Fourth time to Costa Rica and this time was definitely the best, in large part due to how well this beautiful property was able to accommodate our extended family (9 people). The main house is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything you need. The furniture and bedding are high quality and functional. What really separates the property though is that there are two separate cottages, a separate laundry room, and an incredible covered outdoor area near the pool with a huge grill. Everything wonderfully maintained. Walking to the beach, the grocery store, and a handful of restaurants is easy, and you can grab a tuk-tuk to central puerto just as easily. I was surprised by how much the area had to offer compared to our last visit 10 years ago - definitely excited for the chance to come back as soon as we can!

Erinn’s property was fantastic and she was the most phenomenal host! We got a flat tire and the property’s maintenance man, Melvin, was so kind to change it for us. They provided lots of great recommendations and made sure our stay was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. Great location near a stunning beach. Nearby restaurants are all excellent as well. Our host was very responsive and resolved any issues we ran into immediately. The pool and grounds are wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

This property is a eco tourist's dream. It is situated on a large lush garden lot and there are 3 houses to stay in. The main house has 3 rooms; 2 downstairs with AC (each has a queen bed in it) and one upstairs with several beds. The upstairs bedroom does not have AC but there is a fan and it is cool at night. The other accommodations on the property also have bedrooms; 1 with 2 bedrooms and 1 with 1 bedroom. The home has everything you would need for a fun vacation and the host Erinn is the best. She will help you with whatever you may need. It is close to the beach and restaurants, supermarkets etc. One note for parents with kids there aren't any TVs, but these days all kids have devices so it wasn't an issue for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Unbelievable place! We were a party of 6 women. The host was so responsive and helpful! She connected us with drivers, places to eat, and reccs for us. The home was perfect. On the property we saw monkeys, macaws, blue morphos, reptiles, and so much more! The location was ideal. We got around on foot, bikes, Tuk Tuks, and tour guides instead of driving ourselves and it was the BEST desicion. I can't wait to go back.

We are so lucky to see them almost daily living down here, so I am thrilled when guests are so excited to float in the pool and admire our feathered and four-legged visitors! Our group of five couples felt right at home here (and there was housing for another). The host’s (Erinn) welcome and instructions were pleasant and helpful. The home and casitas were beautiful- as were the pool, the poolside area and garden. Two washers and dryers helped us catch up on laundry. We had a great time despite unusually cool, wet weather. Thank you, Erinn!

Amazing Property in the Jungle

We had an amazing stay. This is a gorgeous place for larger groups. Monkeys, sloths, butterflies all visited the property. The beach is a short walk away and the grounds are beautiful!

Great place, sloths, morphos, tranquility

Wonderful spot just outside (south side) of Puerto Viejo, the owner and host Erinn was very helpful and communicative. The jaguar rescue is near by and worth a visit, and the beaches of Punta Uva are as well. We had a great week long stay in this spot and would come again.

Property is stunning, incredibly relaxing, gorgeous grounds and quiet. The owner, Erinn, couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive and helpful. This is truly the perfect place for a family and friends vacation. This is the one.

We really enjoyed this property. It's obvious the owners take pride in their entire VRBO, from the houses to the pool and beautiful landscaping. We would definitely recommend this one.

Phenomenal Stay

The house is a work of art. The host is super responsive and helpful. There are some great restaurants within walking distance and beaches within a bike ride in two directions.

Great place to stay!

Our group of eight had a great stay at Casa Bella. The host Erinn was amazing and helped us secure rides to and from several places. She was easy to work with and attentive. The house is amazing as well as the outdoor spaces. Would highly recommend Casa Bella!

Puerta Viejo area

The property was amazing and the host was wonderful! Erinn helped with a LOT of questions before we arrived. Her guest guide book is extremely helpful. We highly, highly recommend Erinn and this home. Also, the people in the area are extremely welcoming and friendly!

Absolute best hosts

Our family gathered at Casa Bella for 10 days and can’t say enough good about the location and hosts. It is such a unique, beautiful, and comfortable home base for exploring the Puerto Viejo region. Erinn is the very best host! So accessible, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our stay. Very grateful to have found this incredibly special spot!

Costa Rica

What a great property- you get to wake every morning to the sounds of the jungle. The beach is walking distance. Erinn is super responsive and over all delightful.

howler monkeys

We really enjoyed our time here. Unfortunately we had 4 days of down pours so hopefully we will be able to make it back and enjoy it in good weather. We were able to get excellent videos of the howlers in the back of the property.

Beautiful!

My wife and teenage daughters absolutely loved this place! Erin went above and beyond to make our stay here perfect. The home and the pool were beautiful. Such a special place and miss all the amazing wildlife. We definitely will return and can’t say enough about our experience there. Thanks Erin!
