Great Beach View

We enjoyed our stay for our family of 4. We wanted to be out of the busy Gulf Shores area and this was perfect! Only a short drive to a variety of restaurants; however there are 4 restaurants very close in proximity. We LOVED the view of the ocean from the main living space and master bedroom. The balcony stays shaded so it’s a great spot to enjoy meals. We couldn’t figure out how to stream from the main TV, so I would suggest bringing your Roku or Fire Stick if you want to have a movie night or stream from the main room. If you’re an avid cook, I would suggest bringing your own cookware if possible. The ones provided are not that great. We loved the pools and the short walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!

Great location for a low key getaway

Nice Beach Getaway!

All the amenities you could wish for to keep your kids occupied. Great view of the beach, easy walk to the sand. And if the pools and gulf is too cold, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and shuffleboard ought to keep you active!

Family Fall Break

Great view of the ocean. Clean and tidy. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans. Well economized space for our family of 6. Ocean so close! Very convenient walk. Pools and hot tub great. Sauna was a little disappointing- it is a dry sauna that doesn’t get that hot. Fun library of videos that our kids enjoyed.

Not wheelchair accessible

The condo was nice, but it was advertised as wheelchair accessible and it's not. My friend couldn't get his wheelchair into the bathroom which put alot of extra work on his wife. Other than that, it was nice

I want to leave a few details that I didnt see anyone touch on when looking at listings! First of all, the property itself was amazing. There are a lot of people but I told my husband numerous times it was so comforting that all these families were around, yet it still felt private at the same time. Everyone minds their business and does their own thing! We had no disruptions the entire stay! The walk to the beach was perfect distance. The boardwalk was super convenient. The parking was close. Everything about the property was great. I will say we didnt venture far between the condo, pools, restaurant, and beach so I cant speak on majority of it but for the week it was amazing. I felt it was in a perfect spot. Far enough out to not be in the busy area but close enough to it that you can get the best of both worlds! Now to our specific condo, we were mostly pleased. The view was absolutely amazing. To be able to get up and drink coffee and watch the ocean, the boats, the people. I even did my makeup every morning on the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware. The only things you need are what youre cooking & drinking. There arent any seasonings or anything so bring everything you'd need for your meal! The bedrooms are nice and good sized! My husband loved the bed in the master, it was hard as a rock LOL but we actually slept great. The washer and dryer were super convenient. I got pretty much all of our laundry done so I didnt have to do it when we got home! You do need to bring laundry detergent. Now to my ONLY issue. Its the bathrooms. I wouldnt say they are just downright unclean.... but they could use a little TLC. They are just very dated. The water pressure in the master bathroom was horrible. We couldnt wash our hair in there. We had to do it in the kids bathroom. Its not enough of an issue to keep me from booking again, we truly were mostly comfortable on our week long getaway! We are so appreciative and blessed to be able to experience the vacation that we did!

Lovely Condo...

Our family of 5 had a really great time here. Vacasa handles any issues you have, not the owners, so I'll address that part first. We had some trouble getting in on arrival, the lockbox code reader was broken. We had to call the Alabama Vacasa line and wait a few minutes to speak to someone. They called a locksmith as well as maintenance to come fix the box, which had to be replaced. So the first night we were "room bound" for a couple hours while they fixed it. They comped us a free meal at the on site restaurant for our trouble. The lock worked just fine after that, no issues at all. As far as the condo itself goes, it's bright and open, and looks straight at the ocean. It's a really beautiful view. I loved the beachy feel it has. It's well stocked with kitchen supplies, we mostly cooked meals. All the beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. The master bedroom mattress is extremely firm though. My husband and I both prefer a firm mattress so we were fine. The balcony is really big, it was my favorite part. We had family staying in the large building to the left, and their balconies were smaller and faced west, so the afternoon sun was intense. I appreciated that ours was shaded all day. The washer dryer was extremely convenient and helpful. As far as the building as a whole, the pools are ok, we used the ones next door mostly. The U-shape can contribute to the noise, it was loud at night even on the 7th floor. And the elevator is extremely hot and slow if you are going to the 7th floor. Overall we had a really great stay and I would return to this specific unit again. Next time I'll remember to pack coffee filters, salt and pepper, and a lighter (for the grills).

Great area

We were lucky that this property was available on short notice. The price was great. On arrival, there was confusion with the parking passes as the confirmation email I received said we had 2 passes included with our reservation, but the guard shack was only given 1 pass for our unit. We were able to work it out by showing them the confirmation email. The property manager was also very helpful and quick to respond. The unit was clean, but there was a load of dishes left in the dishwasher. Unit was as pictured; however, the beds were not very comfortable. The unit has a great view of the gulf, but the patio is cluttered with furniture that you have to move out of the way to get to a seat or to the rail. This is a great area to stay, the beach was not too crowded and it’s more isolated from the tourist traffic.

Clean and spacious home

The house was very clean with lots of space. The view was the best. The elevator was a little slow and only one seems to be in service but the 7th floor view was worth it. The microwave was a little beat up but it worked just fine. The dome indoor pool was not in service, and probably not for a while. The indoor pool by the parking lot was working and it had heated pool, too. You can walk right to the beach.

Views to Live For!

The View was the best about this condo. The skies, the beach, the gulf, the pools everything! Just beautiful! The furniture all was coordinated nicely, but could be changed our for more comfort. Especially the master bedroom bed!

Great place if your prepared.

Loved the place. It was clean and pretty well maintained. Great beach. Just a little too far away from town when you needed something you may have forgotten or didn’t realize you needed. I would definitely stay again would just plan better knowing the distance from town.

Beach Vacation

We loved our condo! It was very clean and I loved to beach decor and colors. The view was beautiful. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo. We loved the beach. It was very well taken care of. The on site restaurant was also a great choice for something convenient. My kids loved riding the Fort Morgan ferry to and from Dauphin Island. We loved the remote location of this condo. It was so nice to be removed from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores, but still easy to get to if we wanted to go to town. We would definitely visit this condo again!
