Nyd dit ophold i det parisiske kvarter. Lejligheden er et soveværelse plus en sovesofa i stuen. Beliggende i Jordan District, 10 min fra byens centrum, i en meget rolig og charmerende gade. Mit sted er lyst og rummeligt med alle mulige butikker og råvarer i nærheden. Jourdain-distriktet er som en landsby i Paris, har parisisk atmosfære, fuld af små madbutikker, bageri, ost, vinhandler og typiske caféer. Adgang til alle monumenter på mindre end 30 minutter.
Har morgenmad eller aftensmad på balkonen og nyd den parisiske solnedgang.

Perfect Stay

Chris is great host who made us feel very welcome in his flat. It accommodated our family of 4 adults just fine. Jourdain Village is local with friendly cafes, bakeries, metro locations and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect place to escape to the crowds in downtown Paris. My wife is already planning a return trip with her girlfriends.

The space was perfect for our stay in Paris. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and it was just over a five minute walk to the Jordain metro station, making it very easy to get around. The Buttes-Chaumont park is just up the block and is a beautiful place to take a walk or have a picnic. The bed was comfortable and my daughter slept well on the pull out couch. The host, Chris, made it easy to get in to the space and checked up on us daily to make sure we didn’t need anything.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our one-week-stay in Paris very much. The appartment was really comfortable, furnished tastefully and well equipped. We appreciated the tranquility outside of town as a contrast to the hustle and bustle in the center. Only a short walk away there are countless restaurants, little shops, supermarkets, bars and everything you need. The parking garage is a plus. Chris is a very engaged and approachable host.

Paris!

Chris was a great & personable host. My Son & I enjoyed staying at his place for our 1st time in Paris. It was close to the Metro line which got us all over the city. A big beautiful park was right down the street and a cute little pub right down the street too!

Everything excellent

We wanted a property in the 19th by the Buttes Chaumont (great area away from tourists with restaurants and boutiques) and we could not have been happier. Excellent and continued communication and the apartment is exactly as it shows on the pictures. It’s clean, comfortable and very bright, extremely functional. The balcony is a big plus. Would come back wholeheartedly.

We just returned from a magical week in Paris and much of what made it special was our comfortable stay in Chris' beautiful apartment! His place is in a peaceful residential neighborhood within walking distance of an amazing park, cozy cafes, shops & metro stations. There is even a great little ice cream shop a few doors down! The photos posted are accurate. The apartment had everything you could possibly need: lux linens, comfortable pillows, amazing full-window blinds operated by a simple Alexa command, coffee, tea and toiletries! The shower is huge and if your stay is more than a couple of days, Chris allows use of his washer and drier; a lifesaver for us as we were on a 3-week trip, traveling just with backpacks. Our daughter was quite comfortable on the large pull-out sofa, and we had more than enough room to relax whether outside on the plant-filled balconies or inside where flatscreen tv, books, etc were available. It was quite easy to access Netflix while there (though we only watched it one night because who watches tv when you have Paris spread out before you?). Our host was in constant contact with us, always making sure we were comfortable in the apartment and enjoying our stay! Do not be discouraged by the plain, artless exterior and dark hallways - upon opening the door into his space, you experience perfection. We highly recommend Chris' space & would welcome him anytime if he ever visits our home state of Oregon.

Lovely flat to explore Paris

Lovely flat, as shown in the photos with a nice balcony. Great location for exploring Paris. Situated near to a large park and several shops and cafes within walking distance. Also a short walk to two metro stops so you can easily get into central Paris. Chris was a fantastic host and provided an easy check in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Cozy Apartment in a Great Location

This is a very nice cozy apartment. It was very clean and the host was very good with communications and follow up. There are two metro stations close by and lots of local restaurants. Overall highly recommend this apartment.

Great location, even better host

Great location between 3 train stations. Nice main bed with a soft pull out in the main room. Very good communication from Chris. Nice to have a washer and dryer as well!

Great spot

We loved our stay here, such a great place. It was modern, clean, spacious, had a great balcony and had many many extras that made this stay a pleasure. Secure easy access, and communication was amazing with nothing being a problem. The area was great being a short walk to many restaurants, shops and within easy walk to two Metro stations. Highly recommend.

Cozy appartment in a nice neighborhood

We had a pleasant stay in the appartment. Good sofa bed. Very nice communication with the host. It was nice to stay in a not so crowded area but it was still close to the main sights.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The owner Chris was always in touch and helped us with anything we asked about. My two biggest joys when traveling are a great shower with hot water and a comfortable bed. This place had both, along with a great location- near shops, buses and the metro. We were able to cook some meals there which was great. I would definitely go back there on our next visit to Paris. Oh, and I forgot to mention, a well stocked bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The best part was Chris, the owner, who made sure that we were satisfied and content with everything!

Great neighborhood apartment

We had a great stay at this apartment. I was there with my wife and 2 teenagers(16 &14). The place was big enough for us and it was nice to have a separate bedroom. The kids said the pull out couch was comfortable(I would have heard otherwise if it was not). Having the washer and dryer was a great plus. The place is in a real neighborhood and is even across from an elementary school. There was a bunch of great bakeries and food stores nearby(5 minute walk). It was good to have a little balcony to sit out on. If you are looking for a place to amerce yourself into a real neighborhood and not a tourist area this is the place. If you get a nice day, make sure to walk the park. The owner was great and was excellent at communicating with us the whole trip.

Convenient, comfy, with an incredibly attentive host!

My wife and two daughters stayed for four nights and had a wonderful time! Chris was an incredibly attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He explained everything clearly when we arrived and even checked in a couple times to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is in great location around the corner from a beautiful park, a supermarket, and a metro stop. The area is quiet and NOT mobbed by tourists like some of the spots around Paris in the summer. It was well stocked with ample supplies and everything we needed to cook and live as we would at home. The pull out bed had the nicest mattress of any pullout I’ve seen and our girls slept very well. The shower was excellent and there is even laundry in the bathroom. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Overall a wonderful launchpad for a Paris adventure and we will stay there again when we return to town!

Beautiful Apartment in Great Neighborhood

This apartment is a great place to stay to experience the feeling of living in a neighborhood in Paris and has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. It is located only a block away from the Parc de Buttes Charmont which is a large beautiful park with walking trails throughout. The apartment is very attractively furnished, with doors that slide open across the entire length of the apartment with a balcony which brings the outdoors in. Everything you need is within easy walking distance, including boulangerie, fromagerie, charcuterie, fruit stand, shops, restaurants and metros for quick easy access to different parts of the city. Chris is an exceptional host who greets you when you arrive to acquaint you with the features of the apartment and the neighborhood. He also takes the time to check in with you during your stay to ensure you have everything you need and are enjoying your stay. This is a safe, family friendly neighborhood where we were very comfortable to be out walking at night and the apartment is perfect for the experience of living in Paris!

Great neighborhood, great apartment

We spent two weeks in this apartment in October, 2019. This is a perfect place to stay for someone looking for a quiet location away from the hubbub of the central arrondissements but close to the Metro for easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment is located on a small street directly across from a local elementary school about two blocks from the stunning Buttes-Chaumont Park. The fourth floor (fifth, to us Americans) location has a nice view over the top of the school which you can enjoy from the balcony that spans the width of the apartment. Cafes, boulangeries, fromageries, and other shops, including a Monoprix, are within a few blocks. The Botzaris Metro stop is around the corner, and the more direct Jourdain stop is about four or five blocks away and is worth walking to if for no other reason that you'll pass by La Moulin de Belleville patisserie, which was worth a stop pretty much every morning. The apartment itself has a nice living room with fold-out sofa, a kitchen, bathroom with a very nice shower, and bedroom with queen bed. The bedroom closets are full of the owner's possessions, but you do have use of the entry hall closet for hanging up clothes; if you have a lot of clothes, you might be hard pressed for a spot to put them. Chris, the owner, was exceptionally responsive and was very proactive in solving the one minor problem we had. We appreciated his wanting to make sure our stay went well, which it did. Check-in was easy, although be advised that Pascal, the apartment concierge who checked us in, does not speak any English. . . not a big deal, as apartments are pretty self-explanatory. In any case, if you want to stay in a pleasant apartment in a real Parisian neighborhood, I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful apartment away from touristy spots

Easily reached by the metro, but calm and peaceful. We enjoyed walking through the beautiful community park nearby, and picked up groceries down the street (bakery, breadery, wine, produce, seafood…). The apartment is stylish and very clean. Chris is a great communicator! We would stay there again upon return to Paris.

Great location, super host

We stayed in Chris's apartment for a week with the whole family (4 people). It's very well located, right next to the beautiful Parc des Butters-Chaumont with excellent metro access. The apartment was very clean and has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. Since we arrived by car, the free parking space in the underground garage was very valuable. The three-part balcony is great.Chris is very nice and communicative, and the interaction was very pleasant and helpful.If we go to Paris again, I would gladly stay there again!
