Ilikai Marina er ikke tilknyttet Ilikai Hotel. Denne ikke-ryger bolig 4 sovepladser.

Selvom der ikke er nogen pool på stedet, er det kun en kort gåtur til den nyligt renoverede Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon / Beach (bedømt Best Beach i USA ved stranden myndighed "Dr. Strand"). Chart House og Red Lobster restauranter er begge på stedet. Ala Moana Center og Beach Park (med offentlige tennisbaner) og Waikiki Beach Walk med sine mange butikker og restauranter ligger i nærheden.

I løbet af vores ferie sæson (12 / 20-1 / 4) kan der være et 7-nat minimum. 30 + overnatning kan omfatte rabat (ikke tilgængelig i alle årstider)!

The property was clean (some mold on bathroom ceiling) and as pictured indoors, but our stay was impacted by several issues. We were told the lanai construction had been completed on July 10 (I have a email). We arrived on Aug 12 but it was still underway, not usable, and on 2 separate days VERY noisy from the construction during the day. As in you could not be in the unit. Not having the lanai was very disappointing. I would have been out there whenever we were at the unit. You can’t tell in the photos either but it is TINY. Can fit one or maybe two chairs. We also discovered two separate areas in the kitchen with termite droppings. Despite reaching out, there was minimal communication for 5 days and there was no follow-up regarding extermination. So we just kept cleaning up the termite droppings. I have all of the communication on What’s app. We did receive a 30% refund, which we appreciated, but overall these problems affected our ability to enjoy the property. Overall it was clean and in a great location, but would not return.

Reviewer Comments: Was mot informed if construction noise every day 8-4 too loud to enjoy being in the room until evening. The lanai was closed with a sign outside on the sliding glass door blocking the view I paid for. I stayed in this se room one year ago. Unsatisfactory could not have my son over for lunch every day which was my plan. So sad. No improvements needs paint vacuum was clogged so I cleaned.

There are lots of restaurants across the street that I didn't discover until near the end of my vacation. Couldn't use the balcony as there were construction. Looks like long term construction going on. I wish they would put the 'Do Not Use Balcony' sign to the side, instead of in the middle of the sliding glass door blocking our view. I purchased salt, pepper, and butter to make eggs in the morning. I wish the condo had basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, oil for guests to use. They had all the pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to make any meal, though.

Little storage for 4 people

Booked this place because it advertised for 4 people. We were on top of each other and had to live out of our suitcase due to lack of storage. There was no dishwasher which wasn’t a problem but they only had one dish towel. There is laundry/dryer on the floor but make sure you have money to use it. I was grateful we were only there for a weekend. This would be fine for two friends. The pillows could use pillow protectors as they were disgusting. There was blood on the mattress protector for the pull out sofa. Beds were uncomfortable and the walls/windows were really thin. It could also use a new paint job and a deep cleaning on the bathtub.

The condo was pretty nice, well kept and comfortable, though a bit noisy due to traffic on the street below and people talking loudly at all hours, also on the street. We spoke with two managers while there and both were helpful. The parking garage pass was a bit confusing and there wasn't someone in the office to help when we needed it. Other people had problems as well.

Great location and stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is walkable distance to Scuba tours and Submarine tours and Hilton Holiday village, very conveniently located. You can walk across to Ilikai hotel by crossing the street, there are nice restaurants and cafes overlooking the ocean. We could see the Friday night Hilton fireworks from the balcony, the balcony also packs in amazing views of the ocean and the marina. The rental itself is compact but comfortable and clean, fully loaded with kitchen amenities, I was able to make some simple meals and smoothies for my vegetarian elderly parents. Air conditioning worked well, plenty of towels provided and the laundry room is right across the corridor in the same floor.We had no water for a few hours due to some repair work going on on the street, but otherwise we loved our stay here and hope to be back. Parking is expensive at $33 a day.

Nice

The overall property was nice and the view was great. Parking was easy and it’s was close to restaurants and beach. The one thing that could have been better is the bathroom seemed to need to better clean and the tub would not drain. The bathroom sink faucet had some black stuff we cleaned off.

Waikiki Staycation

Weve stayed in another unit in this building but it was rented so grab ex this one and it didn't disappoint. The view is wonderful especially to see the fireworks on Friday night! It was clean and had all the amenities would need! Lovely place - thank you!

Sehr schönes Apartment

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist ruhig in der 8. Etage gelegen, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt vor dem Gebäude ist die Lagune des Hilton Hotel und in wenigen Schritten ist man im Zentrum vom Waikiki. Direkt mit im Gebäude ist ein Parkhaus, wo immer ein freier Parkplatz zu finden ist. Leider war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung auf der deutschen Seite von FeWo-direkt noch ein kostenloser Stellplatz zum Appartement ausgewiesen, welcher dann tatsächlich nicht verfügbar war, und wir somit tägliche 28,- $ zusätzlich bezahlen mussten. Trotz mehrfachen Kontakten zu FeWo-direkt und VRBO gab es da kein Entgegenkommen seitens des Vermieters, dies war der einzige Minuspunkt.

A Memorable Aloha Stay

Reviewer Comments: Even though this is not our first trip to Honolulu, it's our first time staying at Ilikai Marina and the 10 day stay here was indeed most pleasant and memorable. The location is strategically close to both Waikiki as well as Ala Moana Mall (and within walking distance to Don Quijote where my husband love to shop). From the apartment lanai, one has the most glorious view of the sea, the dock and the sunset(which is one of the reason I chose it). We love the layout of the apartment with the self sufficient kitchen where we were able to cook scrumptious meals for our daughter and son in law staying in Honolulu. We would definitely opt to stay with them again for our future trips.

Awesome place to stay, great company to deal with!

The location and view was amazing. The manager was able to get something fixed right away. Service is superb. I had left my fishing rod case in the parking garage by accident and luckily they found it and shipped it back to me! Will stay with them again.
