a large window opening onto a small outdoor patio, providing additional airflow and natural light.
