Entspannter und ruhiger Familienurlaub

Patrizia ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allem inkl. Ausflugstipps und Restaurantempfehlungen. Um das Haus ist es sehr ruhig, mit großem Garten und es ist alles im Haus vorhanden. Wir waren mit drei Kindern im Alter von 6 bis 12 dort und haben die Entschleunigung richtig genossen.Lieben Dank dafür und für das herzliche begrüßen und einweisen in das Haus.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhiger Sommerurlaub in der Toskana

Das Haus von Patrizia ist sehr schön und eignet sich gut für einen ruhigen Sommerurlaub in der Toskana als Familie oder als kleine Gruppe. Sowohl das Haus als auch der weitläufige Garten bieten viel Platz. Der Pool ist insbesondere für Schwimmanfänger optimal geeignet. Außer den direkten Nachbarn mit ihren beiden Hunden, die auf der anderen Seite des Hauses mit separatem Grundstück leben, ist man ungestört. Patrizia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht ist.

Paradise in Italy

A beautiful house in the Tuscan hills. Scary drive if you are from UK but well with the effort

Toskanaurlaub vom Feinsten

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern. Das Haus bietet durch die ruhige Lage und tolle Atmosphäre hervorragende Voraussetzungen für eine entspannte Zeit! Patrizia ist eine sehr freundliche und Vermieterin - wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Un petit coin de paradis dans les montagnes de Toscane

Charmante propriété au calme dans les montagnes de Toscane. Maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Literie de bonne qualité. Grand jardin. Idéal pour se reposer. Le village de Bagni di Lucca où se trouvent les magasins et les restaurants est à 15' en voiture.

Cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Patrizia- La maison est de tout confort comme chez soi. Patrizia fournit les serviettes de toilettes, de piscine - la cuisine est bien équipée pour faire à manger - le jardin est idéal avec des enfants , très vaste - nous avons pu y installer notre filet de badminton ... la piscine était bien agréable aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes - Patrizia nous a bien conseillé sur les restaurants dont celui de San Cassiano ! Lieu idéal pour visiter la région de Garfagnana, les plages, Lucca , Pise.... Si vous êtes silencieux vous pouvez même peut être avoir la chance comme nous de voir des biches dans le jardin - Vraiment nous conseillons la Casa de Patrizia !!! Merci Patrizia pour votre accueil! À bientôt !

Toller Familienurlaub mit Kindern und Enkelkind

Wir haben eine herrliche Sommerwoche in dem wunderschönen Grundstück mit großem Garten, Terasse, Grillmöglichkeit und einem kleinen Pool verlebt. Casa Patrizia ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Neben Handtüchern und Bettwäsche wurde auch ein Kinderbett und ein Kinderstuhl für unsere knapp 2-jähiges Enkeltochter zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Vermieterehepaar ist auf Anhieb sympathisch und Patrizia versteht neben englisch auch sehr gut deutsch.

Wonderful comfortable home, amazing views

An experience we won’t forget, being in an old home, but well maintained, very clean, with modern conveniences, very comfortable beds, and the warmth of an open fire ,with views to dream of. Patrizia is vibrant, as well as being extremely kind, generous, and a book of knowledge of the area. We sincerely hope to return.

Ruhe und Erholung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Landhaus liegt abseits der Bergstraße/Serpentinenstraße über einen Feldweg erreichbar in wunderschöner Lage mit einem sehr großen Garten. Es gibt einen großen Walnussbaum, Feigenbäume, Olivenbäume, Aprikosenbäume. Ein kleiner gepflegter Pool rundet das ganze ab. Ideal für Kinder und Hund auch wenn es nicht eingezäunt ist - perfekt! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Hälfte des Hauses ist an Dauermieter vermietet, die ihre Zufahrt über die andere Seite des Grundstücks haben. Davon bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit. Sowie ein weiteres Haus auf der anderen Seite, welches aber nur 4 Wochen im Jahr bewohnt sein soll. Eine kleine Pizzeria ist über die Bergstraße in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar sowie ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. Einen grösseren Supermarkt sowie Restaurants oder eine Eisdiele findet man unten im Ort ca. 20 Minuten entfernt. Ausflüge zum tollen Strand bei Viareggio oder nach Pisa liegen etwa in 1 Stunde Entfernung. Das Vermieterehepaar ist wundervoll und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. So tolle Vermieter hatten wir bisher noch nicht kennenlernen dürfen, meistens holt man sich den Hausschlüssel ab und man sieht sich nie wieder. Hier ist das auf jeden Fall viel besser! Man fühlt sich wohl! Vielen Dank!

Brilliant, would go back again.

We returned from our fabulous holiday at Patrizia and Lorenzo's beautiful Villa, feeling as if we had a really relaxing holiday. Our hosts were more than helpful even when we lost our water supply for a couple of days, but that was soon fixed. Patrizia invited us to their lovely beach house at Verragio and also joined us for a lovely meal at the little resturant at San Casiarno. The little pool was more than adequate for all of us and we had lots of fun and games with our Grandaughter Lily. The Villa was clean and very tidy and was a nice retreat in the heat. We found that the local Supermartket sold some fantastic wines and very cheap Peroni (which we do not seem to get here!!!) Lucca was about an hour away and we went to one of the concerts featuring Mark Knopler, which was a real treat. Pisa about an 1hr 30mins (if you didn't get lost like us!) All in all it was a very memorable holiday indeed. Sue,Jon, Johanne, Jimmy and Lily. x

Great property in a tranquil location in Tuscan.

This is a great getaway location. Property was clean an very well maintained. The pool was small but ideal for younger kids and adults too if you just want to cool off. Bagni di Lucca is a 15 min drive away and has a few nice restaurants and supermarkets. We all enjoyed seeing the many firefly at night and hearing the owls. There is quaint village called Montefegetesi about 15 mins drive on a windy road, but certainly worth a visit just to see it's isolation and viewst. There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group, and the outdoor space an BBQ was certainly appreciated Patrizia the owner was very helpful and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A very special stay in a beautiful area!!

My husband and I with our children ages 5 and 7 and my parents stayed here for 2 weeks and we wish we had stayed a month. We were so very sad to leave. We woke up every morning to birds singing outside our window. The house is well appointed and was perfect for us. We felt like we were living in Italy without compromising on the little things that help so much when you are traveling (like fresh coffee and cappuccino in the morning). The House was clean and comfortable and the back-garden is magical. We enjoyed eating outside with the lovely view. The pool is small but lovely and the area is perfect for walking and enjoying nature. The property is well maintained and great for families or groups wanting to break away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We still speak about the good home-made meals and pizzas we had at the local trattoria, and the fun when we walked home again, sometimes late at night. Thank you Patrizia and Lorenzo, not this year byt we will surely come back again!!

An amazing stay simply paradise!!

Casa Patrizia is simply paradise. My partner and I spent a blissful week here with my parents. My only regret was that we didn't stay longer. Patrizia and Lorenzo are such amazing, warm and friendly people. They made our stay the even more special. They were extremely helpful with advice about what to see and do around the area and even dined with us at the local Italian restaurant where the food was simply divine! Casa Patrizia has been beautifully decorated. As soon as I entered the door I felt instantly at home. All the furnishings and decorations have had a lot of thought and love put in to them. The property grounds are beautiful, we spent many days and nights enjoying great food and wine in the backyard overlooking the beautiful mountains, fig trees and wildlife. I was surprised how beautiful Bagni di Lucca was. I have travelled extensively throughout italy and believe this was my favourite spot. The scenery is simply stunning and picturesque. Even though the property is close to shops just down the hill, it feels like you are miles away, with the perfect serenity. My family still dream about our perfect holiday in Italy today and we will for years to come!! I hope we can come back next year to stay :) 10/10!!!

Very beautiful location

In September 2010 we – four adults, age 40-60 – spent a pleasant week in CASA PATRIZIA. The landlady, a very friendly and open-minded, cosmopolitan person, who speaks fluently English, German, Norwegian and of course, Italian gave us a warm welcome and a good introduction to the house, which was really nice and clean. The Cottage and the Dependence both are in an excellent condition with many appealing details, offering private atmosphere and inviting to a relaxing and quiet holiday. From the cottage you enjoy a picturesque view onto the hilly forests of the Northern Toscana. The CASA is situated in a group of cottages 2 km from the next village, remote of traffic, surrounded by nature. The area is good for hiking tours in the surrounding highland. It is also worth visiting the typical villages of the LIMA Valley (Lucchio, Limano, Vico Pancellorum...). A one day tour to the fascinating historical city of LUCCA is a real must. Altogether we felt very comfortable from the very beginning and would love to come back another time.

Good Value House in the Apuan Mountains

The house has many original features and furniture with newly installed heating system and bathroom units. There are two fig trees. The location is tranquil and high, set close to the top of the tree line with views the mountain tops across the valley. Cassiano has a good grocers and a couple bars which will look after you well. Nearby village of Montefegatesi is well worth a visit. We had a very good vacation and enjoyed living in the simplicity of the house where everything worked as it should and was very clean. Patrizia is a lovely lady and a great help if help is required. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a low cost good value house.

We enjoyed the relaxed familyholiday we hoped for!

We stayed in Casa Patrizia in August, and enjoyed it 100%! A lovely old beautifully restored Tuscan farmhouse, which had all necessary for us as a family to enjoy. We relaxed at the house mornings, had lunch in nearby villages like Borgo A mozzano, Bagni di Lucca, an old Thermal Spa village with great pools for family like ours, and even went to Lucca, which was a full day excursion. And many evenings we went to the local restaurant in san Casiano, 4 min drive away, to enjoy really homemade italian cooking at the local family owned and run restaurant. We loved the peaceful quietnes of Casa Patrizia and its souroundings, excellent also for our family BBQ.....But most of all we loved the peacefulness of this place, and the closeness to all the interesting sites around us! We definetly plan to come back!

Excellent views, very calm place, just amazing!

We arrived in May for a 2 week holiday with family and friends. When we arrived we were greeted by Patrizia, who made us all feel very welcome. She were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. We loved the place, it was a wonderfully restful break from the rush of urban life. The tranquil settings helped us all to unwind an settle into a idyllic pace of life. The house if professionally looked after and everything was in perfect working order - it felt more like a home than a holiday let. A lovely place to stay, wonderful natural beauty everywhere. We loved it all. Thanks a lot. We would recommend the place to our friends and hope to return sometime....soon.
