Denne ejendom ved stranden ligger på den roligere nordside af Puerto Viejo i Playa Negra-samfundet.

Stranden ligger kun få skridt gennem mandeltræet, kokosnødepalmen og blomsterfyldt junglehaven!

Og ejendommen ligger midt i en stor bugt med SPEKTAKULÆR udsigt i alle retninger !!

Strandpromenaden er PRISTINE og PRIVAT !! Du kan gå og udforske stranden og den nærliggende jungle i timevis af ro uden at blive forstyrret.

Ejendommen er velegnet til at være vært for større grupper af venner og familie, men er også lille nok til at være en intim tilbagetog!

Der er et STAND ALONE HOVEDHUS med 2 senge / 2 badeværelser, der sover 4 også det har to senge / sofaer i stuen til rådighed.
Og der er to separate og fuldt udstyrede studiolejligheder i en anden bygning. Hver studiolejlighed sover op til 3 personer i senge og har sin egen private soveplads, afslapning, spisning, køkken og badeværelse.

Hovedhuset og lejlighederne har hver ALLE ting, du har brug for til et behageligt ophold, ligesom HJEM!

Der er en kæmpe afskærmet veranda knyttet til hovedhuset og vender ud mod stranden, komplet med hængekøjer og et picnicbord til mange timers nydelse med bølgerne og dyrelivet som din baggrundsstøj!

Lejeprisen afhænger af antallet af mennesker: du lejer enten kun hovedhuset (ingen ekstra omkostninger for at holde lejlighederne lukket) eller hele ejendommen, hvis din gruppe ønsker mere soveplads.

OM OMRÅDET:

I Playa Negra er der en lille købmand, en universalbutik og fire unikke bar / restauranter alle mindre end en kilometer fra huset!

Hvis du ønsker mere socialt samspil, er centrum af byen (Puerto Viejo de Talamanca) bare et åndedrag, der trækker sig ad stranden eller vejen. 20 minutter til fods, 5 minutter på cykel, 2 minutter i bil (<2 miles væk).

Fortsæt sydover forbi Puerto Viejo, og du kan besøge alle de strande, Caribe Sur har at byde på! Playa Chiquita, Playa Cocles, Punta Uva, Manzanillo og alle de skjulte skatte derimellem!

Der er et busstoppested i slutningen af vores vej, og bussen kan tage dig hvor som helst langs kysten og ind / ud af San Jose! Kahytter er også tilgængelige døgnet rundt. Og udlejningsbiler (inklusive Alamo) er tilgængelige.

I Puerto Viejo og videre finder du en overflod af spisesteder der passer til enhver gane og masser af levende musikarenaer, butikker og strålende lokale og internationale besøgende. Wonderful stay in Puerto Viejo

My friends and I were blown away by this place. The owner is a landscape artist so the property was just stunning. The beach is so close and the pool is salt water as well which we loved. Susanna was an excellent host and very responsive and helpful. I would 100% stay here again. My only criticism is that the mattresses are quite hard, however that was the case for every place we stayed while in Costa Rica.

An awesome house, with special vibes, full of gorgeous home touches, an amazing array of pineapple art. We reckon there are over 500 different pineapples on display. Count them and see! From a smooth check in process with Susanna to the beautiful beach accessible through a lovely garden, a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds, our stay was perfect.

Beautiful Property and Home

We highly recommend Casa Pina! Very comfortable with plenty of space and amenities. Direct private access to beautiful Playa Negra where you can swim and walk for miles. We walked to town (but you can also ride the bikes provided) and enjoyed many restaurants and shops. The best part was that we didn’t need to plan activities or transportation because the manager of this home, Susana, set everything up for us when we arrived including having locals come cook for us! Such a nice community and we always felt safe. Tico, the dog who lives on this property was very sweet!

Pictures do not do the location justice - amazing!

Our trip was perfect. Susana was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. She even delivered a birthday cake to my wife one day to make sure she had the perfect day. She was so very sweet. The house is amazing and the staff keep the house and pool immaculate. The kitchen has everything you could possible need to do any cooking you need to do. The grounds are beautiful and the walkway to the beach is amazing. Picture perfect. This place is worth every penny and a must see for anyone coming to the Caribbean side. Stay here for sure. Susana will make sure you and your family and friends have the best trip.

A very special place!

Our family of 4 stayed at Casa Pina and had the most wonderful stay. The home is very spacious (probably a bit more than we needed) and the apartment was great for the 2 older girls to have a space of their own. The grounds were just beautiful and full of all kinds of tropical plants giving the pool and sitting areas a very peaceful place to relax. We enjoyed watching all of the wildlife on the grounds and yard including frogs, birds, and sloths.The beach is right in the back yard and we enjoyed morning and evening walks daily. Town was a 15 minute walk or 5 minute ride away. Susana was so very helpful setting us up with the people we needed for all of our excursions, transportation to and from the airport, local taxi, tuk tuk drivers, and a dinner cooked in our home by a lovely local woman. This is truly a special place and we all said we would stay here again in a heartbeat.Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Paradise

The house and location were perfect!! We saw a black and white toucan, tree frogs, a sloth, monster grasshoppers, and geckos. The layout of the property was perfect for our family and friends. The pool was dreamy and the beach was right there!! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars all around was because the apartments had some electrical and hot water issues. But Susana dealt with everything promptly and efficiently!! She is fantastic!!

Very special place

Our group of eight (4 adults + 4 kids) enjoyed several delightful days and nights in Puerto Viejo. Thank you Susana for your local knowledge which was very helpful, and for your generous time and consideration answering all our questions. Thank you for stocking the house with kitchen items so we could eat some meals at home, and with umbrellas for the rainy periods. (We had much more sun than rain!) The house was very clean. The beach is terrific and the pool is clean and refreshing. The bikes are just what we needed to get into town for quick errands and touring, and the backgammon said was just what we needed on a rainy day. Highly recommend this house as your home base in Puerto Viejo!

Insanely gorgeous property. The pictures do not do it justice. The separate apartment was perfect for our daughters. The beach is quiet and the water was perfect. Sometimes we didn’t see other people for hours. You can easily walk to town or the little restaurants and shops right down the street, including a well stocked grocery store. Our favorites were the Sushi spot, the empanadas from the stand on the corner and especially the Media Luna croissants from El Pampa. Bread and Chocolate was a super hit for breakfast, we went back multiple times. We loved seeing all the wildlife, even right on the property. We saw the cutest little dart tree frogs (“poisonous but just don’t rub them on your face”), so many beautiful birds, and sloths!! It was like National Geographic. Tico, the resident dog, was sweet, chill and the cutest underbite ever. The drive from San Jose was scary and took almost 5 hours of white knuckle driving. We will hire a car next time for sure. We didn’t really use the car once we got to the house anyway, everything is so close. Susana was wonderful. She knows everyone and can hook you up with whatever you may be interested in. She gave us the best recommendations for food and activities. Easy to contact and always got back super quick. We are already planning our next trip (and maybe a relocation) we loved it so much!!!

An oasis in paradise.

The house was amazing! It was so close to the beach that you could see the ocean from the back of the house and hear the tide anytime you were outside. The black sand beach was beautiful and far enough from town that there were never a lot of people there. If you've never done it I recommend a night time walk along the beach, it's really relaxing. The pool was really nice for days that we just wanted to lounge around. The covered patio in the back had 2 hammocks that both our boys loved to relax in. There was also some wildlife to check out if you look around a bit. I enjoyed watching the geckos and there were 3 poison dart frogs that liked to stay near the corner of the property near the road. Susana, the property manager, meet us when we arrived and left and was available any time we needed her or had a question. I can't recommend this place enough. It was exactly what I imagined a beach vacation in Costa Rica would be like.

Truly lovely!

This was a wonderful spot for our family. Susana was extremely easy to communicate with. She responded quickly with any inquiries we had. The grounds were gorgeous. Well maintained and much more breathtaking than the photos! The landscaping added such a level of tranquility. The pool and surrounding area was literally cleaned daily. The home served our family very well. We enjoyed fresh floral arrangements from the garden and a pineapple that was provided as a welcoming gift! Very sweet! This slice of heaven was just that! The ocean literally a stones through from the back yard was so clean and warm. The sand was hot! Water shoes are a necessity for walking the shore line! The town was close and we never had one bad meal! Everyone was very kind! Not a bad comment to leave!! Thank you to all!

Fantastic property

Our family of 6 (4 kids ages 19-25) spent a week here and all agreed that this is a wonderful home in a great part of Costa Rica. The house is clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone in a beautifully landscaped garden that is oceanfront. Here you will have everything you need for a relaxing and interesting vacation. The owner has clearly been very thoughtful about thinking of everything guests could want or need (right down to yoga mats and purified water) The beds are very comfortable and kitchen is well-stocked. The outdoor sitting areas are so relaxing. Strong internet works well throughout the property. There is so much to see and do in this part of CR, but we had some days that everyone spent a lot of time in the ocean/beach and sparkling pool all day because we loved the house so much. Although Puerto Viejo has wonderful restaurants, there were a couple of nights that we did enjoy eating at the large outdoor table where we could hear the ocean and sounds of the jungle just beyond the patio. We enjoyed discovering so many birds (including a toucan) and a sloth in the trees. Playa Negra is a beautiful beach with very fine black sand. During our stay the surf was calm and swimming was excellent. Th house came with four comfortable folding beach chairs and beach towels. We felt very safe here and the property is extremely secure. It is in a quiet area. A small grocery store is just down the street and many stores and restaurants are available in town, a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. Susana was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. She is easy to contact and very responsive. We highly recommend Casa Pina and look forward to returning!

Great location, pool, and host!

The ten of us loved our stay at Casa Piña! Susana was a great host and even came to the property when we needed help. She gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants in and around Puerto Viejo. The property is right on the beach, has a great pool, and is about 15 minutes walking to town. Casa Pina

Casa Pina was a wonderful place that met or exceeded all of our expectations. The house and grounds were clean and tidy and contained everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The fact that we had a pool and the ocean steps from our door made it heaven. The neighborhood was quiet, away from the hustle of town, but not too far away. Our group, consisting of two adult couples found the location perfect. We could walk to town (either a 25min walk down beach or road) or could bike in about 5 minutes. There are also drivers around happy to come pick you up and bring you where you need to go. Town was small enough to be explored on foot yet large enough to have a good assortment of shops/restaurants etc. Puerto Viejo has a little something for everyone. While we were there we never found a beach we felt uncomfortable swimming at. Some beaches were more turbulent than others which only added to our pleasure. Last but not least, Susana the property manager as well as the staff that helped around the grounds were wonderful. Always helpful, prompt and available whenever we had a question. Thank you! If we ever make it back to this area I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Playa Negra

The house is close to the main road and Puerto Viejo. If you are looking to be immersed in the jungle this is not the place, but if you want to be close to town and and on the beach it’s great! The property is surrounded by tall fencing and locked gates. Because of stormy weather, the beach by the house was very rough. We cautiously body surfed there and did ok; except for several “jellyfish???” stings. Our teenage boys could walk to a mellower spot to swim close to town. If you follow the gravel road beyond the house you will find yourself in jungle and eventually it dead ends where the river and ocean meet. We enjoyed walking this road and saw sloths, lots of birds, lizards, raccoons and amazing jungle foliage. Yoga at Ananda was super fun with Roe! The house was very clean and had an abundance of new towels. Some things are ready to be replaced...broken chairs and boogie boards and the pool had some issues( but was handled as best as they could.) Susana is a super responsive host and her recommendations turned out to be amazing experiences! We highly encourage you to use Naima for surfing and Tino for a jungle guide. We love Tino!! Susana’s other recommendations for food, farmers market...etc...were also awesome! Ac was nice to have in the kitchen while cooking and having a washer and dryer was a fabulous bonus. PuertoViejo grew on us ( our second time here). It’s an eclectic mix that we came to love. The fruit, beef Patís and Soda Requisimo are super delicious. Pura Vida!

Awesome place to stay

Dealing with Susana when reserving the property was easy and painless. The property itself and the assistance from Susana on arrival was extremely good. Our family loved the house and really enjoyed our stay.

The perfect place

This house was amazing. It was all that we needed for our little family to have the best time in Costa Rica. The screen room, the pool, being able to cook our own food, the air conditioning, everything was perfect. And Susana was an amazing host. I would definitely stay here again and my only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Everything you need in a rental

The property and house are truly fantastic, really above and beyond most rentals with a fully equipped kitchen, a great layout, privacy, a lovely pool, right on the black sand beach, a 20 minute walk to town and a little grocery store a few hundred yards up the road. This was our first visit to the Caribbean side of the country and we are completely in love with the area and planning our next trip. Susana was very helpful and gave us some leads on fantastic places to eat (Soda Riquisimo was our favorite - the coconut milk beans and rice with Caribbean shrimp is incredible). We ended up renting a car locally (from Alamo) so that we could explore other beaches and the surrounding areas. Our favorite beach was Punta Uva, which we had almost to ourselves on weekdays. On a recommendation from locals, we drove to Manzanillo, parked the car and followed the trail to end of Costa Rica and the beginning of Panama - so cool! I also arranged a private tour for my family at the Jaguar Rescue Center, which was amazing and so educational. I highly recommend the private tour as you get a more thorough and intimate experience with the animals. Overall, we had a great visit and we'll definitely rent this property again on our return!

Awesome!

First and foremost, let me say that Susana the Property Manager definitely made our stay enjoyable. She was very attentive and she went out of her way to make sure everything was in order. The property was immaculate and definitely worth the cost. It’s a quaint two bedroom, two bath with plenty of room. The place is literally 35-40 steps from Black Beach and you can definitely hear the ocean rumbling at night, which is very peaceful and relaxing. If you are looking for a spot that is off the beaten path and not far from the all of the happenings, this is the place to rent. When I go back, this is where I’ll be staying without hesitation. Be Blessed!

Great vacations

The family "loved" our vacations at Casa Veiga. Clean with all required amenities, great pool and on the beach, what else could we dream for. Property exactly as shown on the site. Susana has been a great help (the best) to facilitate our stay. She is the most efficient person in the area. Great advise and help when needed. Lovely

Susana was an amazing hostess that had us feeling right at home. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, and Puerto Viejo. It was a wonderful place to stay. Susana gave us great tips for surfing lessons, and favorite places to eat.

Casa Piña was named after a fascinating collection of Pineapple objects by the Owner of the property, who is a plant lover specifically of ananas (pineapple).
Pineapples are a symbol of a warm welcome, friendship and hospitality.
