Fun in the Sun

Perfect for our family!! The distance to the beach was perfect with toddlers and young children!! The beach was not crowded and the water was beautiful!! The kids loved the bunk beds and how you could see the ocean so easily from the balconies!! We loved it and plan to come again!

Excellent condo we will definitely book again.

This property is beautiful and tremendously comfortable. We knew that we were going to have a relaxing and pampered vacation from the moment we walked in to a newly renovated and well-thought-out design. Soft jazz greeted us along with a welcoming gift. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t anticipated. We will certainly consider staying here again.

Perfect for us

This condo is the perfect location at Miramar Beach. We stayed over Mother’s Day weekend with my 70+ year old parents, two grown children, and my 13 year old. Plenty of beds for the kids to chill on and plenty of space for the grownups. It had every kitchen item needed for your stay. Updated interior and well maintained, this sets it apart from the others nearby. And, it is the corner unit, so you get a great view from both decks!

Comfort on Miramar Beach

27th Annual Girls Trip of 6 friends. When we first pulled in, we were hesitant of outside appearance and surroundings. Once we entered the property we were pleasantly surprised! Property was very clean with a great layout for a large group. All of the beds were very comfortable. The unit provides a “starter” pack of trash bags, TP and dish soap. This was a rare occurrence to provide our own supplies. Kitchen is adequately stocked with pots,pans, dishes, cutting boards, utensils, toaster and 2 coffee pots. The kuerig was not operable so we used the auto drip pot. There is a washer/dryer in the unit on the first floor. ( super handy) There is a convenience store across the street which was great! Beach area was amazing!!! Not overly crowded. Great property! We would highly recommend!

Could Not Have Been Closer to the Ocean!

Property was as advertised! More than enough room for the six of us who went. Only issue is that it would not be very conducive to anyone who had trouble navigating stairs, because there were a lot of them. Easy walking distance to a restaurant (Whales Tale), gas station across the street, and a couple of souvenir shops with all the tacky crap you'd want from a vacation in the panhandle! Grocery store, liquor store, plenty of shopping, restaurants, and fast food were just a couple of miles away. Prepare for a 30-40 minute drive to and from the airport, BTW. There were some aesthetic blemishes on the outside and the carpet up the stairs is starting to look a little rough, but nothing that bothered me. Stove has elements, like from the 80's, so that was interesting. But they get hot all the same. Also had a microwave drawer, which until I saw it, didn't realize was even a thing. Oh, ice from ice maker was gross, but we just got a bag across the street and it was all good. Loved walking out to the beach and being just a few meters away anytime I needed a fresh drink or to go to the bathroom. Could even comfortably sit on the deck and watch my kids (teenagers) in the ocean, knowing that it wouldn't take much time at all to get down if I needed to.

Location!! Location!! Location!!

We had 10 people aging from age 10 to 45. Let me start by saying that overall we had an amazing vacation. The home was clean and nice and the location was perfection. We had a major plumbing issue (city line was culprit) Which put us with a horrible smell for part of a day until it was shut off and left us without water for more than a day. I will say that RealJoy was easily accessible. They Came out quickly when we reported the leak, and although it was not ideal we were given a 2nd room just a few minutes away so we could have water while repairs were being made. Tommy with Real Joy was a rock star and kept us in the loop with everything. The owners also were fair in helping soften the blow of this inconveniences. I say All of this not to let you know we had an issue but to let you know that it was handled very well and you can feel confident booking with them! Pros: 1. LOCATION!!! Obviously the beautiful water/beach was our reason for booking but we really enjoyed walking to the Whale’s Tail for dinner (and drinks on the beach), the food was excellent all 4 times. The Circle K across the street was super convenient for snacks. We also frequented Bad Ass coffee, Dairy Queen and Paradise found (all within walking distance.) 2. Very nice townhome overall. Could use a few paint touchups and new carpet on the stairs (but it’s a rental on the beach so that is expected) Couch is very comfortable! Tv’s in all rooms! There is plenty of cups, bowls, silverware. 3. Hot water for all 10 people showering one after the other! Cons: 1. Oven was a hassle to use. We used it once and even though there was no smoke the heat set off the smoke detector near it EVERYTIME we opened the door. ( it was on 350 degrees) there was no vent and the detector is close ( I did let them know so hopefully that will be rectified) 2. Not anyone’s fault but beware of other guests using your trash cans . I would return to the location in a heartbeat!

Great location. Right on the beach. But the condo itself has some issues. The smell when you walk in the door was extremely musty. Mold was on some of the vents downstairs. Everything we took smells musty once we got home. Water pressure wasn’t great in the primary shower.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The updated condo matched the pictures exactly and was very clean and well stocked. We also appreciated the quick responses from customer service. We hope to stay again when we are in that area.

Beautiful location and property

Can't get any better than being right on the beach, and this property delivered it perfectly for all three of our generations on this family trip. Couple of minor maintenance issues, but the property management company was fantastic to work with. Will absolutely be looking to stay here again on future trips.

Perfect beach house

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The location is absolutely perfect, and the property is exactly as depicted in the description and pictures. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. One update I'd recommend for the description: Include a note that there are both drip (uses basket filters) and pod coffee makers in the kitchen. That's important since the property (as explicitly mentioned in the description) has no consumable items provideded. (e.g. oil, plastic wrap, coffee filters, etc.) And for arrival planning, it would have been helpful know what type of coffee/filters we needed to bring.
