Casa#A105 is an excellent, affordable Ground floor property that you will certainly love. Unit#A105 has great access in the complex, only 4 doors in from the general parking area. Close to the Pool too! This unit is located on the "shadier" side of the development so the unit remains cooler! Adorable Unit with Garden Views!
The unit has a portable AC unit for the guest bedroom.
WIFI, Cable TV, Elevators at complex, Beach gear! Look no further!
There is a washer/dryer inside the unit for access!

Casa De Emdeko offers owners and guests the perfect blend of Hawaiian ambiance with tropical gardens and the songs of the many colorful birds enjoying the water features in the garden. Enjoy our garden pool located in the middle of a tropical setting. Casa also has one of the few oceanfront pools where you can swim and soak up the warm Hawaiian sun while watching the whales or dolphins play, depending on the season of your visit. Swaying palm trees on our private, sandy sunning area at the ocean's edge offers glorious sunsets with a special sense of serenity. Our cabana, barbecues and lanai tables are perfect for dinner gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world.

Knutson & Associates will offer guests who book Unit#105 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.

We had excellent customer service helping us receive a package and hands on help with using the TV. Worn out and Goofy upgrade attempt's

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful. The views from the waterfront are spectacular. The room (#105) was clean and appointed with all you need. However, the bed was horrible! It has a crater in the middle. You cannot help but to roll down to the center. Get a new one! The signage to the place was lacking as well. Arriving in the dark was impossible to know where to turn. We passed it a few times before figuring out where to enter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were some cockroaches here but there are cockroaches EVERYWHWERE so no big deal. They were doing some scheduled AC maintenance so we did not have AC for the entire week. I feel that they should have given an advisory so we could have found another property or we should have received reduced rental since the AC was a selling point. It is not too late to di=o that.

Kitchen is well stocked, the patio space is nice to get outdoors, and the space is in a central location, close to all tourist attractions but not too far from the local places we wanted to visit as well. Only downside is no AC but that is common on the island. Fans in all the rooms were helpful in keeping it cool!

Super clean and easy location

This condo was great. Easy instructions, super clean, very well stocked, and the 2 pools were awesome. Nice to stroll to the edge and watch the waves come crashing in. Will stay here again!

Well appointed, clean and comfortable

We enjoyed staying in this condo. It had everything we needed to make our stay easy. Lots of thoughtful touches we discovered. We would rent it again, no question.

We were very happy with our stay

We enjoyed both pools and the boogie boards! We felt their Snorkeling gear was a little worn so we grabbed our own. It was a great stay. The people we met were super nice and the vibe was great. We would stay again!

A Wonderful Week on the Big Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for a week before our sons arrived. This is the third rental condominium that we've stayed at that is managed by Knutson & Associates. Consistently have stayed at clean and well-managed rentals. Any problems that arise are handle quickly and resolved ASAP by Knutson.The rental was quiet and cool. AC was available for use when needed and was efficient and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Enough storage to unpack suitcases completely. Kitchen was adequately equipped and supplied with the necessities to keep it clean and to cook our meals. Could use an indoor dining table with chairs, but the lanai furniture made up for it.First floor location made for ease of access. Parking was close-by.My wife and I like the general area where Casa De Emdeko is located. Far enough from the "downtown" section of Ali'i Dr to be relatively unaffected by noise and crowds of people but close enough to easily walk there.
