ALLE NYE BEDDING! ALLE NYE MÅL! NY GOLV I 3-Sæson-PORCH !!!! Selkie Village enhed # 166 sommerhus på Beach Dreams er meget pænt dekoreret og det er i en af de bedste steder på ejendommen! Det har trægulve overalt med en meget privat 3-sæson veranda, der støder op til skoven. Der er et stort fladskærms-tv i stuen samt et tv i hvert soveværelse, som omfatter kabel, HBO, Showtime og WiFi! Enheden er aircondition, men på de køligere aftener kan du smække op til varmen af gas pejsen. Mens der er mange gode restauranter i området, kan du nemt lave et godt måltid i det fuldt udstyret køkken eller udendørs med Weber gas grill på den private, mursten gårdhave. En dejlig måde at slappe af efter en lang, solfyldt dag på stranden. 3-sæson veranda er et godt sted at nyde din morgenkaffe eller slutningen af dagen voksne drikkevarer. Beach Dreams har mange faciliteter på ejendommen og ligger omkring en kilometer fra Moody Beach. Vognen stopper lige foran ejendommen for at tage dig til områdets strande (herunder Ogunqits største strand), shopping og restauranter. Der er så meget at gøre i dette område! Der er fremragende fiskeri (strippere og blå fisk), cykling, sejlsport og kajak, golf, smukke strande, mange mange gode restauranter og maleriske butikker.

The house was spotless - very clean! The house was well maintained, nice, bright and tastefully decorated. I especially loved to relax in front of the fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed.Paul, the owner was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. I have stayed at several VRBO and have to say Paul was one of the nicest owners. The location of the house is centrally located for visits to all the small towns and beaches nearby.I would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this house and Paul to anyone looking for a great place to stay!!!!

Nicely decorated cabin in a condo development. Paul, the owner, communicated frequently and usually answered queries within minutes. Very clean area--never saw any graffiti or roadside trash anywhere from Saco to York. Rte One traffic is challenging, but certainly not as bad as rush hour in our hometown. Great vacation spot for a couple, or a family with one or two small kids.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul's cottage. He was a responsive and organized host who ensured every single detail was accounted for both before and throughout our stay. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the week. The three-season porch was perfect for relaxing and dining. Beach Dreams felt safe, well-managed and convenient to everything. The pool was a treat for two daughters ages 7 and 4. Overall, a wonderful stay and we hope to return in the future!

Relaxing, Spotless, and Exactly as Described!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We loved the three-season porch and the gas grill for relaxing evenings. The complex felt very quiet and safe, and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The location is fantastic—close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made everything even better. This was one of our best vacations ever! Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

This property was a dream. When we arrived, the place smelled so fresh and clean and there were roses and a bottle of wine waiting for us on the table. The cottage was completely updated with many modern touches (the fans/lighting were my favorite!) My family has stayed at many of the Beach Dreams cottages over the years but we have never stayed in such a well kept place with an amazing host. Paul’s communication before, during, and at the end of our stay was top tier! We hope to return next year! If you’re looking for the best place in town to stay, this is it!

The perfect little cottage

We loved this cottage! It was perfect for our family. Paul was an amazing host and was very attentive to all of our needs. We brought our bikes with us and most of our days consisted of playing pickleball and then riding our bikes to the pool where we swam and then played ping pong in the clubhouse.

Relax and Unwind

Exactly what we needed. My family enjoyed a week long stay at Paul’s place in Beach Dreams. Beaches are close, variety of restaurants, and surrounded by a friendly community. My boys enjoyed the pool and arcade while we relaxed in the hot tub. We have visited Maine for the past several summers and Paul’s place was definitely the most equipped place yet. Hoping to stay again!

Great property and location for families

Very nice property and convenient location for family with young kids. Paul was an excellent communicator. Property was clean, comfortable and owner provided a well stocked home which we were very impressed with ( plenty of linens, pillows, paper toiletries, ice, beach gear, etc.). We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Our family of 5 traveled from Cleveland, Ohio to experience Maine for the first time.... And had the best time ever! Paul was super wonderful to work with: very accommodating, thoughtful, realistic and communicative. He really made traveling such a breeze! The quality of this property is very high.... Super clean, and so many small touches provided to make it easy to call your home away from home, even if just for a couple of days. The Beach Dreams location is really ideal as far as traveling and experiencing Soo many other nearby neighborhoods and towns..... Other than more time, there is not anything we could complain about. Wonderful vacation... Thanks for everything!

Short, But Sweet

My husband, 9 year old daughter and I had a lovely stay at Paul's Beach Dreams Cottage. Paul was a wonderful host, was readily available to answer questions and provided tailor-made recommendations for our family to help us make the most of our stay! This was our first time to the area and Paul's cottage proved to be a perfect home base from which we could strike out on different adventures. From the Board Walk at Old Orchard Beach, to the Nubble Light House and Fox Restaurant in York, to a lovely beach stroll along Ogunquit Beach on our last evening, we made the most of our 3 days at Beach dreams. And in between adventures, it was so nice to return to the cottage for some down time and a glass of wine, generously left for us by our host. After a particularly busy day, we picked up some pizza from Cornerstone in town, and came back to the cottage so we could snuggle in for movie night! It was the perfect mix of exploring and relaxing! Can't recommend the area or Paul's cottage enough!

Anniversary Getaway

This rental was perfect for our anniversary get away. Paul was great to work with - the 3 season room was a wonderful bonus as Mother Nature continued to rain down on us one day. The unit was very convenient to restaurants of all types in both Ogunquit and Wells yet we were able to cook a great meal in the kitchen of the unit. Everything worked and was in great shape! The neighbors were all very nice in passing but gave us our privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Spot

Host was friendly, available , and very helpful. Cottage was welcoming and met all of our expectations and more. Very clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a week near the beach. Recommend highly to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

A cottage with all the comforts and conveniences!

Wel adore Beach Dreams but particularly this cottage. The location was nice and private which made grilling for dinner relaxing and quiet. We love Wells to base out of for very easy day trips south to York or north to Portland. It was also just as easy to stay local and hit Wells beach for some great waves for boogie boarding! The cottage itself upon arrival was extremely clean and inviting. It had every amenity needed for family game time, relaxing with a movie, sitting on the private patio, or cooking a meal. Paul has been a delight to communicate with and eager to make our stay pleasant and memorable! We can’t wait to return next year!

Just what was needed

My husband, five-year-old son, and I had spent the last week in Paul's cottage. Upon arrival, we were immediately pleased with the cleanliness of the cottage. It was obvious that it is well maintained and cared for. Paul was a gracious host, prepared us for check-in, was very responsive to any questions that we had, and we were even greeted with roses, a bottle of wine, ice, and ice-cold mugs! These touches were very much appreciated and not done by many hosts. I couldn't recommend this cottage enough and we will sure be back in the future! Assuming Paul welcomes us :)

Excellent stay, house was very clean. Paul was an exceptional host. Will have wonderful memories of having dinner together in his enclosed porch. Wonderful stay!

We had a happy and comfortable stay at Pau's cottage. We were greeted with roses and a bottle of wine when we arrived which set the tone for a special visit. The cottage is very clean, with comfortable beds and is well equipped with everything in excellent working order. We enjoyed sitting on the porch for breakfast and had dinner at the cottage one of the nights that we stayed. Paul provides lots of information prior to the visit and is prompt in responding to texts and emails. Thank you Paul for a great visit!

Great cottage getaway

Paul was amazing. The wine and roses on arrival was so thoughtful. Very clean and so well equipped. Nice patios and a short drive to so many great spots. Didn’t want to leave. Just know if you go out of season (end of September) there is no pool and hot tub. We found one down the street. 🤭 Would love to come back.
