Dette nyrenoverede første sal 2-værelses 2-badeværelser ejerlejlighed ligger på bugten side af vores ejendom. Bugtsiden har en pool, boblebad og kullgrill. Det er også en meget kort spadseretur til Golf side del af vores ejendom, som har en anden pool, to tennisbaner og vores hvide sandstrand. For at overholde Sarasota County Fire Code, sover vores to soveværelsesenheder højst seks personer. Det komfortabelt indrettede soveværelse er indrettet med en king size seng med en 32 "fladskærms-tv med HD-service, og gæstesoveværelset har en queensize seng og to køjesenge (115 lbs kapacitet) med en 22" fladskærms-tv. Både herre- og gæstebadeværelset har badekar / bruserkombinationer med gribbar. Stuen er udstyret med en 39 "fladskærms-tv med HD tv-service. Det moderne køkken har granit bordplader og er fuldt udstyret med alle de elementer, du har brug for til madlavning - gryder / pander, tallerkener, redskaber, brødrister, kaffemaskine og en Keurig kaffemaskine. Lejligheden er flisebelagt hele vejen igennem. Der er også en komfortabelt indrettet udendørs gårdhave, der kan bruges af dig og din familie til at nyde vores varme tropiske briser.

Had a wonderful long weekend in Siesta Key. Loved being on the inter coastal side of the property as we spent most nights by the pool on the dock watching boat traffic. The beach was amazing and check-in was spectacular. Thank you for having us!

Condo was bigger than I expected which was great. Plenty of closet space which was great for luggage. Short walk to the beach. Had some issues getting into the gate on arrival but luckily management was there to help us. Overall great property!!! Like that you can take the Frog Hop downtown!! Makes it easier than driving and paying for parking in the village!! Used Murphy sports for a guided kayak rental and they were wonderful!!!

Great Location

We love staying at the Palm Bay Club. They have everything you need to enjoy your vacation. This unit is a bit outdated but the beds are all incredibly comfortable. The sliding glass doors do not operate properly which was extremely frustrating and would be the very first issue I would fix. Also the chairs for the main dining table and the breakfast bar were mostly broken.

Our unit was clean, spacious and ready for us when we checked in. We love the bayside units and the bay side pool!! We love being able to access the beach side as well for the days we spent at beach!! Most beautiful sand in the world!! Very happy, sad we had to leave!!

Overall Good

We enjoyed our girls trip stay. It was very quiet and stress free. We loved the location, bayside able to see beautiful sunrises, at night walk to Gulf side and see beautiful sunsets. Only complaint is when you go to the beach there is no restroom unless you walk back to the main pool which is a distance as much as some need to utilize it. At the pool, a security guard was talking negatively about a guest with a group of residents loud enough for all to hear, which I did not feel was appropriate. The cleanliness of our unit and the supplies were good.

Convenient by the Bay

Surprisingly, we found it very convenient and nice to be on the bay side. The unit itself is comfortable but bathrooms are relatively small. Definitely can use an upgrade on TVs - the living room TV is relatively small and very poor quality.

Unfortunately this year the Unit I selected was not in good condition, airconditioning and toilet problems. However, the staff was helpful and professional and resolved the problems. Look well into the different units, stay away from 318.

Recommend staying here

First 2 days there was construction going on we were not informed about couldn't park in front of the room had to unload from the other side of the building and i am disabled when asked if they could move a truck they said no. The next day they did give a parking space which my car ended up with debris all over the car. Then they changed the internet which we also weren't told about the only tv that worked was the living room the 2 bedroom had none so the kids had nothing to watch to calm down at bedtime or myself to relax.Just disappointed should of been informed so that i had the option to choose a different condo. At $2,000 you dont expect not to be family and i rent from Palm Bay Club ever year and have never had a issue before. If the owner of this condo knew all this was happening i should of been notified. I booked this back in January on 2023 so there was no reason no to communicate.

Great access to private beach

This property was everything we were hoping for. Plenty of room for the 3 kids since the front bedroom had a full size bed and bunk beds. Kitchen was well furnished, although some of the pans were pretty scratched up and one drawer was difficult to open. Regardless, the condo was great and an easy walk across the main drag to the beach! Definitely recommend!

Love Palm Bay club

Condo was ok, nothing special. Kitchen drawer fronts were loose and rug was old looking, couch wasn’t in best shape, very basic condo nothing extra or super nice compared to other units I have stayed in at Palm Bay. Location of condo was great, close to pool.

Clean and safe

The condo was clean and kid friendly. The king bed was comfortable and the second bedroom was great for a small family. It’s very close to the pool, dock, and laundry. Security staff were immediately available when we checked in after office hours and made frequent checks around the resort throughout our stay. We had a great time and would certainly come back!
