Great house for a large crew! Lots of space to entertain and the pool was lovely to have as well. Plenty of essentials stocked in the house and the owner was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Family vacation

The house was wonderful everything was really clean. Really enjoyed swimming in the pool and accommodated my family perfectly would definitely come back again

Wonderful place to stay and host was very accommodating!

We stayed here for Christmas and Stacy went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. House was lovely and on a quiet street. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location with great pool

The house is very well stocked with all of the kitchen needs and toiletry items. Pool towels were provided which was a plus for us along with bikes and pool/beach items. The house needs a little maintenance and a deep clean. Our host was very responsive to our needs. Atlantic Beach was a great spot for our family.

We did address the issues with the cleaning team and did send them back out asap to correct the things they missed such as some dust and behind the sofa sweeping.. Summer vacation

We loved our week away. Beautiful house. The pool was especially wonderful—- given that we had 6 teens/young adults. We do wish the beach was closer.

Great House for Large Group

My extended family of 8 adults and 7 kids enjoyed our time at this house. We spent a lot of time using the pool and playing games indoors. The open concept living space was perfect for us.

Perfect for any Beach Getaway!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Atlantic Beach, look no further. The property is beautiful, easily accessible, and close to anything you'd want to do in town. The house is perfect for any group - family with kids or a group of adults looking to get together - and offers amenities to suit any need. The check in/check out process was very smooth and the owners/property managers were quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house

Loved the house - new pool was fantastic. Short walk to beach was as advertised and the gear to get there and enjoy the beach was ample. Grill was very nice as well. Owners very responsive and kind. We'll be back!

Great property made for a great stay!

We had an awesome time at this beautiful property! The layout was comfy and functional for extended family socializing, the pool and BBQ were awesome, and there were a lot of helpful things at the rental (kitchen, pool, beach, and games) to make trip planning easy. Stacy was quickly responsive to questions and was able to inform me asap that I had left my AirPods in a drawer before we left the area. Thank you for providing a great place to stay!

Beautiful Home

This is the prettiest home I’ve rented by far. Stacy was very responsive to questions! Kitchen well stocked with all cooking utensils and appliances. I would definitely stay here again!

Bright and Beachy!

Had a great time relaxing at the Big Dream. Convenient to beach and town. The pool was our favorite afternoon spot. Bring your clothes. Everything else is already there!

Beautiful house with everything you need. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Master suite is a dream. Pool is amazing! It would be great if there were blinds/curtains on the front windows in the living area to block the afternoon sun and the street light at night. Also, it is a little difficult to cross the main road to walk to the beach.

Very special beach vacation rental

My family and I had the best long weekend at Stacy’s beach house celebrating my mom’s birthday. The house has everything you need from cooking essentials to pool floaties to beach chairs and all accommodations were comfy and clean! Having the option of a private pool or the beach really spoiled us. Stacy was so proactive in her communications and also the most hospitable host. Only regret was not booking our stay longer!

Big Dream Happiness and Relaxation

This home is amazing. We were so happy there that we only rode over to the beach 2 times. The host provided everything we needed. This is an amazing property with a beautiful pool. We enjoyed the open concept of the kitchen and living area. This home is exquisitely decorated with all the amenities that you will need. We will look forward to returning soon.

Wonderful accommodations!

This VRBO had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, It was decorated beautifully, beds were comfortable, the pool was amazing. Cleanliness abounds from sheets to kitchen. Plenty of beach toys, no need to bring your own.Outdoor grill was great. TV's in all rooms. Our host was always available and very nice to work with. I give it 5 stars..

The property is very nice and accurately described. We enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adult couples and 5 kids, so the configuration of the downstairs bonus room really did not comfortably sleep an adult couple, but our teens were fine. The master bedroom is on the top floor and there are 31 steps from the driveway to the top. If you have trouble with stairs or you are elderly , this may be a challenge. We did know that this was on the top floor, we just didn’t anticipate the number of steps.The property is very well supplied in the kitchen and the garage has everything you need for a day at the beach. The pool is also nice. It doesn’t have a hand rail when going down steps to enter the pool so that can possibly challenge an older couple. It is nice to have the pool to jump into in the afternoon after lugging beach supplies back. The house was very comfortable for our family and there was a closet filled with games which was also nice.The walk to the beach is not long and the host does supply wagons and backpack beach chairs. However, when pulling the wagon at the public access the sand is very deep so we found this to be very challenging and tiring as an older couple. However walking to the beach just to take a stroll wasn’t bad but it was a bit of a tiring lug for all of the couples in our crew, even our kids who are ages 25-45, when pulling a loaded wagon.The host communicated well, the house was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home

It’s a beautiful home and so comfortable inside lounging or out on one of three porches. Everything was supplied to make our trip easy. Owner quickly replied to a few requests and questions. No beach access but a short drive away; and limited parking options. Wear an eye mask if you like to sleep past sunrise.
