Westgate Smoky MTN Resort & Indoor Water Park Included - A

ACCOMMODATIONS:
We have been owners for several years at Westgate Smoky Mountains Resort, Spa, and Waterpark. Occasionally have our units available for rent. This year rentals for the Christmas Holiday season are available for a 7-night stay, checking in on/after Friday December 26, 2026 (4:00 pm check in) and checking out on/before Friday January 02, 2027 (10:00 am check out).

Our rentals consist of two one-bedroom suites connected with a privacy lockout that can sleep up to eight. The larger of the two is a Premium Suite with 1 King-size bedroom, in-room Jacuzzi tub, large spacious bathroom with huge shower. The Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), gas fireplace and balcony, full kitchen with washer/dryer, dining and entertainment area. Approx. 905 sq. ft.

The other is a Standard Suite has 1 King-size bedroom, large bathroom with washer/dryer. Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), compact full kitchen, dining and entertainment area. Approx. 510 sq. ft.

The Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Descriptions, decor, and photos of units are representative, and may vary.

As an Owner-Guest you will enjoy FREE waterpark passes for the entire week for your group up to 8 people. Free miniature golf course on top of the mountain with fantastic views. Indoor and outdoor pools (heated) and a kids’ playground. And free wireless internet access.

Wow! What a view. If you love the Smoky Mountains, you will not find a more reasonably priced place with the perfect location. We were able to access Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg within minutes. And if you don’t want to leave the resort, you don’t have to, they have so many amenities you feel like you’re at home. We will definitely return.

Great Family Location

We had a great time at the Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort. This was a really nice place to base a Gatlinburg / Smokey Mountain National Park trip. Our kids (6 and 11) enjoyed the pools and activities at the resort. The resort is very close to Gatlinburg, but allows you tro get away from the craziness. Having a full kitchen was huge in making the entire trip more affordable. Construction / rebuilding was ongoing, but the workers were polite and courteous and it was no big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Great Time in The Smokies

the place was great and the location was excellent but traffic downtown at times was terrible.The check in was a mess. WE got there at about 3:50 and had to wait in the check in line( no problem, You can understand that) but after we finally got to check in(about 4:25) they everything was good except that our room had to be inspected but was clean, they said it would take 10 to 15 minutes. Finally my wife went up at about 5:20 to see what was going on and to remind them of our long drive to get here and that she was not feeling well, she still has side affects from her recently finished Chemo treatments at which point the went into high gear and 10 minutes latter we got the keys to the double unit. The rest of the time there was great and the staff was excellent and helpful. Got to work on check in, hire more people to inspect on weekends

What a view!!

West gate was beautiful! And the employees were very friendly and helpful. We were in a condo at the very top of the mountain and the views were amazing! The location was great because it’s kinda between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We loved the water park! The kids especially did!!

Beautiful Mountain side resort

This place with the double rooms was perfect for our family of 5. The onsite water park is about half the size of a Great Wolf Lodge, but was large enough for the family to enjoy daily. The views were wonderful. We stayed in the 6000 building, which was perfect for location, as it was far away from the lower, busier part of the resort. Parking was at a premium though. If you get back from town too late in the day, you may need to park on the other side of the building. Not bad, but inconvenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and it was well worth the cost of the property. Will definitely stay here again. As long as we can get that same building.

We live in Cincinnati and enjoy U.C. football and traveling. We enjoy hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park especially in October to see the fall colors. Awesome! Having a timeshare in the Gatlinburg areas gives a great stepping-off point for daytrips to visit surrounding areas like Cherokee, Bryson, Fontana, and Ashville. Our children and grandchildren look forward to staying at the resort, especially the Wild Bear Falls Water Park.

Location, location, location!
Convenient drive from most East Coast and Midwest locations. No need to overnight from most cities. Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge are destination locations offering endless attractions - from Dollywood to the Aquarium of the Smokies. There is literally something in the area for everyone!

You will enjoy the privileges of being an OWNER-GUEST, which includes FREE Water park admission, FREE Miniature golf, FREE Wifi and Internet access. The amenities at this resort are numerous. Most of the property has been rebuilt since the 2016 wildfire so most of the amenities are brand new - crafts and classes during the week to keep adults and kids entertained.
